“Travis and Danielle were awesome! We booked a little last minute, and had some slight changes to our pick-up times. Our senior pup was placed on meds earlier in the week and they were perfectly ok with his crazier med schedule. They uploaded photos of happy pups and kept us updated through the journey, were also very accommodating to making sure our dogs stayed where they felt most comfortable. I’m so grateful for finding them and would 10/10 recommend! Our dogs came home happy and tired.”

About: I’ve had and taken care of dogs longer than I can remember, with my childhood dog being a black lab named Rosebud. I’ve dealt with dogs ranging in all shapes and sizes. With the smallest being a Pomeranian and the biggest being a Saint Bernard. I’ve worked with energetic and lazy dogs, understanding the different care needs they might have. I have the basic knowledge on grooming and bathing. I’ve also worked with litter puppies and training puppies. I also understand the care and needs senior dogs may need as well. I currently work part-time as an overnight stocker, which gives me the entire day off to work with your pups. My schedule is very flexible and open for any of your needs. I’m willing to work around my life to fit into yours. I’m located next to many dog parks if that is what your dog needs. I also love walking and am an exercise guru, I’m always ready for a long walk if that’s what your pup prefers. I live by the moto “protecting pups, one paw at a time”. I understand that these animals are family and I strive to ensure their safety and proper care.

About: I have 12 years of hands-on experience caring for my two dogs, which has helped me develop an understanding of dogs' daily needs and behaviors. I recognize signs of discomfort, stress, and changes in energy, and I adjust to match the dog's personality. In addition to my own dogs, I occasionally watch small and large dogs, as well as cats, giving me more experience in how to care for them. I'm committed to making every pet feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. As a student, I manage my time carefully to ensure pets get play time, walks, feedings, and companionship. I also have enough time between classes to check in and take them outside throughout the day. I take safety and trust seriously by following care instructions carefully and maintaining a good environment. I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and cared for so owners can feel at ease.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was little including my own, family friends, and neighbors! I’ve had the most experience with dogs but am comfortable with all animals! I’m currently a college student at the University of Iowa looking for some jobs to help out! I’ve grown up with a 9 year old dachshund and have had experience with families and neighbors dogs ranging from small to large and all different types of behaviors. I have a fenced in yard with multiple roommates who also love animals and can help out when needed. For dog walking I have a flexible schedule during both summer and school year and can do a variety of tasks!

I also have an 8 month old puppy who made herself right at home. Shawna and Hannah were super understanding of all my pups’ quirks and made them feel so loved with walks, treats, and lots of opportunities for cuddles.
