“if you are first time user of Rover, this review is for you. We had to leave Michigan for a week and our dog does not tolerate kennels very well at all. All of our options for watching our dog in our home (family, friends) were unavailable. So we turned to Rover and to Taylor. We were so nervous! About: I’ve owned pets my whole life, worked at my local animal shelter, and own my own rescue pup. She has taught me the biggest lesson on care and compassion! I’ve cared for senior dogs and new puppies. I am very active and like to keep myself and my pets entertained! I am a school psychotherapist with a very flexible schedule and summers off :) I like to stay busy, so I try to take on fun side quests when possible! I have a fenced in backyard, I live in a very safe, pet-loving, neighborhood, and my own dog to keep your pets entertained! With my own pet in mind, I would not put either animal in an unsafe position.

About: I’ve been around cats and dogs since childhood. My friends, family, and co-workers have trusted me to care for their fur babies! I have a senior pittie with reactive/aggressive behavior, so I do have experience and empathy towards that! I work full time Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm but can drop in after work or later in the evening as well. Friday-Sunday are my more flexible days! I fully respect the owner’s schedule for their pet and will follow whatever instructions are needed to ensure your pet is safe and cared for properly. I would ask the same for my own!
