Though we were fairly short notice, Dan helped walk us through the Rover process, allowed us to do a meet and greet ahead of time, and was very flexible with drop off and pick up. Not knowing how our dogs would do as a first time away from us with non-family, there was a lot of anxiety on our side and it all was put to rest with videos and pictures of our pups having a great time there! There’s no doubt our dogs have some quirks but Dan and Kelly took amazing care of them and made them/us feel very welcome! Their house is very pet friendly with the toys, beds, and large fenced in backyard. So grateful to have found them, and strongly recommend them for your furry family members!”

About: I used to operate a rescue and shelter outside of Atlanta. I have experience with all types of animals in all types of conditions. Familiar with special needs, dietary restrictions, after surgery care, blind animals and more. I have always been an animal lover and I currently have 3 dogs I would like to make pet care my full time job. Now, as a responsible pet owner, I have a rescue cat named Nemo and various small animals. Previously, I ran my own rattery, but unfortunately, due to the challenges posed by COVID, we had to cease operations. My cat enjoys a healthy diet of Purina One True Instinct dry cat food, occasional Whiskas treats, and other wet foods. The rats thrived in multiple-story Kaytee cages with a free roam space, nourishment, and dig boxes, and were fed a homemade mixture with a base of adult Oxbow rat food. Our two bunnies have a spacious outdoor hutch and indoor cages with premium-grade rabbit food, hay, and fresh salads, fruits, and vegetables for a well-rounded diet. I've always loved animals, I constantly joke I that I'd prefer animals company over peo(ple's any day of the week altho that statement might be truer a little everyday as someone who works in customer service. honestly though I've always found working with animals more then a passion but kinda a therapy for me and love to fill my free time with working with animals of all verity. As someone who loves animals I constantly strive to make sure that they're in a comfortable environment and mindset and always take in account the personality of the animals I'm working with to better handle each individual. About: I worked for five years as a veterinary assistant/technician at a facility that offered boarding, where I became kennel manager. I'm confident working with seniors, medical cases, behavorial cases, and puppies. For all weekend drop-ins, my partner Alex will be accompanying me. About: I've had one or more dogs in my life since I was 6 years old. I currently have a senior red heeler that I rescued 8 years ago. Not only have I grown up taking care of my own dogs, as an adult I dog sit quite regularly for friends. I do work from home, which affords me the opportunity to take breaks to interact with and toilet my heeler and any other dog we have visiting, on their schedules. I work from home, so Monday thru Friday, I rarely leave my home, except to take the dog for walks. I may go away in the evenings, during the week, for a couple hours, but that's rare. I do tend to be more active on the weekends, doing my grocery shopping and running other errands, as well church on Sundays, and an occasional brunch. I do have a fenced in back yard as well as a senior red heeler (as stated earlier). My heeler doesn't really pay much attention to other dogs, and seems to prefer the company of humans. That being said, he gets along great with other dogs.

About: We have been with dogs and other animals our whole life and love dogs. Our Shiba Inu, Sami, is our fourth baby. Your pet will get the attention and safety he/she needs and will be treated no different than our own. Our work hours are flexible and we prioritize our walks with our pet so it will be the same as others. Sami gets 2 walks and 3-4 bathroom breaks per day usually at least 1 of them is off leash at a dog park. We are not a dog boarder, your dog will be in a home and will know the difference. We treat your dog with the same care as ours and will follow your instructions as instructed. Typically, bathroom break between 3-4 hours and at least 3 times per day for each dog. I got pictures and updates and Fuji even came back having been taught a new trick! They were flexible with me having to extend my trip, asking to pick Fuji up an hour early, and even jumped my car for me when it died in their driveway! I would definitely hire Danielle in the future and recommend her to anyone who is seeking a kind, reliable dog sitter.”

She sent pictures during Remy’s stay at her home and assured me he was happy and well taken care of. Prior to Remy’s overnight stay, we met up for a meet and greet.
