“Gina is friendly and accommodating 😀. Her house is wonderful and very "puppy proof". There is space for the pups to play and a great selection of toys/bones. My dog made himself right at home during the meet & greet and didn't want to leave! 😅 She sent pictures/video during the stay. I also got sick during my trip and she was very kind to offer and drop Charlie off so I didn't have to drive there when I didn't feel good.”

“Travis was an amazing sitter for my dog Paisley. He met with me for a meet and greet beforehand where we were able to discuss several things to make sure it was a good fit. He made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with him for the weekend and sent tons of pictures - which I appreciated so much! He gave lots of updates throughout the stay and made sure Paisley was comfortable and happy during her stay. I will be using Travis again when needing a dog sitter, I highly recommend!! “This was the first time we used Rover, and I was so happy that we found Kasey and her family. It was obvious from the moment I met her and her family that they loved caring for animals. Pepper enjoyed his stay and was given such great care. Kasey was such a great communicator- I received several pictures and updates that made me realize that he was getting lots of attention and love. This really helped calmed my worries regarding him while I was away. I can't say enough great things about Kasey and her family but was so grateful for their willingness to take care of my dog like he was their own. “Charlie, loved his visit with Macy and Luke. When we met Macy, she immediately greeted Charlie with tender attention and warmth. We received cute photos while we were at the football game, and we didn't worry about him at all while he had his "sleep over:) When we picked Charlie up on Sunday morning, Macy was ready with him outside, and he seemed so calm and happy. Our dog has issues with anxiety, but it was immediately evident that he felt comfortable with Macy. Normally, he'd race to us with a "take me home" look, but he stayed by her side until we reached down to pick him up:). Our son is in grad school in Iowa City, and we would absolutely leave Charlie with Macy and Luke again while visiting town. We recommend them very highly.”

We ended up meeting via FaceTime, she showed me me her clean and organized home which definitely gave me a nice piece of mind. She ask really important questions! Once she had Contess she followed up with me constantly, took my girl on multiple walks, sent me pictures and videos and Countess loves her and Humby (the other cute pup she was also sitting in her home).”

About: I have my own dog at home who I have grown up with. I have also grown up taking care of neighborhood dogs and my uncles dogs who I have taken care of since they were puppies. I have also taken care of many of my neighbors cats and other various pets. I am currently a full time student technically but I have a lot of open times that I would love to come hang out with some pets who just need some extra loving or taking care of. This also helps me have a break from life and focus on just spending quality time with some pets who are fun to be around. I always put the pet first. I make sure I remember times I went over or left and how long I have stayed at a residence so they have enough time outside of kennels or for play time. I want the pets to feel like they can be calm and chill or be crazy and I’ll play with them or walk them when they just need some energy out.

“Joy and her two chihuahuas welcomed Kili to their home and took great care of him for a week while we took a vacation. She was prompt, flexible, and willing to drive to us to pick him up/drop him off. Will definitely use Joy’s services the next time we plan a trip!”
