“Jamie is such a GOLD/DIAMOND STAR sitter. I messaged her at 9PM about an emergency pick up because my current dog sitter was not taking a good care of my dog when I was out of town. We never work with each other before but she was so responsive and was ready to pick my dog up at 9AM the next day! Less than 12 hours of notice! She gave multiple updates with pictures and video throughout the day. I feel bad sometimes because I don’t even response to them as much as she send them! She asked for dietary restrictions, patient with my dog when she first met him. She even gave him food topper from her own! He is eating better than when he is with me! When I have a delay to return, she make sure that my dog is actually being put in a good hand and not with the old dog sitter who did not treat him right. “Sana did a wonderful job taking care of our 11 month old puppy. It was the first time we left her for more than 1 overnight. We were gone for 11 days. Sana sent pictures or videos everyday to let us know how JoJo was doing. When JoJo was showing signs of discomfort, Sana went above and beyond taking care of our pup and making sure she was as comfortable as possible. It was obvious Sana loved our puppy as her own and that our puppy loved her back. I was appreciative that Sana let me know something wasn't right with our pup without worrying me too much on vacation but also being respectful and considerate by reaching out for my input on how to handle the situation. Sana was also very flexible with drop off and pick up times. We had a meet and greet ahead of time which helped ease our minds about everything.
