“Repeat customer here. Goose loves hanging out with Christina, Michael and the family! They take great care of Goose and always send regular updates so I never have to worry while I’m traveling for work.”

“Christine and her crew were incredible and did a great job. Thor came home exhausted and without any bad habits (begging from the table, attempting to get on furniture, etc). Great communication before and throughout the stay. Thor loved his time with Cornelius and is looking forward to his next visit.”

“We were very happy with Tracy and her daughter taking care of our dog!! Our dog was so exhausted from playing and being spoiled she slept so much when we got home! Highly recommend Tracy!!”

“Dan and his wife were absolutely incredible! This was our first experience with Rover, and certainly will not be our last! Dan’s communication was excellent! He sent daily updates, photos, and videos during our time away. I truly felt our pup was so loved and cared for! Hands down would recommend Dan to anyone and everyone! Thank you!!!”

“I would definitely recommend Melvin and Sean! This was our first time leaving our baby Charlie. As someone who deals with anxiety it wasn't an easy thing for me to do. However they made me feel completely at ease and assured me that he was safe and well taken care of. The photo updates they sent throughout the stay helped so much and truly gave me peace of mind. I’m so grateful for the wonderful care they provided! We will definitely use them again.”

“Chad is always so pleasant and takes great care of my quirky dog Murphy. He sends plenty of updates and debriefs me on how the stay went. Murphy always comes home tuckered out after a weekend of fun. I highly recommend booking with Chad!”

“Jenn was awesome! From the meet & greet to the weekend boarding. I was so nervous as it was our first time having to board our Aussiedoodle Jax. Jenn made sure to send us pictures & videos multiple times per day. It was such an added bonus to see our puppy just having the best time! She had toys & even took him swimming! I know Jax had a great time, he was wore out & sleeping as soon as we got home. She was really understanding & listening when I brought up his food allergies. I will continue using her for boarding & recommending her to our friends with dogs that may need it.”

“Caroline was AMAZING with our two girls - she gave us updates with pictures and our girls had an AMAZING time with Gator! Would HIGHLY recommend Caroline for any visits and we will be back again ❤️”

“David was great! He treated my dog like he was family. I had absolute faith that my dog was right at home and all his needs were being met. I knew that I could leave my dog, with high needs and a big personality, in his care and he’d be in great hands. He sent updates & photos as well. Highly recommend!!”

“Thanks again for watching our dogs! They get so excited to go to your house and always get so much love and attention! Thank you both for being so amazing and loving on our dogs like they were your own.”

“Mark and Leah were absolutely wonderful. This was our first time using Rover and they made Pepper feel right at home. Great communication and sent picture updates during her stay. Will definitely be booking with them again!!”

“Pam is AMAZING!!! She is truly an animal lover and took such great care of our Puggy. Pam sent photos and videos throughout the day so that we could see how much fun our Pug was having with her and her dogs. Pam spent a lot of time with Puggy in her lap and also allowed him to snuggle up in bed while sleeping. What a blessing to have Pam so that when we travel we know our Puggy gets to have a wonderful vacation too! Pam is so sweet & so great about communicating. We give Pam the highest recommendation possible. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“Janelle is outstanding. We have used rover in many states during our travels through the last several years as full time travelers and Janelle is the best!! Great communication and care. Would seek her out whenever possible.”

About: I’ve had cats in my life since the day I was born. We had 7 family cats in my lifetime and I adopted two of my own, Ringo and Starr, in 2015. Starr passed away in 2022 and dealt with health issues in the last few years of her life, so I have experience dealing with administering medication, adhering to special diets and caring for sick or aging cats. I’ve also routinely cat-sit for cats with medical conditions such as seizures, urinary tract issues, diabetes and cerebellar hypoplasia. I don’t mind claws or hissing and will love your cat regardless of temperament. I will also never leave your litterbox un-scooped! I‘m also happy to provide any extra care if asked, including nail clipping, undercoat brushing, litterbox deep-cleaning, etc. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!!

“Leah is amazing!!! Communication is awesome and she’s beyond flexible!! Been booking with her continuously and couldn’t be happier with her service!!!”

