About: I’ve always had a natural connection with animals and truly love caring for them. Growing up, even before my family adopted our dog Rylee, I would often visit neighbors just to spend time playing with their dogs, and it’s something I’ve always enjoyed and felt drawn to. Once we brought Rylee home, I learned firsthand the importance of patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement when caring for a dog. I also believe verbal communication plays a big role in helping dogs feel comfortable, understood, and loved. Over time, I began dog sitting and walking for neighbors in my community. I’ve provided midday walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship, always making sure each dog feels safe and happy in their routine. As your dog sitter, my goal is to bring that same care, attention, and positivity into your home, so both you and your pet can feel relaxed and confident while you’re away. I’m currently preparing for the DAT this summer before I go back to school at the University of Iowa in the Fall. I plan to dedicate prep time for my early mornings. Therefore, I would be available to drop in for walking or anything else in mid day and evenings I would prefer to be a drop in sitter. I can ensure that I am very comfortable with walking dogs.
