“I HIGHLY recommend Carol! One of the most nerve-wracking things is trying to find someone reliable, trustworthy and kindhearted to watch your dogs while away! Carol is very good with them, you can genuinely tell that she absolutely loves what she does! Her presence is very calming, she's knowledgeable, professional and absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much Carol for allowing us a stress-free weekend away!”

About: Hi, I'm Brooke! I'm Cedar Rapids based pet-sitter and I love critters of all kinds! I work from home, and have a fenced in yard so we are well eqipped for hosting house guests! We have friendly 35 lb aussie mix. (Have a dog that isn't dog-friendly? No worries, I have extra rooms and can keep them separated!) I'm flexible and willing to accomodate your needs. I am active, patient, and positive. I have some extra time and love to give, and I can't wait to meet your fur babies. I have experience watching both dogs and cats, as well as all types of scaled and finned creatures-and I love house plants too! I do have some experience with medicating elderly dogs. Please reach out, so we can discuss your pets and how I can help! Thanks! I work from home, so while my schedule varies- I can usually be flexible to your needs! I am usually at home, so your pet will have company throughout the day. I own a house with a fenced yard. We often get our exercise playing outside or going for neighborhood walks! We love just hanging out on the couch too, and can accommodate your dogs' needs and activity level
About: Dogs have been part of my life since childhood, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’ve owned and cared for both small and large breeds, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and care needs. I spent years volunteering with All Breed Rescue & Training in Colorado, where I gained experience supporting rescued dogs. For a year, I traveled across the country providing in-home pet care through TrustedHousesitters, staying with pets in exchange for room and board. This allowed me to care for dogs in many different homes, routines, and regions—learning how important consistency, communication, and trust are when owners are away. Today, I share my home with my own small dog, so I understand firsthand how much your pet means to you. Whether your dog needs playtime, structured walks, companionship, or just a calm and reliable presence, I treat every animal like they’re part of my family. I currently work remotely from home and have a flexible schedule. I am available for drop in visits and walks in the middle of the day and check in on your baby. I treat every dog like my own but also respect every dog's individual needs. Whatever approach or structure is needed to make your pet happy, I am happy to follow.
About: I grew up with dogs! I have two dogs of my own! They are the best. Looking to help with walks, potty breaks and play time! I am in school and work seasonally. Schedule may vary but I have lots of availability to help with potty breaks, walks and play time! I provide a safe, calm, and clean environment for every pet in my care. I follow all feeding, medication, and exercise instructions carefully while giving pets plenty of attention, affection, and supervision. I respect each pet’s routine and personality to help them feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away!
About: I have lots of puppy care experience, and I know how to take care of all types of breeds. I will make sure your animals are loved and treated like family! I work pretty much full time at a dog boarding/daycare facility, so I know how to take care of animals very well! I work every day except Saturday and Sunday, my shifts are usually no longer than 6 hours. I live in an apartment with lots of space, so I can accommodate a lot of different animals. Also a huge outside area where they can do their business and play!
“Michaela was very professional and took good care of my dog. She did everything I requested. I did scheduled drop ins and she was able to take my dog on a short walk and fed her as needed. She also provided good pictures while I was gone. Definitely recommend!”

“We have used Maddie for about a year now to watch our cats. Maddie is an expert at caring for them and it really shows in the details for the care she provides. We have a cat with special needs and we feel super comfortable leaving them in her care. She’s really thoughtful in everything she does, is a great communicator, responds in a timely manner, and is super fair with pricing. I love having her around and would always be willing to give her any kind of reference she needs”

“Amanda was amazing with the girls! Greatful for her detailed updates/photos every visit. It felt like our kitties got all the love they would normally get at home and then some! 5⭐️”

