Jacy was amazing! Due to a last minute cancellation, we reached out the morning we were supposed to leave to see if Jacy could take our dog for a couple nights & she saved the day! She was a great communicator providing regular updates with photos & videos & even sent us home with a couple printed pictures 🥹 She was gracious toward a couple accidents as our puppy adjusted to a new surrounding & worked with him to be successful in his new space. And she was very intentional about introducing the pups to each other. We felt very assured that our dog was loved & cared for. He came home tuckered out from having so much fun playing with his new friends. Would 100% reach out again for future boarding needs - thank you Jacy!

Joshua did a fantastic job watching our dog Norm in his apartment for 9 days. Norm is a senior, special needs, anxious dog and Joshua was incredibly accommodating and flexible to make sure Norm was well cared for.
