About: I grew up with both cats and dogs and have years of experience caring for pets of my own as well as those of friends, family, and neighbors. I have also volunteered at multiple animal shelters and zoos. I currently have two cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. I enjoy caring for animals and will treat yours with the same love and attention I give my own. I have a fairly flexible schedule and am currently working part-time, so I can easily accommodate the needs of you and your pets throughout the work week or over the weekend. About: I am a responsible college student athlete who is very active and loves to be around pets. I have grown up with 1-3 pets in the house my whole life, and I have learned to take care of them to the best of my abilities. I have gotten used to doing the many duties involved with taking care of a pet, including picking up waste. My summer is busy enough to create a schedule to keep me organized, but I have more than enough free time to take care of your pet(s)! I have always been a lover of bigger dogs, which is the size of dog I have the most experience with, but I have been a dog-sitter for small dogs too. I am open and comfortable with a variety!

About: I have had a special connection with animals my whole life! My family would call me "the animal whisperer" because of how much I love and connect with creatures. I grew up with many different kinds of animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, turtles, snails, and frogs. I love to get to know the neighborhood cats and dogs and frequently pet sit for my neighbors in the area and would absolutely love to expand my creature friend circle. It would truly be an honor to get to know and take care of your furry friend. I am currently job searching and am not in school so I have a lot of pet sitting time to offer. Spending quality time with your pet will be my top priority. My home isn't available for pet sitting due to me having two cats who would not enjoy the company of other creatures! About: I’ve always had a natural connection with animals and truly love caring for them. Growing up, even before my family adopted our dog Rylee, I would often visit neighbors just to spend time playing with their dogs, and it’s something I’ve always enjoyed and felt drawn to. Once we brought Rylee home, I learned firsthand the importance of patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement when caring for a dog. I also believe verbal communication plays a big role in helping dogs feel comfortable, understood, and loved. Over time, I began dog sitting and walking for neighbors in my community. As your dog sitter, my goal is to bring that same care, attention, and positivity into your home, so both you and your pet can feel relaxed and confident while you’re away. I’m currently preparing for the DAT this summer before I go back to school at the University of Iowa in the Fall. I plan to dedicate prep time for my early mornings. Therefore, I would be available to drop in for walking or anything else in mid day and evenings I would prefer to be a drop in sitter. I can ensure that I am very comfortable with walking dogs. About: Hi! I'm Jamie! I work full-time as a hairstylist, but I've always loved animals and wanted a fun way to spend more time outside while helping busy pet parents. I have experience caring for my family's dogs and have loved getting to know each of their different personalities. My parents have a small/medium-sized dog who I've watched while they've been out of town, including caring for him for a full week on my own. I also regularly spend time with my sister's two larger dogs on weekends, letting them out, playing with them, giving them lots of attention, and of course getting in plenty of cuddles! Your pet's safety, comfort, and individual needs are always my top priority. Before each booking, I'll ask questions about your pet's personality, routine, training, leash behavior, reactivity, triggers, and how they interact with other dogs, cats, and people. I want to understand what makes your pet comfortable and what situations I should be aware of before we head out. For walks, I'll follow your instructions regarding leashes, harnesses, and walking routines and will keep your pet supervised and secure at all times. I'll never let a dog off leash unless you've specifically asked me to and we're in an appropriate, safe area. For drop in visits, I'll follow your instructions for potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and cuddles. I'm also comfortable giving oral medications such as pills when clear instructions are provided. I'll make sure doors, gates, and other entry points are securely closed before leaving. I know every pet is different, so I don't assume that one approach works for every dog. I'll take the time to learn your pet's needs and follow the routines and boundaries you've established for them. I'll also send photos and an update after each visit so you know how your pup is doing!

I’ve loved any and animals my whole life, and grew up with cats of all temperaments as well as both large and small dogs. I've also been pet sitting for friends and family since I was a teenager, so I'm very comfortable caring for pets with different personalities, energy levels, and quirks! I’m also experienced with administering medications to both cats and dogs, including shots, and am comfortable with complex routines. About: I love meeting and hanging out with pets. I’ve always wanted a dog growing up but never got one. However, my sister has now gotten her own pup, and I’m the happiest aunt! Would be a lovely break during the day! Also, I prefer notice in advance, but sometimes my calendar has gaps and could possibly accept day of :) I can check their water and food. I can open/close shades, doors, etc. If they watch TV, I can make sure it’s playing or change it, etc. They can get play time!

About: Since the age of 10 I have been taking care of three cats in total at my parents house! This includes cleaning out the litter box, feeding, and playing/engaging with them all while in a loving and caring environment. Additionally, I have catsat for my neighbors adorable kitty for weeks at a time. My daily visits to her house consisted of me cleaning the litter box and feeding and playing with the kitty. Although my experience with dogs is more limited, I have a true affinity for any and all animals and I feel, along with my work ethic and adeptness, these many years of taking care of cats will translate over to the dog world! I am a full time college student with pockets of free time during most days of the week, primarily in the late afternoon and evening time, and on the weekends throughout the day. I care for pets in a clients home by providing a loving and caring environment for the animal, as well as matching the energy of the pet so their needs care be met. This could include playing with the pet or going on walks when their energy levels are high, or relaxing and enjoying each others company by just chilling on the couch. Additionally, when the animal signals that they need to relieve themselves I am quick to pick up on this and will provide the animal the opportunity to do this, cleaning up after them when they are finished.

About: I’ve taken care of many pets from neighbors, friends, and family. I love hanging out with them and making sure they have everything they need to be happy and safe. Free this summer from college and I’ll be free for pet sitting! No full job set up yet for the summer so I’m free whenever for now. I always make sure that the pet has everything they need. I’ll always be following pet sitter instructions to the tee. I have also worked at a shelter so I know a lot about pet safety and mannerisms.

About: I am a medical student. I have put all of my efforts towards caring for others and their loved ones. My pet care experience first started when my family got a red-fox laboratory puppy seven years ago. It was a dream come true, something my sister and I had waited for many years. While Bhima, our puppy, was just a bundle of fun, he came with a load of responsibilities. From grooming to bathing to brushing to walking, a lot of the responsibility relied heavily on my sister and I. I hope to care for my rover pets with the same attention to detail, love, and affection, as I have been caring for Bhima over the last four years. I am very active, flexible, and outgoing.
