About: I have a dog of my own who is 9 years old, so I’m very comfortable being around and caring for dogs. He is treat-trained, crate-trained, and potty trained, which has taught me the importance of consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement. I work about 35 hours a week, Monday through Friday. I share my home with my own dog and have fostered many others over the years. Our days start around 7:30 a.m. with a few minutes of morning cuddles followed by breakfast. After that, we head out for a 30–60‑minute walk to stretch our legs and enjoy the fresh air. I leave for work around 9:30 a.m. and return by 5 p.m., when we go straight out again—either a long walk, trail hike, or visit to the dog park for about an hour to an hour and a half, weather permitting. Dinner is around 6:30 p.m., followed by some playtime and treats. We sometimes go out again if necessary. Evenings are quiet and cozy: we relax, watch a bit of TV, and snuggle on the couch until bedtime at 10:30 p.m. During weekends I do more and longer walks. I stay home, sewing, reading, cooking. I like to bring dogs with me when I run errands, they often love car rides! I love keeping dogs active and happy! We spend lots of time outside—walking, exploring trails, or playing in the yard. Indoors, I keep things fun with toys, mental games, and plenty of cuddles. My own friendly dog enjoys having company, big or small, so your pup will always have a buddy to play with and relax beside.
