“Meredith did an outstanding job minding our two cats and she was more than willing to assist with getting mail, light watering of plants/garden, and emptying our dehumidifier while we were on vacation for almost two weeks. Communication (and pictures!) were excellent and I really never worried whether our animals and home were in good hands while we were away. I would not hesitate to use her again in the future.”

About: to be blunt: I love animals. I treat them like kids, they need attention and love. I'll make sure your pet feels cared about while you're away! I'm currently only volunteering and working on coding in my free time so i'm very flexible and available! I build my schedule around the animals I am caring for, whether that's ensuring I have time for midday play breaks, afternoon walks, or late night cuddling time, I will make sure to communicate that I am able to be there and show up for your pet. I take a calm, safety-first approach in every single home I enter. I like to follow routines, and I will follow yours to a T. I always ensure that doors and gates are closed and secured, and I always check in to see if anything seems off. In my home, pets get a quiet, low-stress environment with lots of supervision.

About: I work remote and travel 90% of the year. I frequently visit and house sit in the following areas: Spartanburg, SC, Des Moines, IA or Iowa City, IA, Denver, CO & Bend, OR where I havr family and friends I visit. Along with raising 3 children, (1 in college still) I have had dogs, rabbits, fish, cats, lizards, birds & hermit crabs. The kids are gone now and my own pup passed away in 2016 at the age of 13, so I am looking to play with other people's pets in my free time. I am out traveling the country in my SUV working as a Digital nomad for a tech company. I love going for long walks and being outdoors, so this will allow me to get exercise with the company of your furry friend. I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies and providing the assistance you need. Have a wonderful day and thank you for checking out my profile! I work M-F, 8-5 EDT for a tech company, so I will be home all day with your fur babies. Evenings and weekends I enjoy hiking, kayaking, SUP & photography. Coralville dog parents share their Rover experiences
I am very very happy with my experience with Asha. I had a wonderful week long trip planned, but was worried about leaving my dogs at home. Not only did the photos with each drop in assure me that my dogs were doing great - Asha’s reports showed me that she understood my dogs and that they were in good hands. This is important because one of my dogs is very slow to trust people and has caused problems with other sitters (like refusing to come inside at all while I was gone). Asha provided great care and her updates helped me relax and enjoy my trip so much more.

I highly recommend Elizabeth! She has cared for our greyhounds a few times now and does a great job. She sends lots of pictures and keeps us in the loop about things - we love that. She's been flexible and able to provide care when needed. We will absolutely hire her again!!

Brittany was wonderful! Very responsive to messages, flexible with scheduling and able to help out without significant advance notice. My dog loved spending time with her and I trusted her to take great care of my pup. I got frequent updates and photos with every visit. I strongly recommend Brittany for all of your drop in and/or dog walking needs!
