About: I've taken care of my dog and family and friends dogs for many years. I even volunteered in an animal shelter for awhile as well! I currently run a small handmade business from my space. I spend a lot of time outdoors with my own dog, we like to run, play fetch, chase squirrels, and spend time treat training. I make sure a walk and quality time are prioritys with animals. I do not take dogs into my living space as I live with friends currently and on the road at times, so I prefer to go to your home and location. I'm very flexible! :)
About: I have over 20 years of experience with dogs - We’ve had 4 very different breeds since I was young, all shapes and sizes. My dad taught me how to train them as well! Current and proud Pup Dad of a 5 year old Staffy - Mabel - who is a rescue and one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I’m comfortable with everything from high-energy pups to calmer seniors. I use simple, patient, consistent handling (basic commands, calm corrections, and rewarding good behavior) and focus on safe walks. I’m an Operations Manager at Amazon, so I know how to communicate clearly with photos and updates, and I always follow your exact instructions for meals, meds, and house rules. I work full-time Wednesday - Saturday, so I keep my Rover calendar up to date and only accept bookings I can fully commit to. I’m available for morning and evening visits during Monday and Tuesday, and on occasion Saturdays and Sundays. For house sitting, I’m happy to stay overnight and coordinate daytime check-ins around your pet’s routine. I’ll always communicate my daily schedule up front so you know exactly when I’ll be with your pet! At work, Safety always comes first. I’m careful with entry/exit (doors and gates), keeping dogs leashed on walks unless we’re in a secure fenced area with your permission, and I avoid dog parks unless you request them. I follow feeding and medication instructions exactly and can separate pets during meals if needed. During house sits, I’m always respectful of your home—clean, tidy, and attentive to security—and I’ll send photo updates and recaps so you feel confident while you’re away!
“Brian house-sat for my dog Lancelot this weekend for the first time. He went above and beyond. My dog loves him and Brian took such great care of him. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!”
“Alexa was a phenomenal pet sitter for us! She’s very personable and easy to communicate and coordinate with. And she did a fantastic job with our two dogs - assessing their individual needs and tailoring her care to meet each of their energy/drive requirements. We highly recommend her and will definitely book with Alexa in the future!”

“I am VERY picky when it comes to who cares for my dogs as there are health issues, aggression, and general neediness/quirks that need to be paid attention to. Katie did an absolutely phenomenal job caring for them in my home while I was on vacation!! Her communication was excellent, and was very understanding/patient with the type-A level notes I left behind. lol. I did not once worry about their safety or question if they were in good hands or not. I will definitely use Katie again in the future -- thanks for your awesomeness!”
“Ricardo stayed in my home for two weeks to take care of our two mini doodles, one of whom needed medicine while we were gone. We returned home to two happy, well-fed and well-cared for dogs. He did a great job and I would be happy to hire him again. Before staying with them, he visited with the dogs on two occasions and both seemed to take to him immediately. Grateful for his care for them while we were away.”

“Anna was great! She cared for our dog, gave detailed daily updates and sent lots of pictures. My pup was happy and healthy when I got home from my trip. Will be requesting another house sitting service soon!”

“Tyler is amazing! We started using Tyler for daily walks for our 13 year-old lab about 3 weeks ago and have been very happy. He stayed at our house for an overnight recently and all went really well. He loves our dog and treats him like the big baby that he is! Tyler is great at communicating, sending regular updates and photos. We feel so comfortable knowing that our pup is in good hands!”

“Dannee was great with our two dogs and cat! She stayed at our home for 2 nights. She gave frequent updates, which was really helpful because we were nervous to leave the dogs! I would definitely book her again!”

“Emma helped us with last minute pet help so we could still go on a trip! She was friendly, knowledgeable and confident with our anxious senior dog. It's always a bit of stress when introducing our reactive dog to someone new but Emma was perfect! Would absolutely recommend Emma to anyone needing care! Thanks again!”

“Lillie stayed with my two dogs in our home for 10 days . She came over to meet them and again right before we left . Her communication prior to us leaving and while we were gone ,was awesome. She also accommodated big changes to our plans . The dogs did great and she sent pictures which made me happy ! This is my first experience with Rover and leaving someone I had just met with "my kids". Lillie did a great job. I would recommend her and will use her again .”

Ridgemoor pet parents share their Rover experiences
Mia is a FANTASTIC sitter! She watched our pets over the Thanksgiving holiday and sent so many pictures and videos - the updates were so fun to receive each day! She’s very polite and took good care of our house while she stayed here, too. We’d love to use MIA again & again!

Sydney was so great with our two senior ladies! She was very accommodating, working us into her weekend plans at the last minute. Our girls were very obviously spoiled and our house was in as good of shape as ever upon our return. Don't hesitate to utilize Sydney for the care of your fur babies!!
