She gave multiple updates with pictures and video throughout the day. I feel bad sometimes because I don’t even response to them as much as she send them! She asked for dietary restrictions, patient with my dog when she first met him. She even gave him food topper from her own! He is eating better than when he is with me! Kat was amazing! Great communication and care. My dog had a really great time there. Usually in the past I would take my dog to a dog boarding business but when I would get her back from the business she would be emotionally strung out and act up forgetting her training. But when I got my dog back from Kat she was so peaceful and still well behaved like when I dropped her off. I could tell she had a peaceful time and entertained well. I will definitely book Kat again!
I can't recommend Olivia enough! We were in town for a graduation and our Airbnb didn't allow pets. I needed to secure a boarding place for my little maltipoo ASAP. Olivia accommodated my schedule and need so well. I appreciated her taking my last minute request and keeping me updated with pictures/videos. My furbaby had a great time and my mind was at ease. Austin did a great job with Teddy while we were out of town for a week. His dog Sadie is a gem, ands Teddy got along really well with her. We are always a little nervous to leave Teddy with a new sitter due to his size, but this was a very good experience and we’ll be using Austin again in the future.
