“Matt has been a blessing & has eased our fears of leaving our girl for the day. Matt sent a photo update & stayed in communication with us on a trial run. I know my girl is in good hands with Matt & feel so much better about my day away.”

About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! I currently have 2 cats and 1 puppy so I'm used to the chaos of puppies and kittens as well as animals who may need more time, patience, and love to warm up to new humans. I'm a law student so I have a very open and flexible schedule and am willing to jump in whenever needed, however I can help! I am happy to follow any directions you leave—I know I leave excessively long notes when leaving my furbabies with a petsitter. I absolutely love animals so will definitely prioritize play and pets if they're receptive!
About: I have cared for pets for over 30 years. I have several years experience caring for a dog with diabetes. Each animal has different needs, but a calm, gentle, and consistent presence seems to work out just fine. I am retired, and I don't see this as just a job, but a way to build community. My schedule is open, and I look forward to caring for your pet. I believe it's important to maintain privacy, and respect for other people's property. My focus will be on your pets, with special attention to your instructions.

“Jason is awesome! My American Bully is 110lbs and he can make some people nervous. I broke my foot and can’t walk Mako for a bit. I was a bit nervous using Rover but Jason made me a believer. Jason loves all dogs, you can really tell. I’ll be using him often”

About: I have dog sat for everyone I know. I am the first person someone asks to dog sit. I provide lots of care, attention, and play for dogs. I enjoy walking and spending time with as many dogs as possible! My summer is very open! I have free time almost all of the time! I am studying for my boards that I will be taking soon this summer! I have a park and woods near my house that dogs seem to absolutely love! I live alone with no animals so all attention and focus will be on the doggie!
About: A life long animal lover and 4 year dog mom looking to hang out with your pet when they need! I am a very active travel nurse ready to help out! As a nurse I have 4 full days off a week and a flexible schedule. I should be free any time Thursday-Sunday and select times the other days. I will be respectful of your home and leave all just as I found it when walking or dropping in on your pet. Thanks for considering me!
“Alexis has been quick to respond, very friendly and wants the best for your pet. We’ve had a good experience with her and know that we can trust her with our puppy! She does great at communicating when we ask about the day or need to tell her something that wasn’t previously discussed.”

About: I am a nurse looking to help people care for their pets during the day when they’re at work or while out of town. Growing up my family always had a dog, and we had cats since I was 4. For the last 12 years I have had my own dog and eventually added cats to the mix. I am most comfortable with caring for dogs of any size as well as cats. I have also cared for a variety of small animals! I am up for almost anything and can easily learn animal care. Have a special/medical needs or senior pet? No problem! I can administer oral medications and even injections. I work 12 hour shifts so generally have free time for walks several days per week, but not every day. I can also do drop in visits when you’re out of town. During drop in visits I like to get the feeding/cleaning done and then spend some time giving pets some good TLC/cuddles if that is what they like. Even if they’re not super cuddly, sometimes I will bring a book and read quietly so they can have some companionship :)
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I have always had a passion to look after and care for all animals, big and small. I am the one my family and friends trust to come to when they have questions about there pet as I have spent countless hours learning about animals in my spare time as it is a hobby of mine. I’ve trained both large and small dogs. To easily trained to the stubborn pup. Nothing is more satisfying then a happy doggo or kitty. I am also a certified dog groomer and have experience grooming all sizes of dogs. I’ve had experience with special needs pets who require special attention such as medication, shots, and mobility/food accommodations. Currently work near by and come and go from my house of rain throughout the day. There is a park near by that I walk my dog to and play with and I know yours will love it too! I have a yard, large enough for play a good game of fetch. I also have an outdoor large dog kennel. All dogs are supervised and leashed at all times when outside. I have a big dog who loves new playmates. There is a spare room where your pet can have there own space, create and bedding. I can’t help but train a few tricks to those dogs who enjoy new things. I’m very flexible if there is any special accommodations needed.
About: Friend to all pets - I've taken care of Dogs, Cats, and guinea pigs my entire life. I also have shelter training and volunteered at the Capital Area Humane Society in East Lansing when I lived there. I have extensive experience with senior animals and various health conditions - cancer, wounds, blindness, etc. I'm no stranger to fooling pets into taking their medicine. I'm currently completing my graduate studies remotely. I will have all the flexibility needed to care for your pets and I'll welcome the break from studying! I can readily follow any directions you leave - both verbal and written. I also know the signs when a dog needs to be let outside, or when a cat is feeling mischievous.
About: I've spent a lot of time looking after dogs of all ages, and I really enjoy giving extra care to senior pups. I recently cared for my own rescue dog through his later years, making sure he was comfortable and happy right up until the end. I’m comfortable giving medication and know what it takes to keep older dogs feeling their best. I’m also used to looking after puppies and high-energy breeds—everything from Great Danes to shepherds and bird dogs—so I appreciate how every dog’s personality brings something special. My goal is to make sure every pet I care for feels safe, understood, and loved. My job lets me work from anywhere as long as I have cell service or internet. I do need to join a few meetings now and then, but most of the time, my schedule is pretty flexible. My home is dog-friendly, with a picket fenced-in yard and a quiet neighborhood, that’s great for walks and exploring local trails. I always keep a close eye on pets outdoors, and luckily, my area is filled with dog lovers. Whether it’s providing a safe quiet environment or plenty of attention, I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable and cared for.
