“Jamie is such a GOLD/DIAMOND STAR sitter. I messaged her at 9PM about an emergency pick up because my current dog sitter was not taking a good care of my dog when I was out of town. We never work with each other before but she was so responsive and was ready to pick my dog up at 9AM the next day! Less than 12 hours of notice! She gave multiple updates with pictures and video throughout the day. I feel bad sometimes because I don’t even response to them as much as she send them! She asked for dietary restrictions, patient with my dog when she first met him. She even gave him food topper from her own! He is eating better than when he is with me! When I have a delay to return, she make sure that my dog is actually being put in a good hand and not with the old dog sitter who did not treat him right. Kat was amazing! Great communication and care. My dog had a really great time there. Usually in the past I would take my dog to a dog boarding business but when I would get her back from the business she would be emotionally strung out and act up forgetting her training. But when I got my dog back from Kat she was so peaceful and still well behaved like when I dropped her off. I could tell she had a peaceful time and entertained well. I will definitely book Kat again!
I can't recommend Olivia enough! We were in town for a graduation and our Airbnb didn't allow pets. I needed to secure a boarding place for my little maltipoo ASAP.
