Right from the get go they were extremely responsive and had the answers to all my questions. And so friendly! We did a quick meet and greet at their home and I instantly knew I’d be trusting my guy with them. Just really wonderful people and they clearly love the animals they take care of. And they sure took care of mine! I got lots of pictures and updates over the weekend, and Ding looked so happy in all of them. He really hit it off with their dog Sonic! The weekend flew by and after an easy pickup (they really made everything so easy!) Ding and I were back home. He totally crashed out after a fun weekend with his new friends. Though we were fairly short notice, Dan helped walk us through the Rover process, allowed us to do a meet and greet ahead of time, and was very flexible with drop off and pick up. Not knowing how our dogs would do as a first time away from us with non-family, there was a lot of anxiety on our side and it all was put to rest with videos and pictures of our pups having a great time there! There’s no doubt our dogs have some quirks but Dan and Kelly took amazing care of them and made them/us feel very welcome! Their house is very pet friendly with the toys, beds, and large fenced in backyard. So grateful to have found them, and strongly recommend them for your furry family members!”