About: I really enjoy dog sitting. I grew up with dogs, cats, fish, birds, hamsters, gerbils and guinea pigs as a child. I've raised 5 kids and have an empty nest now, so I can take care of your dog and give them lots of attention and love. I am perfect for your fur-baby and I can care for your pet in my home or in your home. I am a loving, caring person. I am responsible, level headed and trustworthy. When you go on vacation or need service, you will know that your family dog is in great hands. I love going for walks too. I don't have pets now, but would love to take care of your dog for you! I hope to meet your dog soon. Thank You.
About: I’ve been a registered vet tech since April 2025. I have been in the veterinary field as a vet assistant since 2019. I have many years of experience with all different types of pets, so I am comfortable with almost anything that could happen. I did also grow up with three cats and a dog. I do also currently have one cat and one dog. Pets are my passion! I am currently working 4 days a week. I would have plenty of time to spend with your pets when I am not working. On the days that I do work, I can stop by for an early walk/check in and I can swing by again after 5pm. There is still plenty of time for me to take care of your fur babies outside of my working hours. I am unable to stay overnight, but I am more than willing to spend evenings (5pm-8pm) with your pets while you are away. I would not be able to keep your pet at my home, but I can easily drop by your house and spend plenty of time with your pets while you are away.
About: I have owned pets my whole life. My two Bernese Mountain Dogs both recently passed and I would love to care for your pets as I get over their loss. If you are requesting house sitting M-F please be aware that I work full time days so it's basically just drop-ins and my house sitting does not include sleeping overnight at your home. I am not currently offering in-home pet care at my residence. Will update if this changes in the future. No pricing has been provided for this particular service.

I have a Morkie who is the biggest lover on this planet. She is great with other animals and will keep them great company. I also use to train dogs when I was younger and have had the privilege to train all of my family and friends pets. So if your fur baby is in need of a little extra help I would be thrilled to work with them! I am currently a stay at home mother who has lots of time and love to give and would be honored to care for your fur baby. “Cheryl was great! I contacted her when someone else was suppose to check in Charli and asked her very last min if she could run over and make sure everything was ok with her and take her out if needed. She was happy to do it. She let me know when she let her out and when she left. Would recommend her and hope to be able to have her take care of Charli again.”
About: I've taken care of dogs specifically since I was like 5. Whether it was a friend's dog, a family members or my own. Cats I have taken care of since I was 8. Changing litter? Done. Walking dogs? Done. Training? I do that too! I actually trained my own service dog who has since retired. Feed and water? Of course! Gotta get the essentials. Following directions, I will follow how YOU want your pet(s) taken care of. I have dealt with chihuahuas to great Danes to dogs bigger than that! No animal is too small. I will pick up messes, play with them, train them if you want, and obviously feed and water them. I can even stay over night with a pet if needed! I know some pets need extra support when their humans are a away, and I understand that may mean me staying over night. I have two dogs and two cats. I take care of the two dogs on a daily basis. Cats? Not so much but I do help out when asked as they are not actually mine but my roommates. I take my dogs out at LEAST 3 times a day typically more in warmer weather. But I take them out at least once when I wake up, once after or before lunch, and once before bed after they've ate their dinner. My dogs have stomach issues and only eat once a day near dinner time for me. I get them out more often to play now that its warming up outside In my clients home, as I don't do boarding at my own home, I can bring my own dog if asked for a play buddy but I would like a copy or to see the vaccination records to be safe. I will make sure the animals get some time to play and have plenty of attention while I am there. I will make sure dogs get outside to potty on either the specified schedule from my client or on a schedule I am able to run, but they will get out as much as I can make happen. Cats I'll make sure get some play time, if you're the kind of cat person who let's their cat out on a catio or leash or trust your cat out on its own for a bit I can make those happen too. I will make sure they have fresh litter when needed/requested. I will make sure both cats and dogs have fresh water and food on a schedule determined by the owner or when its needing refilled/changed.

Danielle and Travis do an amazing job of caring for our dog while we are away. They are extremely thorough in understanding what your pet's needs are before you leave and provide great updates while you're gone. We always look forward to the updates and can see from the photos and videos they send that our dog loves her time with them. They are amazing and we cannot recommend them enough!
