“Mule was so wonderful with our two dogs! She communicated regularly and sent lots of pictures and even some videos. She's very attentive and the pictures showed how much fun everyone was having.”
“Shawna and Hannah were wonderful sitters for our dog. They kept her entertained and she made herself right at home with them. She loved it so much she didn’t want to leave when we picked her up! Will definitely be booking with them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for communicative and reliable sitters.”
“It was my first time using Rover for my dog and it was an awesome experience going through Nathan! My dog Ozzie had so much fun with his 2 dogs, played all day in Nathan’s back yard and was absolutely exhausted after a long weekend of fun! Will definitely be going back to Nathan next time we need someone to watch Ozzie!”

“What a wonderful feeling to take a vacation and know our Lacey is in good hands with Josh. She stayed with Josh and we didn't worry about her once. He walked with her and played with her and made sure she had everything she needed. Thank you...thank you....thank you Josh for your care of our Lacey Lou! I would highly recommend him!!!”

“Steve was fantastic for Danny Boy! Several updates with photos each day and very conscious of Danny’s needs. Prompt replies to texts and questions. Daily walks at nearby parks and evening fetch in the yard. Steve’s home is well-suited for hosting animals and Danny was very comfortable. I picked up a healthy and happy boy on the final day!”

“Kat took excellent care of Periwinkle. The kitty needed some medication administered and she had no problem giving her what she needed. Will definitely be booking with her again in the future. Thank you so much Kat! Perry had a great time with you ♥️🐱”

“Abram did a great job looking after my 2 large dogs. He has a nice indoor and outdoor setup for them. I could tell my pups had fun by the way they acted and crashed hard as soon as they were home.”

“When my sitter cancelled the day before my best friend's wedding, Katrina truly saved the day. I so appreciated her speedy response and willingness to book last minute. I also loved the pictures and videos of my pup playing with her boys throughout the day!”

“We think Erin is great and would book again. It’s nice knowing you can leave town and your pet is well taken care of. Erin sent us pictures of Winston while we were away and that was so nice because we sure missed our boy! When we got home Winston got to play with other pups and he loves that, I think he was sad he had to come home.”

“Sana is amazing. She took marvelous care of my cat Lucy. Lucy is very aloof however she allowed Sana to pet her when they first met. Sana was also very conscientious about giving Lucy her medication Sana also sent frequent pictures and updates. Lucy fell in love with Sana. I plan on using her again for my next trip.”

“I was nervous using Rover as it was our first time. Aimee watched my dog for 9 nights and she and her family did an amazing job looking after our dog, including walks and playtime. I highly recommend Aimee as she is a caring and compassionate provider.”

“Our experience with Jamie was fantastic. This was our first time utilizing Rover services for our dog Ruby. Jamie sent pictures and updates each day. It was such a reassurance knowing Ruby was so well cared for and loved. I highly recommend Jamie!!”

“We are beyond grateful for Amanda’s care with Kenny. She treated him as if he was her own and you could see from the video and picture sent, he felt at home. This was our first time using Rover and we couldn’t have asked for more.”

“My dog Dash loves going over to Rachel’s house to play with her dogs and of course to go see Rachel! She always makes sure that Dash gets enough play time and goes on plenty of walks. Dash also loves car rides and gets to tag along whenever she has quick errands to run, and he often gets spoiled with pup cups through the Starbucks drive-thru. With my permission and built trust, I have allowed her to take him anywhere to run errands, visit friends, and family. Thank you so much Rachel for taking care of Dash!”

We love Sana so much! We are so lucky to have found her! She does an amazing job of taking care of our Coco. One of the hardest thing about going on vacation is leaving your pet but with Sana it helps knowing she is in great loving care with Sana! 😊 I can’t say enough about Sana she is just a wonderful caring person. She does so much with Coco taking her on many walks a day, takes her when she is running errands. We always tell her Coco isn’t going to want to come home. I would highly recommend Sana for caring for your pet. Suzy and Barry Dircks

Savanna was outstanding!! When we first contacted her, she was quick to respond and empathetic to this “first time leaving her dog for more than a weekend” Mom. As our vacation got closer, our schedule with Savanna had to be tweaked. She was so easy to work with. Then during our vacation, an emergency came up that caused us to adjust her time with our pup. She was so eager to jump in and help as much as she could. We also loved the daily pics and updates she shared with us. Our pup was a big fan of her, too!

Kat was amazing! Great communication and care. My dog had a really great time there. Usually in the past I would take my dog to a dog boarding business but when I would get her back from the business she would be emotionally strung out and act up forgetting her training. But when I got my dog back from Kat she was so peaceful and still well behaved like when I dropped her off. I could tell she had a peaceful time and entertained well. I will definitely book Kat again!

Jena is awesome! This was my first time using Rover. I was nervous to leave my dog with a stranger but my dog was in good hands with Jena. She was easy to communicate with and gave frequent updates. My dog is usually pretty anxious but Jena made her feel right at home. We will definitely be using her again.

I can't recommend Olivia enough! We were in town for a graduation and our Airbnb didn't allow pets. I needed to secure a boarding place for my little maltipoo ASAP. Olivia accommodated my schedule and need so well. I appreciated her taking my last minute request and keeping me updated with pictures/videos. My furbaby had a great time and my mind was at ease. You can count on Olivia!

Ashleigh is THE BEST!!!! Sitter I've ever had for Mu. Her dog is so cute and friendly, and Mu (who usually hides in fear around other dogs) actually started playing with her immediately. Ashleigh sent so many pics and was so sweet to Mu, it was a huge relief to not have to worry about Mu's care on my trip. Mu usually refuses to eat when I'm not around, but she ate her full meals with this sitter. Ashleigh is something special, and will make your dog feel right at home!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
