I work from home, so Monday thru Friday, I rarely leave my home, except to take the dog for walks. I may go away in the evenings, during the week, for a couple hours, but that's rare. I do tend to be more active on the weekends, doing my grocery shopping and running other errands, as well church on Sundays, and an occasional brunch.

I do have a fenced in back yard as well as a senior red heeler (as stated earlier). My heeler doesn't really pay much attention to other dogs, and seems to prefer the company of humans. That being said, he gets along great with other dogs.

I've had one or more dogs in my life since I was 6 years old. I currently have a senior red heeler that I rescued 8 years ago. Not only have I grown up taking care of my own dogs, as an adult I dog sit quite regularly for friends. I do work from home, which affords me the opportunity to take breaks to interact with and toilet my heeler and any other dog we have visiting, on their schedules.

David took such good care of my new foster pup. He was just getting used to me and my home when a planned vacation called for a stay with David for a few nights. He was absolutely wonderful with Goose and his shy demeanor. The texts and pics throughout his stay helped me feel confident that he was in the right place during my absence. Thank you David! David watched our 16 year old blind dog while we attended a concert from out of state and it was a blessing. He is so kind and gentle and took the best care of our old pup. Our dog is severely attached to his dad and normally doesn’t stop whimpering for him but David said all went well and we couldn’t be happier he was well taken care of while he couldn’t be with us. Highly recommend booking with David!
David was such a pleasure to have as a dog sitter. I could tell at pick up that Roscoe had truly felt comfortable in his home. David provided clear communication and was luckily able to accommodate changes in our schedule. I would highly recommend him to other pet owners.
