About: I've pet sat on and off for neighbors since I was a kid and grew up with dogs and cats in my own home. My childhood dog was the sweetest pitbull so I don't have any preconceived notions about any breed I love them all! I'm currently in real estate photography so I do shoots on and off during the day so if planned I can do stop ins and walks throughout the day. But for longer pet care I can do overnights on weekends. I'm very gentle with all animals but I also know how to handle difficult situations very well. It's very important for a pet owner to know how to deal with aggression/fights, sickness, running from the house, etc. and I've dealt with all of this and more.

They were very accommodating, and facilitated a meet-up beforehand, so that Theo could get comfortable with them and their space before his stay. When I dropped him off, he didn’t even look back! About: Hi! I am a 25 year old young professional. I grew up taking care of animals on my families farm. I am looking to get back into being able to care for animals and would love to meet your baby. I currently work full time but i have a flexible schedule and can work from home. i am currently available 4 days a week for walking and drop-ins. i can also be a pet sitter for your babies but since i am currently living in an apartment i prefer if its at your home as mine is small. I care for pets by providing a nice clean environment, taking them out to go to the bathroom one and hour, and going on plenty of long walks. About: Over the past four years, I have house-sat a multitude of times for all types of animals; birds, dogs, and even cats. I make sure that they get lots of love and playtime when I'm with them and any other requests by the owners. I have administered medicine to pets while I have house sat so there would be no worries while you are away! I have experience with foster dogs as well and volunteer at Animal Rescue Project. I am a college student so I have a very flexible schedule! With my classes, there is plenty of time for me to spend time with your furry friends and give them all the love they deserve while you are gone! When at your home, I'll make sure that your pet(s) gets fed on time, takes long walks, is let out when needed, and gets plenty of time to play. I also love to take pictures to send when you're away because everyone needs to see their fur baby while they are away. As the owner of two dogs, I understand the importance of wanting someone that you can trust to take care of your loved ones and I always make sure I provide the service and time that I would want for my pets.

“First time using River and got so lucky with Melissa. We booked kinda last minute but she was super flexible and came over to meet our cats the next day. She recognized my older cat wasn’t eating much and made sure to put food out to ensure she got nutrition. She was super sweet and I know our kitties got plenty of interaction and play time. It gave us such peace of mind to know Melissa was watching our girls. If we need a sitter in the future, I would definitely reach out to her.”