“Booking with Kelsey & Forrest to take care of my cat was such a great experience! They were very communicative, sent pictures and videos of my cat, provided updates, and took very good care of my girl 🐱. This was my first experience with Rover and it was very pleasant. If you want someone that’ll take care of your pet like their own, don’t hesitate to book Kelsey & Forrest. I will definitely book them again in the future :)”

“Beth did an amazing job! We loved getting the updates and photos while we were away, it always makes vacation easier knowing your pets are in good hands!”

About: I have a lot of experience taking care of my family’s dogs (Bernese Mountain Dogs) and dogsitting for friends and neighbors. I have a lot of energy, so I am willing to walk, run, and play with your dog. I am also willing to take your dog to a dog park to get out some more energy. I also offer house sitting. I am a middle school teacher, so during the week I am only available for drop-ins and walks after 3:40. If I am dogsitting for you during the week, there will be times that I am gone for 8-9 hours at work. But on most weekends, I wouldn’t be gone for more than 3-4 hours at a time, and would spend the rest of the time home with your pet making them feel safe and loved! I work full time from 7:30-3:30 on weekdays, but have a lot of afternoon and evening availability for drop-ins and walks. I am also available for early morning drop-ins before 7:00 am. I follow all of the routines, procedures, and feeding instructions left by the pet’s family in order to provide great care for the pet and to ensure the home is safe and secure.

“We were desperate for a Christmas sitter, and Brian saved us! The cats absolutely adored him and we knew they were in good hands. The quality time he spent with them while we were gone meant the absolute world, and it showed in the pictures he sent. We can't wait to book Brian again!”

“Kim is our #1 choice to take care of our sweet old kitties. She does an excellent job with both oral and injected medications for them - as well as amazing snuggles!”

“I’m so thankful for the love & care that Suzanne and her kids gave my kitten. He got sick the night before I left and she really helped me out by giving him his needed meds while I was gone. I’m sure my kitten enjoyed all of the play time with her kids! Highly recommend them.”

“Jenn checked in our cats as promised and sent us reports and photos on how they were doing that we appreciated. It was a comfort to know that they were being looked after while we were gone and to know what was going on!”

About: I’ve been around cats and dogs since childhood. My friends, family, and co-workers have trusted me to care for their fur babies! I have a senior pittie with reactive/aggressive behavior, so I do have experience and empathy towards that! I work full time Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm but can drop in after work or later in the evening as well. Friday-Sunday are my more flexible days! I fully respect the owner’s schedule for their pet and will follow whatever instructions are needed to ensure your pet is safe and cared for properly. I would ask the same for my own!
About: I'd love to walk your dog and give them the love they deserve! I have experience pet sitting and walking, as well as riding and training horses growing up. I also love to run and would be happy to run with your dog if they need to get more energy out! Currently, evenings work best for me. Walks anytime after 5:30 should be fine on weekdays, and I am more flexible on weekends- I can often do walks in the afternoon as well. I am not able to provide pet day care right now. I would love to walk dogs, but can not take them into my home.

“Jacy was absolutely fantastic! Cinder had an amazing time with her. She sent frequent updates throughout the day along with lots of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Her home and yard were the perfect place for pups to run, play, and have a great time. What really set her apart was how she went above and beyond. At the end of the day, she surprised us with a few printed photos of Cinder to take home, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It's clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches and the people who trust her with them. We could tell Cinder was happy, well cared for, and having an absolute blast. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Jacy again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional Rover sitter!”

“Cub had another fantastic play date with his friend Mabel! I know he’s treated well because he gets super excited when we show up to their house! He’ll be looking forward to the next hangout :)”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats all my life within my own family as well as being trusted to watch over friends and family pets as well. This includes dogs of all sizes, medical needs, senior care, etc. I am able to be home to give your pet the attention and frequent potty breaks they may need and can provide frequent updates and photos while you’re away. I look forward to connecting! I am currently working from home only part time and would be able to watch over your pet in the home all hours of the day and week. I have a friendly dog at home that gets along great with others. I have a yard and would be able to take your dog out leashed and for walks as it is unfenced at this time. I can definitely crate your dog if needed, let them roam around if that’s what you’re comfortable with, provide medication as needed, etc.

