Safety, trust & environment
My priority is the health and happiness of your pet, and a respect for your home. I understand it can be stressful for our pets to meet and adapt to new people, so I will do my best to make them feel safe and cared for. I will also ensure to leave your home as I found it and clean up after myself and your fur babies.

Former vet assistant and pet lover!
Pet care experience
I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I used to take care of farm animals every summer - the goats and barn cats were always my favorite. When I got to college, I pursued a degree in Animal Science and worked as a vet assistant & receptionist for 4 years while also volunteering at an animal shelter. I have cared for a variety of pets of different ages, temperaments, and health statuses and know how to adapt for their needs. I have made a career pivot away from veterinary medicine about 2 years ago, and I sincerely miss making new furry friends, so I would love to get to know yours!

Reviews

Layla was awesome. I would use her and Rover again anytime. She got there early, took my dog for a little longer than expected and brought him back safely every time her communication was great. She interfaced with both me and my friend who was watching the dog. She is kind, responsible and communicative. Five stars for Layla!

Layla is AWESOME SAUCE!! My kitties are typically "anti-humam other than mommy", but one of my kitties actually made contact with her several times. Layla is very sweet, she's observant, she's thoughtful, she's polite, and she genuinely loves and cares for animals. I'm so happy I was able to find her to look after my babies while I was away. I wasn't worried one bit because I knew she was dropping in on them while I was gone, and she took very good care of them!

Layla was soo helpful. She walk both of my dogs and treated them like her own. She followed all the instructions and kept me updated. Will definitely book her again.
We were so lucky to have Layla as our dog sitter for several years. She is an absolute pleasure to work with: reliable, caring, and genuinely wonderful with dogs. Our dog adored her, and we always felt completely at ease knowing he was in such loving hands. Couldn’t recommend her more!
