“Shelley is amazing! She interacts with our dogs so good and dogs love her! Always sends us a video, plenty of pictures and makes sure to go above and beyond our requests! Anytime we can rebook with her, it’s no question to!”

“Danielle and Travis do an amazing job of caring for our dog while we are away. They are extremely thorough in understanding what your pet's needs are before you leave and provide great updates while you're gone. We always look forward to the updates and can see from the photos and videos they send that our dog loves her time with them. They are amazing and we cannot recommend them enough!”

“Erik did a great job doing drop-ins for our cat! He communicated regularly with us and was very easy to work with & there were zero issues. :) I'd recommend him!”

“Erin was amazing with our dog! She was extremely responsive and helped us with any questions we had for her! She also was willing to go the extra mile and travel a bit farther than other potential sitters. I will definitely hire her again and recommend Erin to others in need of a doggo sitter.”

“So grateful to have Jena! One of my pets is having some medical issues and needs extra care AND I have contractors working on my house while I'm traveling. This would be stressful for anyone, but with Jena taking care of my pets and my home, I felt so much better! She always keeps me posted on what's happening back home and is so considerate of my pets needs! For example, the water needed to be shut off for a day, so she filled extra containers in advance to be sure my pets would still have fresh water if they ran out. I absolutely can't thank her enough for all the big and little things that she does for me and my furry family.”
“We could not have asked for a better pet sitter for Walter while we were away. Megan went above and beyond during every drop-in visit to make Walter and us feel comfortable. She made sure he was fed and cared for and also gave him genuine attention, playtime, and affection. We received thoughtful updates and photos that gave us so much peace of mind on vacation. It was obvious how much she truly cares about animals, and Walter absolutely adored her. We will absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional pet care!”

“I will definitely request Mira's help again - this was our first Rover experience, and she was a blessing. She went above and beyond by dropping by to meet Sam ahead of time so he wouldn't view her as an intruder. He's 90 pounds and we're still working on his puppy manners (like jumping and the occasional body slam), and she was competent and professional in taking him on. Mira dropped by twice as requested, took him for a walk, and sent plenty of photos so we could see he was having the best time with her. Highly recommend! Thank you, Mira!”

About: I've been surrounded by dogs my entire life and truly can't imagine a home without them. My passion for caring for animals led me to start pet sitting during the COVID pandemic, and what began as a way to help friends and neighbors quickly grew into something I absolutely loved. Over the years, I've cared for pets with all kinds of personalities, needs, and routines. My experience includes overnight boarding, long-term stays, doggy daycare, drop-in visits, daily walks, grooming and bathing, and caring for recurring clients who became like family. I'm also comfortable administering medications and following any special instructions needed to keep your pet happy, healthy, and comfortable. A few years ago, I stepped away from pet sitting to focus on one of my children's health needs. Now that life has settled down, I've been excited to return to something I've genuinely missed—spending time with animals and helping pet owners have peace of mind while they're away. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet. Whether your dog loves long walks, endless fetch sessions, cozy couch cuddles, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I'll make sure they receive the same love, attention, and care that I would give my own pets. I believe communication is key, so you can expect plenty of updates, photos, and check-ins while your pet is in my care. I can't wait to meet you and your furry family members! ❤️🐶 I just moved back up to cedar rapids and I am currently a PRN CNA where i choose the hours i would like to work and i also am a Wedding Coodinator on some weekends out of the year. My schedule is very open and flexible to whatever your needs are! I do live in a house now and while i dont have a fenced in yard, I live in a community where its safe to walk around and there are plenty of dog parks near by!
About: My wife Hannah and I have had experience with reactive dogs, senior care, medications, daily walks, enrichment activities, and anything a pup could want or need for a happy and healthy life. Two person adult household, we both have full time jobs, afternoons, evenings and weekends can be dedicated to the needs of the dog or dogs. We have a fenced in large backyard and can provide whatever additional enrichment the animal might need from walks to mental stimulation or training activities.
About: I’ve always grown up with at least one dog in the house. my parents adopted a dog when I was 8 and I’ve helped take care of him ever since. I also had many neighbors who would often ask me to take care of their dog or cat while they were out of town. I had worked at a dog daycare/boarding facility for about 2 years. I currently work at Homegoods, about 32 hours a week. I am off wednsdays and weekends. I work 10-6 the other days, and am able to do mid day drop ins when needed. I follow what the pet wants to do. If they are full of energy, I will play with them or take them for a walk. If they want to lay around and be lazy, then that’s what we’ll do. If it’s just potty breaks, I’ll let them out for a good 10-20 minutes, if it’s nice enough outside. Along with some good scratches before I leave.
“Maddie took excellent care of my babies! Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates someone who will give attention to the smallest details. She will take care of your pets as if they are her own.”

“Makenna is always so reliable and wonderful to our fur babies. Thank you for being so flexible around our schedules and we love your detailed updates while we are stuck at work.”

About: I’ve had a dog in my life since the day I was born. I love to spend time with dogs by going for walks or car rides (if the owner allows it of course!) I have a cat and a dog of my own that I care for daily. All the usuals like feeding, letting outside, cleaning the litter box, but I also love to take my dog for walks and car rides or play with her in the back yard. I have so much fun playing with my cat and just giving him love! I’m usually very good about being able to let dogs out every couple of hours and love to hang out for a while to keep your pets company while you’re away!
About: I love all dogs no matter the size! I have a mini golden doodle myself and I have been passionate about taking care of dogs ever since! I work in the mornings so afternoons and evenings would be best! I do have some weekends off so I would be able to walk them then also! I will most likely not board dogs but if I had to I do have the space at my apartment but unfortunately no yard for them to run around.
About: Dogs have been part of my life since childhood, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’ve owned and cared for both small and large breeds, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and care needs. I spent years volunteering with All Breed Rescue & Training in Colorado, where I gained experience supporting rescued dogs. For a year, I traveled across the country providing in-home pet care through TrustedHousesitters, staying with pets in exchange for room and board. This allowed me to care for dogs in many different homes, routines, and regions—learning how important consistency, communication, and trust are when owners are away. Today, I share my home with my own small dog, so I understand firsthand how much your pet means to you. Whether your dog needs playtime, structured walks, companionship, or just a calm and reliable presence, I treat every animal like they’re part of my family. I currently work remotely from home and have a flexible schedule. I am available for drop in visits and walks in the middle of the day and check in on your baby. I treat every dog like my own but also respect every dog's individual needs. Whatever approach or structure is needed to make your pet happy, I am happy to follow.

Madison was great! She did daily drop-ins for our 3 cats while we were out of town for a week. She took a lot of photos each day, made sure to play with, brush, and give treats. She even offered to take out our trash and recycling bins on pickup day. I felt at ease knowing she was taking such good care of our babies!