About: I've had one or more dogs in my life since I was 6 years old. I currently have a senior red heeler that I rescued 8 years ago. Not only have I grown up taking care of my own dogs, as an adult I dog sit quite regularly for friends. I do work from home, which affords me the opportunity to take breaks to interact with and toilet my heeler and any other dog we have visiting, on their schedules. I work from home, so Monday thru Friday, I rarely leave my home, except to take the dog for walks. I may go away in the evenings, during the week, for a couple hours, but that's rare. I do tend to be more active on the weekends, doing my grocery shopping and running other errands, as well church on Sundays, and an occasional brunch. I do have a fenced in back yard as well as a senior red heeler (as stated earlier). My heeler doesn't really pay much attention to other dogs, and seems to prefer the company of humans. That being said, he gets along great with other dogs.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, currently have a rescue that is a Cur/Dalmatian mix. I fostered a German Shepherd and just found him his forever home! My previous pup was a pure bred red-nose pit! I work from home so am available for all needs! And yes, my dog does sleep on my bed! Lots of outdoor toys to tire them out! I have a fenced in yard and a “puppy pool” for those hot days! I live in a quiet neighborhood with an excellent dog walking route, even have a neighbor who put out dog treats in a mailbox for frequent walkers!
About: We take extra time to make sure they have exercise, love, play, safety, and fun. We treat your dog as if he's one of our own. Someone is always home to care for our pets. Their care is our #1 priority. We have scheduled meal times and always ensure fresh water is available. We also take time to make sure they have plenty of exercise and fun. We take multiple walks each day, spend time playing with them, ensure that they are well cared for and loved. We make sure they are happy!
“Caroline takes such good care of Clover every time she visits! She is always happy to go, is relaxed when she comes home. It’s so nice having somewhere Clo loves to go and we can trust. Thank you Caroline!”

“Megan did a great job watching our pup. She sent lots of pictures and kept us updated while we were gone. Harley was EXHAUSTED when we left, which is always a great sign. Will definitely use her again.”

“Joshua is awesome with my puppy! His own dogs are great with other dogs and are very patient with my pup. He seems to do well with training too, all positive reinforcement. Very happy with him!”

“Daniel was great, we had to leave our new puppy for a week, and he did a wonderful job taking care of her. He also sent us many cute pictures. I would highly recommend him if you need daycare for you pup! :)”

About: My son and I have experience volunteering at Mackenzie’s Animal Sanctuary, where we we trained in their method of teaching dogs commands and how to interpret dog body language and behavior. We are used to interacting with a variety of dog breeds and personalities from our experience at Mackenzies. We have experience fostering dogs through Lake Haven Animal Sanctuary (do not have any at this time and will update the bio if I accept another foster). As a family, we took two training classes through Petsmart with our dog Cooper, so we have recent experience training puppies. We lost our 14 year old pug/best friend, Dora, who required several medications and monitoring toward the end of her life. I am very used to attending to special needs and medication regimens of dogs. I work from home 100% of the time. If we leave home, it’s usually for a maximum of 3 hours at a time for my son’s soccer practice and I often bring the dogs to walk during that time. I am open to long term set schedules or for as needed care. I have a completely fenced backyard (6 foot privacy fence). My son and I are eager to love your pups and one canine member (Cooper - our 6 year old neutered male labradoodle) who is thrilled to interact with other dogs. Between playing with Cooper in the yard, going on a run or walk with me or playing fetch- your pup will be happy and exercised during their stay. There will almost always be one or more members of the household at home fighting over who will gets to cuddle with the doggies. Cooper is respectful of older dogs with lower activity levels and follows the lead of active puppies. He is very tolerant and gentle of all other pets he’s met and is just super excited to make friends and have play dates. I work 0-6 hours per day, depending on the day, but all from home. My dog always gets at least one walk per day. Typically, My son and I both take the dogs on walks and play fetch in the yard throughout the day. As of March 2026, my ability to walk the dogs has diminished greatly due to a herniated disc and subsequent knee buckling. Therefore, while I can provide snuggles all day, lap time while I work, time in the yard, I am not up to providing my usual walks. So for the time being, I am best suited for less energetic dogs/those with lower exercise requirements. I have a fenced yard and a well behaved 8 year old dog who has never met a dog he doesn’t like. We allow the dogs on our beds and couch.
“Chris and Vashti are great! They’re almost always available, even when I need daycare last minute. They share constant updates throughout the day. I get photos and messages showing Cinder Block having the best time, which makes it so much easier to leave him knowing he’s in great hands. It’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs they watch, not just going through the motions. Cinder comes home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for every single time. Couldn’t recommend them more.”

