About: As a child, growing up I was always bringing home stray animals to care for. I've been rescuing & caring for animals for over 20 years now. I have rescued & cared for a variety of different animals. I have expertise in caring for senior animals, those with illnesses, have imapirments,are handicapped, have disabilities or those that may have special needs. I'm everyone's go to for pet questions/concerns, pet sitting & pet rescue. I am an animal advocate & longtime member of PETA, ASPCA, Alley Cats Allies, National Wildlife Federation & Humane Society of the United States. I support local recues such as Forgotten Tails Rescue, Kitty Kat Haven & Two by Two Animal Rescue. I am currently & have been a stay at home mother to two special needs children (boys-ages 8 & 10) for the past 10 years. My availability it pretty well open during the weekdays to be able to assist for you & your pet's needs. I have an open back yard (1 acre) for your doggo to run & play. Indoors we have a large sectional that everyone likes to pile up on & snuggle. I also have puppy pads to use indoor & can also crate your pupper if you prefer, but I usually prefer not to confine the fur babies.

About: I have taken care of many dogs even my own that passed away from old age at 15 years old. I have experience in trimming nails, bathing, boarding over 1 month, day care sitting, and much more.. I have worked at an animal hospital over a year! I am currently self employed with a remodeling business called The Core, specializing in ceramic, and a graduate from UAB business management. I have most of the day to take care of your fur babies. I have 2 fenced in yards with a glass sliding door. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I follow the pet’s normal routine. I provide fresh food and water. I give exercise and playtime. I monitor health and behavior. I administer medications if needed. I keep the space clean and safe. I give attention and comfort.

About: I have grown up with animals my entire life. Caring for animals has been my life long ambition. I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your fur babies. My fiancé And I love training and exercising with them every day and they push us to be the best we can be. They bring so much joy and happiness to our life. I have 5 years experience pet sitting for friends and family as well. They are the support system that told me about this app. Work from home but it’s not very demanding. Extremely flexible schedule. Pets need routines just as much as humans do for a sense of calm and safety. To continue to keep your (our) fur baby safe I will keep trash cans covered or inside a latched cabinet. Move all chemicals to high shelves or behind secure doors. Keep cords, chargers, and other potentially harmful items out of reach.

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs of varying sizes beginning at age 12. Family members and friends have relied on me to walk, feed, play, love on, and bathe their pets. I currently work during the day but can flexibly leave throughout the day. Once my work day is finished my afternoons and evenings are completely open to love on fur babies. I value maintaining the routine of your pets, ensuring that they feel safe and you feel comfortable knowing their sense of security will not be disrupted.

About: Hi everyone! My name is Annie and I am a senior at UAB studying for dental school. I would love to be your go to pet sitter! I have been pet sitting since 2023 and I actually have a dog of my own who loves when there are playmates over! I am located in Birmingham, Alabama. About: I would love to walk/ hike with your pet, care for it at your home, or drop in to let them out. I have always loved animals ever since I was little. My first job was a pet sitting service, I was frequently asked to watch neighbors dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, etc. My friends often rely on me to take care of their animals while out of town and I have experience with older dogs as well as puppies. My dog passed away earlier this year and I won't be ready for anther dog anytime soon, but I would love to share love with your animals. I work seasonally and am currently off for my winter season. I would love to spend time with your animals either at your home or on walks/hikes! I can not watch pets in my own home but in my client's home I make sure to follow their rules and ask the important questions up front. I make sure to not leave pets alone too long and to be there for feeding times and to keep them company at night.

About: I currently have two cats so I have lots of experience with cats. I also have experience watching dogs, big or small. I’ve watched dogs on an off again for my friends and neighbors. I am very good an when it comes to strict schedules. I have experience giving medication as well. I would love to have the chance to care for you loved pets and give them just as much love as you have. I do work night shift of the weekends but I am free on weekdays all day. And I can also come during the day on weekends a couple times before I go into work. Due to me having cats at my home I will not be offering at home services because I do not want to stress your animal out as well as mine.

About: I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from puppies to adults. I’ve had dogs of my own and regularly cared for my brother’s dogs while he was a breeder, giving me hands-on experience with puppies and adult dogs. Most of my experience is with French Bulldogs, Cane Corsos, and Boston Terriers. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every pet like my own. I am currently a full-time freshman at UAB, but my weekly schedule has consistent gaps that allow me to provide dependable and attentive care for your pets. I am experienced with maintaining pet routines and can easily accommodate drop-in visits, walks, and feedings during my regular availability: Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM and after 4:30 PM; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and after 3:15 PM; Fridays from 12:15 PM to 2:15 PM and after 3:20 PM; and open availability all day on Saturdays and Sundays. I believe every pet is different, so I don’t treat every pet the same. I take the time to learn their personality, routines, and comfort level so they feel safe and cared for. I’m gentle, attentive, and respectful of each pet’s needs while making sure their environment stays clean and secure.

About: I am an extremely caring and loving individual, who has owned two dogs, two cats, and dozens of other pets. Therefore I know how to accommodate whatever needs your pet might have. Having lost my oldest dog recently, being around other animals is fun and therapeutic for me as well. I am looking for work to supplement playing gigs on the weekend. Since I spend much time writing music at home, I will have plenty of time to spend with your pet. I have an easy going schedule being a teacher and musician. I have plenty of time to meet with your pet to attend to whatever needs they might have. I have plenty of space for pets to roam around my house. I also have a fenced in back yard where I like to spend time with my dog or friends dogs when the warmer weather is here.

About: I've always been a dog lover ever since I got my first dog when I was younger. I like to nurture and run with dogs. I also like to play with dogs as well as (sometimes) wash them. A typical day for me with a dog would be for both of us to get familiar with each other first. Then once we get familiar, I would take the dog for a walk (if it's okay with owner) just to get some exercise in. Then come back and feed the dog. Then nurture him and relax for the rest of the day. Taking care of let's is something I love to do! I currently do this part time, but ensure I care and take care of the animals! By petting, greetings, going to their eye level, taking your time, ensuring dog and owner is comfortable. Also keep a smile on your face and be happy to see them!

About: I've had animals since I was ten. I have lots of friends who work high-travel jobs, so I have years of experience taking care of their pets while they are away. I love animals and I love giving their humans the peace of mind that their best friend is safe while they are away. I'm currently working part time, so I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to scheduling. I work M/W afternoons and Sunday mornings, but otherwise I'm available during the morning, afternoon, and evening. I sometimes substitute teach as well, so more notice is always better in terms of scheduling your pet's care. I cannot keep animals in my home at this time, but I am happy to maintain a clean, happy, and healthy environment for your pet in your home. I can offer regular walks, potty breaks, and playtimes to keep your best friend from getting lonely while you are away.

About: I have been a dog owner/caretaker since the age of 13. I have looked after family and friends’s dogs over the years. I will love and treat your dog as my own. I am currently a student and so I have a lot of free time and flexibility in my schedule. I am happy to come check in on the dog throughout the day or hang out with it during the afternoons into the evenings! I cannot bring animals into my dorm so I will have to care for your pet in your home. However, I do have access to dog parks and am happy to take your dog on adventures!
