About: I have two cats with very different personalities - one loves pets and one just loves company and that’s okay! I understand each pet has their on personality and I’d take the time to meet them and provide the individual care they need while you’re away. I work full time from home, which makes my days flexible and accessible for pet care! I can easily stop by in the mornings, midday, or evenings to keep your pet company or take them on a walk. I understand some pets are a little more shy than others. That’s why it’s important to approach each pet gently with love. I’ll make sure your pet feels safe and gets the attention they need and deserve!

About: I discovered my love for dogs (relatively) later in life, when my parents adopted a sweet middle-aged mutt when I went to college! Since then, I have adored dogs and in addition to caring for my family dog on school breaks I’ve been petsitting (in my home and others’) for friends and friends of friends over the past few years. I enjoy getting to know the personality of each animal and catering to it, whether that means long walks or long cuddle sessions on the couch. I love all dogs, but due to a bad personal experience with a pit bull, I prefer to work with other breeds. I’m a freelance writer and in between jobs I am at home and available to care for your pet on whatever schedule you prefer. My only recurring conflicts are comedy shows I perform in at night but they rarely go longer than 2 hours. I live in an ADU that is a tiny home so dogs on the smaller side will be more comfortable there. I have room for a crate but sleep in a bunk bed, so if your dog prefers sleeping with a person, a dog I can comfortably lift in and out may be better (I’ve done it before with a Cavapoo). In a client’s home any size of dog is fine, I just want to know the house rules for both me and the dog to follow and if it’s a long sit check out the space beforehand.
About: I am excellent with dogs, perceptive to their needs, very active when walking, and consistently great at training our furry friends. Have taken care of dogs (who are part of our family) for over 40 years, and know the ins- and outs-. I am also experienced in administering any medication, as my fur baby had leukemia for the last year of his life. Also, I have a knack for taking the cutest dog pics and will make sure to keep your mind at ease while I am watching over your fur baby. I work from home as a professor and live a very active lifestyle, including daily walks, weekly hikes, and bike rides, where my very active fur baby (may he rest in power) loved the activity and exploration. I am a huge fan of giving belly rubs to furry friends, as well as having company during my walks and hikes. Your dog will get filtered water, plenty of love and belly rubs, on leash walks & hikes, and on-time and appropriate meals. My home has plenty of comfy resting spots, and a fenced-off, big, backyard where your fur baby can bask in the sun, chase butterflies that visit my garden, enjoy a doggy treat on the deck, and take care of their business.

About: While I was not lucky enough to grow up with dogs, after adopting my first rescue, Charlie, in 2013, I unlocked my undying love for all pups. A year after adopting Charlie, I adopted Dennis, another rescue, and they are the loves of my life. I have experience with dogs of all ages, including senior dogs, and experience with anxious and/or fearful dogs. I have experience administering oral, eye, ear, and topical medication and am excellent at giving belly rubs when the pups asks. I am an artist who maintains a flexible schedule. I'm available for pop-ins and walks throughout the day and can easily accommodate longer visits or overnight needs.