“SHERRI IS AMAZING! She took my booking last minute and was SO attentive! She has a lovely dog Goro loved playing with and a fenced in yard but she also gave him walks which I thought was so amazing. 10/10 best Rovers experience I’ve had :)”

“Jasmine is an awesome dog walker! She was very attentive and left some of the best notes I've ever had from a dog walker/sitter, which I really appreciated. She also used rover cards, which helps a ton, so I know where Moe walked and how far during the day. 10/10 will use again. I can also tell she has a lot of good experience working with animals. Thanks Jasmine!”

About: Warm Greetings! I offer compassionate, kind presence, responsible care, and careful attention to your pets and home, establishing quality relationships with pet owners. My approach in caring for all animals includes unconditional love, patience, responsibility, gentleness, and understanding. Serving furry friends and the families who love them is my passion and fills my heart with joy. I’ve always cherished animals, and have the attention to detail it requires to nurture them. My heart and home has hosted a variety of pets- three energetic Jack Russel Terriers, two sweet tabby cats, and a multitude of small furry, feathered, scaly, and finned animals- including rabbits, chickens, parrots, reptiles, rodents & more! My professional experience has been so rewarding and includes over 10 years of pet sitting and dog walking. I have been non-professionally taking care of neighbors’ pets since I was 10 years old! I am certified in wildlife rehabilitation and Pet CPR. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and rescues throughout the country—Best Friends Animal Society: Los Angeles, Fur Baby Rescue, Paws of Coronado, San Diego, and Southeastern Guide Dogs, Tampa, Florida—a facility that trains service dogs for those with vision loss, emotional disabilities, as well as disabled veterans. I’ve cared for cats and dogs of all ages from seniors, to small puppies and kittens. I love all breeds, and have experience caring for small to medium dogs, (who can resist lap-dog snuggles?) like Terriers Dachshunds, Pugs, and Australian Shepherds, and large dogs like Poodles, Doodles, Retrievers, and Vizlas. When sitting for dogs and cats, I spend quality, consistent time with them, and I enjoy getting to know their unique personalities and habits. This allows for developing trust and sweet friendship! I take your beloved pups for daily walks, go to the park, and on runs. We will indulge in lots of playtime together, sharing affection, treats, tummy rubs, and snuggles galore. I also love to give gentle doggy and kitty massages. My communication is flexible based on your needs, but you can always look forward to consistent communication with me- Including check-ins, and photo and video updates, so you feel in connection with your pet. If you are on vacation, and would like space, tranquility and quiet time off of the phone, I will provide that, and only send vital updates when needed. If a question or issue arises, I quickly reach out, and respond promptly with efficiency. I respect your home and keep your property neat, tidy, clean, organized, and well looked-after, going above and beyond to leave your place in excellent condition for your return. A little about me personally: I lead a quiet and calm pace of life, love to travel internationally on pilgrimage and surround myself in nature, green open spaces and water- lakes, rivers, oceans. I am a life-long learner and Certified Deep Transformational Life Coach. Most of all, I dedicate my heart and life to serving others, growing in connection to the Divine, to community, to cultivating truth, wisdom, loving kindness, compassion and joy, in order to lead a deep, purposeful existence. I eat a vegetarian +eggless diet, and am alcohol and drug free. My daily schedule is generally open for pet care and walks, especially in the afternoons and evenings. My mornings are introspective. While pet sitting, my morning routine includes pet care and walks! I am attentive to pets throughout the day when pet sitting in your home, and enjoy hanging out with your dog or cat and keeping them company whether we are inside or outside.
“Kate is incredible! Do not hesitate to book with Kate. Our dog loves when she comes over to play, walk, eat, and snuggle. Kate is punctual, communicative, and clearly loves animals. I love reading the reports and seeing the pics from the visit.”

