About: I have a lot of experience taking care of my family’s dogs (Bernese Mountain Dogs) and dogsitting for friends and neighbors. I have a lot of energy, so I am willing to walk, run, and play with your dog. I am also willing to take your dog to a dog park to get out some more energy. I also offer house sitting. I am a middle school teacher, so during the week I am only available for drop-ins and walks after 3:40. If I am dogsitting for you during the week, there will be times that I am gone for 8-9 hours at work. But on most weekends, I wouldn’t be gone for more than 3-4 hours at a time, and would spend the rest of the time home with your pet making them feel safe and loved! I work full time from 7:30-3:30 on weekdays, but have a lot of afternoon and evening availability for drop-ins and walks. I am also available for early morning drop-ins before 7:00 am. I follow all of the routines, procedures, and feeding instructions left by the pet’s family in order to provide great care for the pet and to ensure the home is safe and secure.

About: I have been around animals for most of my life and have over 50 years of hands-on experience caring for pets. Over the years, I’ve owned about nine dogs and currently have an Australian Shepherd and two sugar gliders, so I’m comfortable with both active dogs and animals that need more specialized care. I understand how important it is to have someone dependable, patient, and attentive caring for your pets, and I’ll treat them like they’re part of my own family. I'm a retired firefighter who went into nursing after that career but retired from that now, too. I really enjoy the company of dogs and they seem to enjoy me, too. My wife is in and out of the house because she still works full time, so you may or may not meet her. However I am the one who's retired and gets to be home with any fur babies 24/7 so you will be working with me directly. I have a fenced in backyard, a friendly Aussie who likes to play and numerous sized cages if your dog prefers that for sleeping or escape. I take a walk everyday (usually to the park two blocks away) and I would be happy to include your dog on my daily walk. If I come to your house , I'd be happy to walk your dog around your neighborhood , play ball or frisbee in the backyard or work on commands .. I have done all of these in the past.

About: Hi! I am a junior at GVSU studying Radiation Therapy. I have pet sat and dog walked for family and friends for years. I’ve taken care of dogs ranging from nervous chihuahuas to chunky Rottweilers! I’ve also cared for many cat personalities too. I currently have 2 five year old Guinea pig girls, and my roommate has a Russian tortoise! I have a lot of time available, and would love to assist your family! As a busy college student- I actually have plenty of time to stay in someone’s home as I can study! I have scheduled classes 10am-3pm Tues, Wed, and Noon-2pm Thurs. I can be flexible depending on your needs. When caring for an animal in a clients home I want to understand the animals personality, needs, and quirks. I love playing with animals, giving them affection, or just being in their presence. I make sure your pet/s have plenty bathroom breaks, constant clean water, fed at appropriate times, and feel loved. I’m happy to abide by oddly specific instructions, my own animals require some silly requests :-) Every animal has different levels of trust, and I am always patient to gain that trust and not expect it. Your pets won’t be bored or lonely, I’m happy to keep them entertained!

About: I've cared for dogs and cats of all kinds, and have owned my own large breed for 8 years. I love spending my free time with animals! I am in school right now, and perform music on the weekends.
