“This being our first time with Rover - and Josh- and being somewhat late in the planning stage, I was of course a bit nervous, but Josh put us at ease right away. He first offered a Meet-n-Greet where we got to visit him at his home, get to know him a bit, and talk about expectations and our senior dog’s needs. He was flexible with the drop off and pick up scheduling and followed up during our trip with daily text updates and pictures to keep us “in the know”. We joked with our family that our pup wouldn’t want to come home with us because she was being loved on so well. 😊 Being a bit of a high anxiety dog, she often will shed a lot when nervous, but when she arrived home it was obvious to me that she had had a good experience. She was not only bright-eyed and tail wagging, but her coat was shiny and smooth – she was happy and feeling good. As any pet lover would agree, it does a momma’s heart good to know that there is someone out there who will care for your fur-baby with the same, if not better intent than your own. I love being outside and walking, so spending that time with dogs makes it even better. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I enjoy giving each pup the attention they deserve. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on keeping them safe, happy, and comfortable. I follow their usual routine as closely as possible—walks, feeding times, play, and downtime. In my home, pets have a cozy, dog-friendly space with plenty of love and supervision (plus a playful pup to keep them company if they enjoy dog friends). In a client’s home, I respect their space and make sure their pet feels secure and cared for while you're away.
About: I have dog sat for everyone I know. I am the first person someone asks to dog sit. I provide lots of care, attention, and play for dogs. I enjoy walking and spending time with as many dogs as possible! Over the summer I have a very flexible schedule! When school starts back I will be available early afternoon’s on weekdays. I work in the schools so I am free when students have no school. My weekends are also very open. I have a field with trees near my apartment that dogs seem to absolutely love! I live alone with no animals so all attention and focus will be on the doggie!

About: I’ve been raised around dogs since I was born. I’ve owned multiple dogs until they were in their old ages. I am experienced with cats dogs pigs and other smaller animals. I offer daily walks, a ton of belly rubs and attention. We have another young dog with high energy. We love giving out treats. Your dog is safe with me. I offer daily walks. I offer tons and tons of belly rubs. I am super active and we love going To pet co and petsmart. I work full time out of home but my wife is full time in the home. We allow couch surfers and bed snuggles. She has her own rover so she’s background check certified as well. We will tend to any food or med needs. We are experienced with crate training and only will use it if needed. We leash in our own yard and leash on walks. Any loose dogs we will stay clear of while taking care of your fur baby.
About: I’ve been working with animals since I was a little girl. We always had animals in our house & I have been a pet sitter for many years. I have experience with dogs, cats, lizards, fish, & smaller animals like hamsters. I love animals of every kind & having many of my own, I understand how important it is to trust who is taking care of your pets. “This being our first time with Rover - and Josh- and being somewhat late in the planning stage, I was of course a bit nervous, but Josh put us at ease right away. He first offered a Meet-n-Greet where we got to visit him at his home, get to know him a bit, and talk about expectations and our senior dog’s needs. He was flexible with the drop off and pick up scheduling and followed up during our trip with daily text updates and pictures to keep us “in the know”. We joked with our family that our pup wouldn’t want to come home with us because she was being loved on so well. 😊 Being a bit of a high anxiety dog, she often will shed a lot when nervous, but when she arrived home it was obvious to me that she had had a good experience. She was not only bright-eyed and tail wagging, but her coat was shiny and smooth – she was happy and feeling good. As any pet lover would agree, it does a momma’s heart good to know that there is someone out there who will care for your fur-baby with the same, if not better intent than your own. About: Drop ins: I’ll take your dog on a little walk before feeding them and spending time with your little furry love (20-30 minutes or so) Walking: I’ll take your pooch for a walk and/or run for as long as they require. House sitting: we will go on walks, snuggle, eat and I will be respectful of the owners home- clean up after myself and the animal so you come home to a nice clean home and you don’t have to rush to take care of your beloved fur baby! Boarding: not my preferred method of watching your pooch but if it’s absolutely needed, I can accommodate to make your pooch feel warm and welcome in my home.I have 2 large male dogs and a 2 year old- they’re great but getting older and less tolerant of other dogs.
