She is an amazing pet sitter. She made me feel comfortable leaving my precious Molly with her for her first time boarding at 11 years old. She treated her like she was family. She gave me daily updates with pictures so I could see how comfortable she was while I was traveling. It really ment alot to me to see how well she was being cared for. I was able to enjoy my vacation instead of worrying how my furbaby was doing well I was gone.
Marrissa was fantastic for a last minute booking this past weekend. It is clear that both her and her partner care about making your pet feel as comfortable as possible while being away from home. She was quick to communicate with us throughout the weekend with updates and pictures. I especially appreciated that she told us she would be slowly introducing our dog to theirs to make sure she was comfortable. We will 100% be rebooking with her the next time we go out of town!
Mariah is great! She was able to take in our boy with a very last minute request. In my haste and stressful moment, I forgot to bring my boy’s food and toys, luckily Mariah was able to accommodate with it all and provided the right meals for him. Her own dog, Reggie, quickly became Mochi’s best friend. She sent pictures throughout the day. We will continue to ask for Mariah’s help with boarding Mochi whenever we need someone we can trust.
This was the first time I had to use Rover. Dale sent daily messages and photos which helped ease my anxiety about leaving my "baby". He was also flexible with drop-off/pick-up timing as my flight home was delayed. I definitely recommend Dale. You can tell he loves animals.
Luna had a fantastic 2 night stay with Jacy! Jacy communicated the whole weekend with pictures and updates since we have an anxious Aussie. The first night she was understandably nervous and not eating much but Jacy kept offering her food and treats. By the second day she started eating and was seeming much more calm about her stay. She was excited to go home but was happy and tired! We'll continue to use Jacy for all of Luna's pet stays in the future! Thank you Jacy for taking great care of our girl!
