“We have used Myle several times now to watch our dog Frankie and are very pleased. Frankie fits right in with her home environment and gets along well with her dogs. She spends a lot of time playing tug and fetch with him and takes him out for many walks. Frankie is well cared for and Myle posts lots of pictures of him to keep our mind at ease. We highly recommend Myle!!!”

“I left my puppy with Ming for 10 days and he seemed happy and cared for when I picked him up. Ming sent pictures and a little movie which goes a long way to assure us that our pets are doing well!”

“Shawna and Hannah were wonderful sitters for our dog. They kept her entertained and she made herself right at home with them. She loved it so much she didn’t want to leave when we picked her up! Will definitely be booking with them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for communicative and reliable sitters.”
“Very nice family and sent lots of photos for only being there 1 day. Seems to have a good understanding of dog behavior. Their dog is very quiet and well behaved. Large fenced backyard with a big shade tree. I would recommend Aimee for dog sitting.”

“We think Erin is great and would book again. It’s nice knowing you can leave town and your pet is well taken care of. Erin sent us pictures of Winston while we were away and that was so nice because we sure missed our boy! When we got home Winston got to play with other pups and he loves that, I think he was sad he had to come home.”

“Kat took great care of our dog, Boo. She sent several photos that let us know Boo was settled in and enjoying her time with Kat. Thanks for making Boo feel so special. We look forward to our next trip and using Kat again.”

“Obie was well taken care of and he seemed to have a good time, I say Aurora has a great understanding of animal handling. She took him on short notice, I would recommend her expertise to anyone who asks.”

“Leo had a great time with Nathan. He took pictures and sent them regularly and was great responding to messages. He was able to watch Leo last min for the 4th which helped us a ton. His backyard was perfect for Leo. Thanks Nathan!!”

“Amanda’s communication was excellent and we discussed my dog’s feeding schedule and needs and she made sure to accommodate. I also received several cute photos during his stay. I could tell he was happy when I went to pick him up. Definitely recommend!”

“Our first time using Rover! We booked very last minute but Chloe was able to quickly answer several questions I had and accommodate a brief meet and greet the evening after contacting her, before we left our dogs at the farm the next two nights. We received periodic pictures and updates that the dogs were settled in and enjoying the outdoors. The setup felt similar to how we’ve boarded our dogs in the past. Chloe was very friendly and professional. We were very appreciative that this worked out!”

“Debra was wonderful with my Dezzie girl. She made her feel right at home and sent frequent updates . She was exactly what we hoping for and more. We are looking forward to many more visits with Debra in the future.”

“Caitlin and family took great care of our two French bulldogs at her home while we were away on a family vacation. She was very patient and accommodating with the needs of our pups and helped them transition to being in a new environment. I received daily photos and videos of Buddy and Rocky on how they were doing. Overall, we were very pleased with the care that was given to our pups and will be using Caitlin for future family trips. I would recommend Caitlin to anyone looking for a caring, dependable and knowledgeable person to care for their pets.”

“Amanda and her family are amazing. Always go above and beyond and will love your pet like their own. My dog has some health issues, and they have never hesitated to give medicine and even coordinated with my vet while I was away. It's as close to a home away from home as you can get.”

“Windsor just came back from a week stay with Tiffany and Soriya and must have had the best time, He’s done nothing but sleep all day! He always comes home tired so that tells me he enjoys his stay with them!”

“Emily did an awesome job of taling care of Lucy. She sent me daily photos and text updates on how everything was going. Tgis was a cery short notice request and Emily took it all in stride and made it happen. We will use her again”

About: We love dogs and your little one will receive lots of love and one on one attention as we welcome him or her into our home. Our little Ronnie loves to play with dogs his own size or smaller. We don't have a fenced in yard, which means we will always be playing with and alongside your dog keeping him or her safe and happy and comfortable. We love to walk your dog also so he or she will get plenty of potty breaks and time to smell and get to know our neighborhood! We only care for one dog at a time, besides our own little guy Ronnie... so the two will become best friends! Faye is a full-time stay at home dog mom and my husband Rob helps take over dog care responsibilities after and before he goes to work. We make it a team effort so your dog will always have his or her needs met and get maximum love and attention. Safety comes first with your pet. We have a home that is safe and perfect for your little dog. We will welcome them into our family and treat them gently and with compassion... realizing that it's tough being away from your owners for a few days. We will love your puppy as much as we love our own Ronnie!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hiawatha
We did a meet and greet to see if our dog was a good fit for them and it was! They provided daily updates of pictures, videos, and informative descriptions of what our dog did and overall performance. They were responsive and open in communication. Would recommend to anyone!

Kat was amazing! Great communication and care. My dog had a really great time there. Usually in the past I would take my dog to a dog boarding business but when I would get her back from the business she would be emotionally strung out and act up forgetting her training. But when I got my dog back from Kat she was so peaceful and still well behaved like when I dropped her off. I could tell she had a peaceful time and entertained well. I will definitely book Kat again!

I can't recommend Olivia enough! We were in town for a graduation and our Airbnb didn't allow pets. I needed to secure a boarding place for my little maltipoo ASAP. Olivia accommodated my schedule and need so well. I appreciated her taking my last minute request and keeping me updated with pictures/videos. My furbaby had a great time and my mind was at ease. You can count on Olivia!

Katrina and her family were wonderful! This was the first time my dog has stayed with someone other than family. He was pretty nervous at first and I could tell he didn’t want me to leave but they made him feel at home. Katrina sent me a picture to let me know he calmed down and warmed up to their house. I felt so relaxed knowing he was at a loving home. I definitely recommend Katrina and will definitely use her again when we leave town.

Austin did a great job with Teddy while we were out of town for a week. His dog Sadie is a gem, ands Teddy got along really well with her. We are always a little nervous to leave Teddy with a new sitter due to his size, but this was a very good experience and we’ll be using Austin again in the future.

Many sitters in IA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
