“Megan is an excellent and considerate pet sitter and has quickly become our first request to watch our cat. She is extremely friendly and gentle with pets and the best person to have taking care of them.”

About: I’ve been involved with pet care my whole life! I’ve volunteered at PAW here in Maryland and worked as a Pet-care Specialist, Dog walker, and Pet sitter for cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, fish, and other small pets. I am knowledgeable in administering medicine to pets, and understanding animal body language. I’m currently doing pet care full-time! When I’m not caring for my own pets, I’m always looking for ways to help people care for theirs! I currently only have weekday availability. I always approach pets with care and respect! I understand that it’s possible for pets to come from all types of backgrounds, and am committed to making your pets feel the most comfortable they can!

“Alexander did a great job visiting my puppy while I was away. He was timely, gentle and attentive when handling him. I appreciate the updates and extra help with cleaning up after my pup and I trusted that my dog was in great hands. Thanks!”

About: I've taken care of a wide array of dogs ranging in size, age, and breed. I've fed, bathed, and trained dogs ranging from Yorkshire Terriers to Golden Doodles to German Shepherds. I currently attend morning classes from 8:30-11:30 Monday through Fridays so times in the afternoon typically after 1:00 is most suitable. My schedule shifts on weekends as I do not attend classes on those days but I do prefer to care for animals in the morning or early afternoon. While I do have two animals of my own, both my dogs are trained and do not bite. However, should I pet-sit for someone, my animals would stay on a different level of my house than the animal I'm watching to avoid any problems. I have a dog gate blocking access to my kitchen and free space for any animals to roam free if they want.
About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and respect I have for dogs. I believe dogs are not just pets—they are cherished members of the family. I treat every dog in my care with patience, kindness, and attention, just as I would my own. My goal is to give dog parents complete peace of mind, knowing their fur baby is safe, loved, and well cared for while they’re away. • Puppy training & obedience reinforcement • Senior dog care & medication administration • Positive reinforcement training • High-attention, compassionate care • Reliable routines & clear communication • Puppy training & obedience reinforcement • Senior dog care & medication administration • Positive reinforcement training • High-attention, compassionate care • Reliable routines & clear communication I allow pets on all furniture, my bed, my chairs, couches. I don’t believe that pets shouldn’t be allowed on furniture. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, as I currently have ample time and flexibility to dedicate to dogs in my care. This allows me to provide consistent attention, regular potty breaks, playtime, walks, training reinforcement, and plenty of companionship throughout the day. After recently losing my own dog to kidney failure, I understand deeply how important it is to trust someone with your fur baby. That experience has strengthened my commitment to providing attentive, compassionate care and treating every dog as if they were my own. I’m able to give dogs my undivided attention, whether that means extra comfort for senior dogs, structured routines for puppies, or simply being present to ensure they feel safe, loved, and at ease. My goal is to give dog parents complete peace of mind, knowing their fur baby is receiving the same care, patience, and love I would want for my own.
“Trish was very punctual for the meet and greet as well as the walks . She was very communicative. We have been trying to find a walker that worked well with Marlin and Trish is it ! We loved all the pictures.”

“Ilia was excellent. Could not recommend more highly. She was very friendly and flexible when a last minute emergency hit. She took Huey to her house to ensure he would be well cared for. Thank you so much!”

“Maria was so wonderful with our cat Lucy. Lucy is a bit shy but I could tell from the pictures and videos Maria sent me daily that Lucy was comfortable and having a a great time with Maria’s company. Maria was very reliable and even showed up for us on Thanksgiving Day. She sent me a report every day to let me know how the visit went and how Lucy was doing. We hate leaving our Lucy alone for a few days but it was a great comfort to know she was taken such great care of by Maria while my daughter had to go out of town. I will definitely use Maria again if we need a pet sitter in the future and I’m so grateful for her wonderful care of our sweet Lucy.”

About: I have years of experience with animals. From turtles, to large cane corsos and Perro de Presa Canarios, to a small Yorkie - puppies to adults, to kittens and cats. I fostered a puppy into adulthood when care became overwhelming for the original owner. She is energetic and would run and jump on people and furniture. I would take her for daily walks and mentally stimulating toys that assisted with training her to redirect her energy and respect those who do not wish to be jumped on. I taught her how to go outside, as she had only gone indoors on a pad. I taught her socialization - considerably reducing barking at people (to include children) and other animals (to include birds, squirrels, other dogs, etc.). This same dog, who did not care for people, instantly felt comfortable enough to leave the owner and move in with me. She came to adore me so much that the only time she barked or cried was when I had to leave her home for quick runs to the grocery store. Early mornings and evenings are currently best for me; however, I am willing to negotiate and work with you if you let me know you and your pet(s)'s needs. My goal is to satisfy the needs and comfort of each owner and pet. If your pet enjoys company, I am able to provide that.

I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I treat every dog as if they were my own. I’ll provide regular updates, photos, and prompt communication so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make your time away as stress free as possible for both you and your dog. I can’t wait to meet you and your best friend! I work full time during the week, but I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable pet on weekends and holidays. I plan my schedule carefully to ensure every pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, potty breaks, and affection. I’ll always keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special care instructions to help them feel at ease. I’m attentive to changes in behavior, keep a clean and safe environment, and will always communicate with you through regular updates and photos so you know your pet is in great hands.

About: I have over 3 years experience walking and pet sitting on Rover, and have been the primary pet caregiver for my household, including 3 dogs, for over 12 years. I love showering pets with tons of affection and play, but also respecting them as animals to give them the proper care they need. I’m pretty comfortable with dogs of all sizes and can do feeding, walking, or drop ins to sooth anxiety. Right now I care for dog Lola, and when she’s not around I’m making new fur friends around Patterson Park. I know that your dog is not just a pet, but a cherished member of your family, and let’s be honest it really does takes a village, so I’m here to be part of your pet support team and treat them with with love, respect, and exceptional care. I’m currently self employed and working from home. I know that life can be unpredictable, so I offer flexible availability whether you require daily walks or last minute appointments I can be there to make sure your pet has the care and attention they deserve. Constant Communication with you, the pet parent, is essential as I believe transparency and trust are the building blocks to a successful partnership and positive experience.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and growing up, neighbors and friends would often reach out to me for pet care! I also volunteered at an animal shelter through middle and high school and, in addition to learning how to properly care for animals, I also learned a lot about reading dog and cat behavior and body language. I also have experience giving medication to cats and dogs (even the most stubborn and wriggly of them all), so if your pet requires medication, you can feel confident that they will get it! I mostly work from home and have a pretty flexible working schedule. The chance to get out of my house, go for a walk, or hang out with a cute cat or dog is always a bonus for me! I look forward to the days I get to take care of someone’s pet because it fits perfectly in my schedule, brings me so much joy, and gives me an opportunity to help others out. I can visit your home to give your pets potty breaks, feedings, walks, or quality time. I will make sure your pet gets plenty of play time and interaction over the course of a home visit!
