About: Hi everyone! My name is Annie and I am a senior at UAB studying for dental school. I would love to be your go to pet sitter! I have been pet sitting since 2023 and I actually have a dog of my own who loves when there are playmates over! I am located in Birmingham, Alabama. I am a picture person, so when you’re on vacation or out of town, you will get lots of cute updates of your fur baby from me. About: Not only have I been dog sitting for the last 15 years, but I also have a lot of other experience with pet care! I have worked in a pet store as well as in veterinary offices when I used to live back in Indiana so I have learned a lot about caring for animals. I attended veterinary nursing school too before I moved, but I didn’t get to finish before moving down here and am currently looking to re start schooling here in Alabama. While I there I gained even more knowledge on animal health and care. I was the kennel manager for the shelter pets that we had at the school, where I was in charge of administering oral and IV/IM pet medication. I have experience working with elderly pets with medical issues as my own fur baby who passed in 2025 suffered from CHF and she required a lot of extra care towards the end. I love all types of animals and have experience caring for not only just dogs and cats. Over the years I have owned reptiles, turtles, and currently own 2 rabbits as well as 2 cats and 1 dog! If you book with me I will treat your pet as though they were my own so you can rest easy knowing they are loved and taken care of! I only work part time, so I have a very flexible schedule. I will have plenty of time to spend time with your pet! I am not typically away from home for very long, so I will be able to regularly come to check on your pet. I have a large fenced in yard and a dog door that my two dogs go in and out of freely. I will walk or run with your dog daily. There is usually always someone in my house at home at all times, who all love to interact with dogs. I have one other dogs. She is typically nice with other dogs but can be very skittish, so they would need to be introduced prior to being watched. The safety and comfort of all of the dogs including my own are my priority, so it needs to be a good fit. My dog does love to play a lot so they usually enjoy having another furry friend to play with. My 2 cats and 2 rabbits also live in the home, but the layout of the house allows them to stay in the upstairs portion of the house and it is blocked off to allow them to be separated. They all get along, but I feel more comfortable to allow them to have their own spaces.

About: I have had a strong love for animals since I was a little girl. I got my first dog when I was two years old, I loved her to pieces until she turned 18 and I turned 20. Her name was Patty, before she passed away, I got her a furry friend; a puppy named Gus. When I found Gus, I immediately fell in love. I trained him everything I could learn to teach him online, then hired a professional trainer to help me get him to be a fully trained service dog. Gus was stolen June 28th of 2019, I miss him more than I’ve ever missed anyone or anything. He was my heart dog. I am mainly a stay at home dog mom, but when I am not pet sitting I help my dad with his restaurant. My roommate and I work opposing schedules so one of us is at home the majority of every day. We are both huge animal lovers and advocates. While I will primarily be watching and loving on any animals under our care, I compensate my roommate for any time they spend caring for your baby! I have a large fenced in yard and I have 6 dogs of my own. If your baby likes the “doggy daycare” feel he or she would be a great fit to visit my house!

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 12 and have grown up around animals my whole life! My family has 3 dogs and 3 cats, so you could say I grew up in a zoo haha. About: I’ve always had cats, and usually they were strays that we took in. As a teenager, I would pet sit for my neighbors frequently when they were out of town- cats and dogs! I had two dogs growing up. Now as an adult, I have 2 cats of my own, Sinclair (5yo male) and Petal (1yo female)! For most of June and July I will be free week days and weekends! Starting in August, I will be available in afternoons and on weekends. I am willing to spend time with your cats and dogs, play with them however needed, and I can take your dogs on long walks!

I do have a fenced in backyard that my dog enjoys on occasion. I am not a stickler when it comes to animals sitting on my furniture or in my bed @ night. I have crate trained many animals, as well. I have many years of experience helping numerous animals, together or separately. If your pet would be staying with me my cats will not be an issue. My dog is extremely friendly but also, does not have to be there during your pets stay, should it be an issue. I offer in home boarding @ my home. About: I’ve been around and loved dogs quite literally all 27 years of my life. From a teacup Chihuahua to a Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix, I have owned and loved dogs of all shapes and sizes. I truly believe they are man’s best friend and should be treated as such! My living situation does not allow for pets at this time, so I am happy to interact with pets as much as I can. I’m currently working full time in church ministry, which allows much flexibility during the week days. I am fairly open on all days of the week except for Tuesdays. I also am happy to dog sit in the client’s home on weekends and during the week as needed. For all services, whether walks or overnight stays, I would be happy to provide the client with as many updates as they would like throughout the service, as well as send picture updates! About: I have had many years of pet sitting my four legged family members, minus the pay; however, I enjoyed it every moment of those amazing opportunities! Animals are normally pretty drawn to me but I was raised to pay attention when a dogs body language communicates that they might need time to warm up. I try to give them as much space and respect that they need. I am a small business owner which allows me to have flexibility in my schedule. I am comfortable giving medications, taking care of young and senior pets, and any special requests you have.
