About: Family and Friends have called me the “dog whisperer”, because I am able to connect with their pets so easily. I feel pets are such a big part of your family; your baby, your little one, or your child almost. You would be entrusting me with the care of this most precious part of your family. I love to be down on the floor giving the fur babies my undivided attention … whether it be petting, playing, belly scratching, brushing, or loving on your fur baby. I Love to be face-to-face and making a connection with the pets. I am also a walker myself, so I I love to be outside walking your pets. I work from home and my schedule is extremely flexible. My schedule is able to be put on hold for periods of time, if more time and attention are required or needed. I am able to leave to walk your fur baby, pet-sit at your place, or take care of your fur baby at my home. Pet care is as on-hands and giving as much attention to your fur baby as you wish. I am ready to love them as much as they want and need. I do live in an apartment with places surrounding the building to take dogs outside to potty. There is a new dog park just a block from where I reside. My building is a secure building that is locked with cameras everywhere in the hallways. There are long hallways in my building with very few residents and lots of room to run inside when weather outside is not good. I am able to leave as often as needed to walk dogs. Also, I am able to care for your fur babies in their own home or at my residence.

About: I've taken care of dogs of various ages for about 2 years at the client's home. I've done baths, taken them on walks, outside to go potty, of course feeding and giving all the treats! I work in Cedar Rapids so I'm only able to do mid day check ins in that area. If you aren't in the Cedar Rapids area I can do morning and evening/night check ins. I am able to stay overnight at your home as well if needed. I provide care at the client's home. I am able to come for a drop in visit and hang out with your pet for a short time or I'm able to come and stay for the night, weekend, or longer if needed.

About: I've taken care of dogs specifically since I was like 5. Whether it was a friend's dog, a family members or my own. Cats I have taken care of since I was 8. Changing litter? Done. Walking dogs? Done. Training? I do that too! I actually trained my own service dog who has since retired. Feed and water? Of course! Gotta get the essentials. Following directions, I will follow how YOU want your pet(s) taken care of. I have dealt with chihuahuas to great Danes to dogs bigger than that! No animal is too small. I will pick up messes, play with them, train them if you want, and obviously feed and water them. I can even stay over night with a pet if needed! I know some pets need extra support when their humans are a away, and I understand that may mean me staying over night. I have two dogs and two cats. I take care of the two dogs on a daily basis. Cats? Not so much but I do help out when asked as they are not actually mine but my roommates. I take my dogs out at LEAST 3 times a day typically more in warmer weather. But I take them out at least once when I wake up, once after or before lunch, and once before bed after they've ate their dinner. My dogs have stomach issues and only eat once a day near dinner time for me. I get them out more often to play now that its warming up outside In my clients home, as I don't do boarding at my own home, I can bring my own dog if asked for a play buddy but I would like a copy or to see the vaccination records to be safe. I will make sure the animals get some time to play and have plenty of attention while I am there. I will make sure dogs get outside to potty on either the specified schedule from my client or on a schedule I am able to run, but they will get out as much as I can make happen. Cats I'll make sure get some play time, if you're the kind of cat person who let's their cat out on a catio or leash or trust your cat out on its own for a bit I can make those happen too. I will make sure they have fresh litter when needed/requested. I will make sure both cats and dogs have fresh water and food on a schedule determined by the owner or when its needing refilled/changed.

About: Hello everyone! My name is Emily and I am a huge animal lover. I am located in Cedar Rapids and almost always available. I have about 15 years of experience with both cats & dogs and have 4 dogs of my own. I have 3 little girls who are 5, 4, and 9 months 😊 We live in a ranch style home and have a fenced in backyard. I am an active person and will give your pet plenty of love and attention. I will also take dogs on walks if they enjoy that. I have never had an owner unhappy with their pets stay. I work from home so I will be there most of the time to make sure you fur baby gets plenty of attention and play time! I have a fenced in yard so dogs can be out there and play around as much as they want to when we’re home. If they enjoy playing with other dogs I have 1 bigger one and 3 smaller ones. They will be crated whenever we are not home to ensure they’re safe unless they’re used to free roaming and won’t have accidents or be destructive.

About: I have dog sat for everyone I know. I am the first person someone asks to dog sit. I provide lots of care, attention, and play for dogs. About: I've been surrounded by dogs my entire life and truly can't imagine a home without them. My passion for caring for animals led me to start pet sitting during the COVID pandemic, and what began as a way to help friends and neighbors quickly grew into something I absolutely loved. About: I have been talking care of family and friends animals since the age of 10 and still to this day. From walking to feeding to bathing, and grooming I have done it all. As a dedicated dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet’s care. I treat every dog as if they were my own, providing plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while ensuring they feel safe and comfortable. I have experience with dogs of all ages, including senior dogs, and I’m comfortable administering oral medications when needed. I currently own a Catahoula Leopard Dog, so I’m familiar with energetic breeds and the importance of daily exercise, enrichment, and consistent care. I currently work as a Family Support Specialist and have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide dependable pet care throughout the day, including walks, drop-in visits, potty breaks, and companionship. I work both from home and in the office, giving me flexibility to accommodate your pet’s needs. I cannot have other dogs in my home due to my Catahoula Leopard being protective. I have always kept an eye on dogs when they go outside and I even go outside with them to allow them to go the bathroom and also play with the them.

About: I have cared for cats and dogs my whole life. My family had labs and border collies at home when I was younger, and I currently have two cats. I am a teacher in the Iowa City school district. About: I have been taken care of animals since 2019 at a vet office. I’ve worked at a doggy daycare. I do bathing services as well. I also have six years experience with dogs that have seizures or diabetes I do currently work full time at a doggy daycare/ boarding place. I do have a couple days off a week to come take care of your furry babies . I do have a two year old corgi at home . I will feed and walk your dogs when watching them . I also love taken care of cats as well. I do some bathing services as well. I do nail trims and baths.

About: I have taken in aggressive and puppymill dogs. I have had at least 100 dogs through my home either as rescue, transport or sitting. My family loves all dogs! I work 6 hours per day temporarily but my husband comes home at lunch. If dogs require walks we can do that. We separate everyone at meal times to keep safe. I have fenced in large yard. We have some rescue dogs that are super friendly and used to new dogs visiting. Pets can be on sofa, bed and anywhere you would like them.
