About: I’ve always had animals of my own, basically since I was old enough to walk. I started my own pet-sitting business when I was 13. I’m the go-to for friends and family when they need their babies cared for and I love every breed. I studied veterinary medicine for a number of years and have more recently begun to train dogs, as well. I work full-time but I make my own schedule and I can have dogs at my work. I also live just a few minutes away from my work and can pop back to my house when need be. I’m already taking care of our senior dog, our new puppy, and our two cats. I love being outside and taking the babies for walks. I have a fenced in yard as well as two other dogs and two other cats. I have a large crate as well as two portable enclosures and no shortage of extra bowls, blankets, toys, and towels. I live in a great neighborhood and there is a park a block away. It’s important to me that animals are well taken care of and I love spending extra time playing and snuggling with any babies I get to hang out with.

About: For the last 10 years, I’ve taken care of my rescue chiweenie through heart failure in all of her senior dog quirks. Since her passing i have so much love to pour into ur pets! I also have experience watching 2 dogs ( max and Thelma) for one month during a work exchange in Hawaii and a dog named goia for a month in Switzerland! Work looked like: 2 hour walk every morning, feeding, brushing, bathing. Etc. I am currently a server and a yoga teacher. My schedule is very flexible and I have a lot of free time in the mornings. About: We have been with dogs and other animals our whole life and love dogs. Our Shiba Inu, Sami, is our fourth baby. Your pet will get the attention and safety he/she needs and will be treated no different than our own. Our work hours are flexible and we prioritize our walks with our pet so it will be the same as others. Sami gets 2 walks and 3-4 bathroom breaks per day usually at least 1 of them is off leash at a dog park. We are not a dog boarder, your dog will be in a home and will know the difference. We treat your dog with the same care as ours and will follow your instructions as instructed. Typically, bathroom break between 3-4 hours and at least 3 times per day for each dog.

About: I've had one or more dogs in my life since I was 6 years old. I currently have a senior red heeler that I rescued 8 years ago. Not only have I grown up taking care of my own dogs, as an adult I dog sit quite regularly for friends. I do work from home, which affords me the opportunity to take breaks to interact with and toilet my heeler and any other dog we have visiting, on their schedules. I work from home, so Monday thru Friday, I rarely leave my home, except to take the dog for walks. I may go away in the evenings, during the week, for a couple hours, but that's rare. I do tend to be more active on the weekends, doing my grocery shopping and running other errands, as well church on Sundays, and an occasional brunch. I do have a fenced in back yard as well as a senior red heeler (as stated earlier). My heeler doesn't really pay much attention to other dogs, and seems to prefer the company of humans. That being said, he gets along great with other dogs.

Familiar with special needs, dietary restrictions, after surgery care, blind animals and more. About: I seem to be a magnet for anxious dogs and cats! Both my senior cat and adolescent dog have behavioral issues/anxiety, and while it has its challenges, I find bonding with these guys can be the most rewarding experience. Between slow, gentle movements, not rushing a bond, and having lots of treats on hand, I've learned that "difficult" personalities don't always have to be so hard. I work 8-5 on weekdays, with Mondays and Fridays being working-from-home days. I can easily incorporate lunch-time and evening visits into my schedule during the week with open availability on weekends. After adopting an anxious/reactive dog, my partner and I have invested countless hours into a training program that works for us. Through this experience, I've learned the power of positive reinforcement, consent for touch, and patience even when it's the most difficult to find it. I'm a huge believer in redirecting unwanted behavior rather than punishment of any kind. Love and respect is the driving force behind all of my interactions with animals!

About: I have cared for animals since I can remember- I grew up on a farm and my first ever job was at a pet store where we had extensive education about animal behavior and nutrition. I started fostering animals after college and while I don't do that full time anymore - cats and dogs always seems to find their way to our house when in need. I have done dog walking and house/ cat sitting on and off for friends and friends of friends for years and I always go out of my way to find more animals to cuddle. This gig seems like the best way to do that! I work 12 hour shifts only a couple days a week so I have many free days for pet care. I am home all the days I'm not working and can spend it with furry friends! I have a fenced in back yard and tons of walkable space near my house for plays and exercise for your baby. I am good at going with the flow of whatever the fur baby's energy is but I am also great at following a routine for your baby as well.
