I’ll love your pups like my own!
My family and I have owned dogs my entire life. I currently have two small dogs. I have experience in training puppies and older dogs. I also have experience with mellow dogs and hyper dogs because my family has owned a variety of different breeds that have been adopted from both shelters and breeders over the years including a border collie, husky, terrier mix, and black lab. I am also experienced in running and hiking with dogs of a variety of sizes, so if your dog needs some higher intensity cardio, I can do that! I look forward to working with you!

Safety, trust & environment
I am comfortable crating dogs who need to be crated, and if you leave something for their walks or crating, I will be sure to use it. I am familiar with a variety of anti-pull leads, harnesses, and collars, but I am not familiar or trained with prong collars. If there is a question about the gear you use for your pup, please ask! I will not put your dog at risk by using gear they are not used to or I am not used to.

Katie was fantastic with our sweet Loki! He warmed up to her almost instantly, and she did a great job communicating with my partner and I the whole time we were gone. This was the first time Loki has not been watched by someone in our family, and under her watch he was totally fine! We will definitely be repeat clients :-)

Katie is truly a star sitter! We scheduled 3 drop-in visits for our 5 year old golden retriever and they went off without a hitch. Katie followed all our care instructions, took pictures and gave updates, and even took him on a walk and brought in some packages on the front porch to avoid them getting rained on. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Schedule
My availability varies based on my day job. I work for a hockey team and travel with them. If your pup’s schedule allows for any flexibility, I am more than happy to care for them before/after my day job whenever that may be and I will be very communicative about what realistic hours will be for my ability to care for your pup so you can decide if it is the best fit.