“Rebooking with Katie because she is the best! Our dog won’t often let us dry off her paws, and she was able to dry them after a rainy walk. Our dog already trusts her and that says a lot!”

“I would highly recommend Maelee. She has walked Scout multiple times now and is always on time and a great communicator. Plus the cute pictures after the walk are always an added bonus 😊”

About: Over the past four years, I have house-sat a multitude of times for all types of animals; birds, dogs, and even cats. I make sure that they get lots of love and playtime when I'm with them and any other requests by the owners. I have administered medicine to pets while I have house sat so there would be no worries while you are away! I have experience with foster dogs as well and volunteer at Animal Rescue Project. I am a college student so I have a very flexible schedule! With my classes, there is plenty of time for me to spend time with your furry friends and give them all the love they deserve while you are gone! When at your home, I'll make sure that your pet(s) gets fed on time, takes long walks, is let out when needed, and gets plenty of time to play. I also love to take pictures to send when you're away because everyone needs to see their fur baby while they are away. As the owner of two dogs, I understand the importance of wanting someone that you can trust to take care of your loved ones and I always make sure I provide the service and time that I would want for my pets.
“I am a very over protective doggie mom. I met Claire and instantly liked her and so did my Daisy. She helped us out for a few days and I cannot tell you how pleased and grateful I am for hiring her. She is wonderful with dogs (and mine is strong and a bit wild). My dog LOVES her! I cannot recommend Claire enough! I wish this offered more than 5 stars!”

“Brian did a great job checking in on Mochi when I had to work all day. He took him for a walk and made sure he went potty. Gave Mochi lots of treats and attention! Thanks again ?”

“Daniel was awesome! Not only did he wipe their muddy paws after the walk, but he took off their muddy jackets. Thank you for going above and beyond for my girls. We can’t wait to have you come again!”

About: I have had dogs my entire life, and always contributed to their care and look forward to having one of my own. I have a Sphynx cat named Olive who is my baby. I also have a pet ornate box turtle named Tammy and I treat both as my children, so I have experience caring for reptiles. I also have experience caring for rodents for the past two years. I have watched many of my neighbors dogs before while out of town, as well as my friends cats. I have 2 years of experience of being one of the only people doing Rover in Marquette MI, and had at least one dog staying with me every day for that time on top of doing house visit, so I have lots and lots of Rover experience! (Most of my repeat clients moved to off Rover arrangements) I am currently a medical student in Grand Rapids so my hours are a little limited now, and I can no longer board as I live in an apartment. However, I’m off for the summer and would love to watch/walk some fur babies! I’m currently on summer break from medical school, so I have availability pretty much every week day. However, I have a lot of weekend trips planned, so my weekend dates are limited. I will say I do prefer to sleep at my own house, but for house sitting can do as many drop in visits as needed and can stay for long periods of time. I am able to take the animals on long walks or hikes if that is desired, am available for around the clock care, and have experience with reptiles, rodents, cats, and dogs. I have lots of experience hosting dogs at my home. Now, I can adapt to any animals needs and follow any plans or routines you give me!

“Mark and Leah were absolutely wonderful. This was our first time using Rover and they made Pepper feel right at home. Great communication and sent picture updates during her stay. Will definitely be booking with them again!!”

“Janelle is outstanding. We have used rover in many states during our travels through the last several years as full time travelers and Janelle is the best!! Great communication and care. Would seek her out whenever possible.”

“My senior dog, Frieda, was well taken care of. Communication with Laura was easy. Frieda is a valued member of our family and I'm hesitant to leave her with those I don't know. My mother-in-law recommended Laura and I'm glad she did so. At drop-off Frieda immediately felt comfortable with Laura's husband, and at pick up Frieda was moseying up to the door, happy and content. Will definitely book again.”

“Alex was awesome! Warm, welcoming and flexible. GusGus had a great time playing with her little dog and getting snuggles from her sweet kids. I definitely recommend esp for happy dogs that “play well with others””
