“Lizette was wonderful and I recommend her to anyone who wants their dog to be well taken care of . The constant communication, pictures updates and reliability made our dog stay with Lizette perfect!”
“This was my first time using the rover app and I got so lucky finding Brittney! You can tell she truly loves dogs and treated my dog like her own. The pictures she sent were the best and I could tell my dog was having a blast. Couldn’t have been more pleased.”
Anna & Stephen R.
“Truly phenomenal. My dog isn't exactly low maintenance, and he's usually very weary of people. However, it took Fenrir maybe a minute or two for Fen to get attached with Stephen. They took him all over, didn't leave him alone, and completely put my mind at ease. I will absolutely be using these 2 again. If I have to drop Fen off somewhere.”
Paul G B.
“Paul was AWESOME! He kept me updated on how JJ was doing. He sent Pictures as well. Prompt and polite. JJ really enjoyed himself with Paul. I will definitely use Paul again!”
“Sumerlin was great with my pup!! My dog Harlie was in great spirits when I picked her up! I felt super at ease and got lots of pictures and videos throughout the stay! I highly suggest Sumerlin!”
“Doug was very kind to us and extremely hospitable to our cocker spaniel, Charlie, while we were gone for the week. He sent daily updates and time stamps on potties/feedings/medicines, which is even more than we asked for. He gave our dog plenty of walks and stimulation, and send lots of pictures. We feel very comfortable leaving Charlie with Doug again!”
“I have a 4-month-old puppy and needed to go out of town for a week. I didn't want to board him at the vet, where he'd be in a kennel most of the day, especially at a young age. I'm glad I found Mina! She took great care of my Guinness! I received daily pictures and videos; she was always responsive when I wanted to check in on him. He looked like he had a blast and made some new friends too. I will be using Mina again, and I highly recommend her, especially if you're a first-time Rover person like I was :)”
“Meredith, has been a blessing. Our dogs love her and are jumping up and down, When they see her. She should be on every dog owner speed dial.”
“Emily, Did a wonderful job watching my dog. We were updated regularly with pictures. We highly recommend Emily to anyone one who needs a sitter”
“Amy was AMAZING! We needed to board our 2-year old 75lb boy within hours notice as we were leaving town. She responded immediately, we talked on the phone, and Kalix was comfortable in her home within a half hour. She sent multiple photos and updates, as well as videos and let us know how he was doing. She has a pick up/drop off room towards the front side of her home and it’s such a perfect little doggy day care welcome room complete with dog bed, rug, and room for our crate! I was so happy to hear that Kalix got to sleep in bed with one of her kiddos, as he always sleeps in our bed at home, as he is family more than a pet ? ? Outstanding and I have no intention of searching for another sitter or drop in if Amy is available. We were even 3 hours later than I had wanted to arrive to pick him up next day, as a large storm was sweeping the area. She had no problem and just wanted us to drive safe and that he would be there for us when we got home. Wonderful wonderful wonderful. I can’t rave enough.”
“Caitlin is amazing! Consider yourself lucky to have her as your Rover. Her day job happens to be an ICU nurse so nurturing is her nature. She has a dog of her own, Hank. She and Hank are a wonderful team and have cared for my wife and I's dog Teddy on multiple occasions. The only hard part is Teddy doesn't want to leave when it's time to go. You will have peace of mind knowing your loved one is safe and cared for in its temporary home with Caitlin.”
“Our 2 pouches were very well taken care of during their stay, and Sorelwing regularly sent pics and video which is very reassuring. Thank you. They will be back.”
“Barrie was fantastic! She was very quick to reply to all our questions, and sent us lots of photo updates to put our minds at ease for our first stay. She was extremely thoughtful and caring of our dog, I felt certain that he was being cared for just as well (If not better!) than he was at home. She has a great backyard and a dog-proof home, with a good neighborhood for taking walks in. All in all I would I highly recommend her, I know we'll be repeat customers.”
“Nichole was incredibly responsive and sweet with my baby. She sent lots of photos! I know he was in great hands. Would definitely use her again!”
“I have known Marcia since 2010. I know her as a strong, responsible woman who has taken care of a house, and a son, and a dog named Jack and a cat named Bella. She is a loyal and loving friend and animal lover. She is friendly to the neighbors animals where she lives now, and she has relationships with the dogs and their owners in her neighborhood. I think Marcia would be reliable, a kind, and careful sitter for any animal she cares for. I would trust her with my animals any time.”
“Ashley has shown a professional and personal concern for dogs for several years. He is responsible and highly recommended to work with your pet. Give your dog a chance to get to know Ashley.”
“Mason has watched my toy poodle for the past couple of years and has done an excellent job on getting my dog let out as well as fed at the time stamps laid out for him. He is extremely dependable and very effective when it comes to keeping the dogs things clean and put together! 10/10 recommend him for any family in need of a friendly dog-sitter.”
About: I’ve had pets-especially cats and dogs in my house since I was 6. At a young age, I volunteered at our local animal shelter. I also foster puppies on the side to help them find forever homes and keep them away from kill shelters. I’ve always had a passion for animals. I work from home Mon-Fri. I am at home most hours of the day so I am able to spend as much time as you need with your pet. I have a small mini aussie doodle (fixed) that stays with me and loves other dogs. She sits in my lap 24/7 so I am used to taking care of dogs all day every day, and I love it. I can also come to you and work remotely from your house/take your dogs on walks/etc.
“I would recommend Lauren to anyone needing a trustworthy person to keep their pup while they are awhile! Can’t say enough good things about Moose’s stay with her. She was very communicative throughout the entire weekend from drop-off to pickup. She sent a lot of pictures, which I love receiving. Moose was well taken care of. Overall, great experience and I will definitely book with her again.”
About: I’ve always known life with a 4 legged companion at my side. Currently I have 1 cat and 1 dog but they live back in my hometown (Jackson, MS) with my parents right now. So definitely miss having a dog or cat around.. which makes me more eager to care for yours! I work from home Wednesday-Friday so am flexible with my availabilities. I go to an office in Hoover on Monday/Tuesday but can still be available on those days as well! My weekend availabilities will fluctuate. I live in an apartment that doesn’t allow dogs so won’t be taking care of them here. But can do cats! I love just showing them attention and making sure they are happy.
