About: Drop ins: I’ll take your dog on a little walk before feeding them and spending time with your little furry love (20-30 minutes or so) Walking: I’ll take your pooch for a walk and/or run for as long as they require. House sitting: we will go on walks, snuggle, eat and I will be respectful of the owners home- clean up after myself and the animal so you come home to a nice clean home and you don’t have to rush to take care of your beloved fur baby! Boarding: not my preferred method of watching your pooch but if it’s absolutely needed, I can accommodate to make your pooch feel warm and welcome in my home.I have 2 large male dogs and a 2 year old- they’re great but getting older and less tolerant of other dogs.

About: I have had and cared for pets most my life, including dogs, cats, rabbits, and other rodents. I currently simultaneously take care of a black lab and border collie frequently. I am recently retired and have plenty of time to take care of your pets. I care for a black lab and a border collie on a regular basis, so I’m very comfortable with high-energy dogs that need both physical activity and attention. Walks, playtime, and keeping them on their routine are a natural part of their care. I’ve also cared for cats, rabbits, and other small animals, so I understand that each pet has different needs—whether that’s active play, quiet companionship, or simply a calm, consistent presence. Making sure pets feel safe, cared for, and happy fits seamlessly into my everyday life. I provide a calm, clean, and secure environment, whether in my home or a client’s home, and I follow routines and instructions closely to keep pets comfortable and stress-free. In a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain their pet’s normal schedule, including feeding, exercise, and any special care. In my home, pets receive close supervision, structure, and plenty of attention. I stay alert to behavior and surroundings to ensure pets are safe at all times. About: I have a funny farm on 10 acres outside of Shueyville. My dogs run freely but I’m happy to keep your pet on a leash as I live by a busy road. I pride myself on taking care of your fur baby like I care for mine. I am home full time so am very attentive and able to have a flexible schedule to meet your needs. I enjoy going for walks and it’s always double the enjoyment when I have a walking buddy! My guests are treated with the same care that I provide for my own animals and of course I am always happy to accommodate specific needs or requests as well.

About: Growing up with the passion and duty of taking my neighbors dogs on walks, or dog-sitting for the weekend gave me the experience and knowledge to ensure your pets safety and happiness! Im currently working part-time so I have lots of time to take care of your pets. My schedule varies weekly, but I can do drop bys and walks any time if planned a day ahead of time. In doing that, we walk the dogs (if they would like to be walked), we play with them to help get all their energy out so when their owner does come home they have a much more relaxed environment. About: I’m a veterinary technician with emergency and critical care experience, and an Equissage-certified canine massage therapist. I notice things most pet sitters don’t. I understand that boarding can disrupt a dog’s nervous system. Some dogs do better at home while you’re away, and my massage therapy background means I have techniques that genuinely help calm and settle an anxious or overstimulated dog in their own environment. During drop-in visits and walks, I’m assessing your dog the whole time. Gait, energy, behavior, subtle signs that something’s off. You’ll hear about it either way. I’m experienced with medically complex dogs, seniors, and anxious dogs, and equally comfortable with your healthy, bouncy lab who just needs a solid walk. Cats are absolutely welcome. Cat owners, I see you. Your cat has a whole life, a whole routine, and very strong opinions. I get it. Fill me in on the Royal Treatment and I’ll do my best to make sure it happens. I look forward to meeting you and your animal friend(s) soon. 🐾 I offer drop-in visits and dog walks seven days a week. Visits are typically 30 minutes. I send updates with photos at every visit so you know exactly how things are going. I’m a veterinary technician with emergency and critical care experience. I know how to recognize when something is wrong and what to do about it. All dogs are kept leashed on walks unless we are in a securely fenced area. If your dog jumps fences, we do not go off leash outside. I do not combine your dog with unfamiliar dogs without prior owner approval. I come to you. Drop-in visits and walks take place in your home and neighborhood, which means your dog stays in a familiar environment with their own smells, sounds, and routine intact. I treat every client’s home with respect and leave it exactly as I found it. For drop-in visits that occur at dark or during nighttime hours, I may occasionally have another person with me. This is for my own safety.

About: I've been surrounded by dogs my entire life and truly can't imagine a home without them. My passion for caring for animals led me to start pet sitting during the COVID pandemic, and what began as a way to help friends and neighbors quickly grew into something I absolutely loved. Over the years, I've cared for pets with all kinds of personalities, needs, and routines. My experience includes overnight boarding, long-term stays, doggy daycare, drop-in visits, daily walks, grooming and bathing, and caring for recurring clients who became like family. My schedule is very open and flexible to whatever your needs are! I do live in a house now and while i dont have a fenced in yard, I live in a community where its safe to walk around and there are plenty of dog parks near by!

About: I have always had a strong passion and love for animals. I worked in a veterinary clinic for a months and I absolutely loved it! I have a dog and a cat of my own, i walk my dog daily and i take care of my animals every morning and night. I make sure they have food, water, a clean litter box, and enough love. I make sure that they are taken care of food wise, bathroom, toys, treats, and I give them enough love and attention that they deserve.

About: Family and Friends have called me the “dog whisperer”, because I am able to connect with their pets so easily. I feel pets are such a big part of your family; your baby, your little one, or your child almost. You would be entrusting me with the care of this most precious part of your family. I love to be down on the floor giving the fur babies my undivided attention … whether it be petting, playing, belly scratching, brushing, or loving on your fur baby. I Love to be face-to-face and making a connection with the pets. I am also a walker myself, so I I love to be outside walking your pets. I work from home and my schedule is extremely flexible. My schedule is able to be put on hold for periods of time, if more time and attention are required or needed. I am able to leave to walk your fur baby, pet-sit at your place, or take care of your fur baby at my home. Pet care is as on-hands and giving as much attention to your fur baby as you wish. I am ready to love them as much as they want and need. I do live in an apartment with places surrounding the building to take dogs outside to potty. There is a new dog park just a block from where I reside. My building is a secure building that is locked with cameras everywhere in the hallways. There are long hallways in my building with very few residents and lots of room to run inside when weather outside is not good. I am able to leave as often as needed to walk dogs. Also, I am able to care for your fur babies in their own home or at my residence.

About: I've taken care of dogs of various ages for about 2 years at the client's home. I've done baths, taken them on walks, outside to go potty, of course feeding and giving all the treats! I work in Cedar Rapids so I'm only able to do mid day check ins in that area. If you aren't in the Cedar Rapids area I can do morning and evening/night check ins. I am able to stay overnight at your home as well if needed. I provide care at the client's home. I am able to come for a drop in visit and hang out with your pet for a short time or I'm able to come and stay for the night, weekend, or longer if needed.
