I am an avid animal lover. I was raised around dogs, cats, reptiles, and rabbits. I have been blessed to have had many companions throughout my life. With certainty, my genuine passion is for animals. I have a connection and bond with dogs that I am very proud and humbled by. I have experience working with breeds ranging from Dachshund's to Neapolitan Mastiff's. Loud, quiet, small or large is no matter to me! I am extremely flexible and can cater to your needs. I will go on long walks, short walks, hikes, etc. I also have a large fenced in backyard at my home for furry friends to run and play. I currently have a 1 year old Catahoula mix that loves to be around other dogs if you prefer your furry friend to have company while in my care. I have volunteered at the Humane Society of Huron Valley working with cats and dogs, where I learned proper techniques for working with animals and understanding behavioral cues. Additionally, I spent some time volunteering for the Leslie Science Center where I cared for a variety of species. For a short period of time I was involved in an Animal Education Company that fostered a wide variety of animals and provided educational programs for children. I am a part time instructor at Washtenaw Community College so I have great availability to care for your pet(s) and will gladly work with you and your schedule to best meet you and your furry (or scaly!) needs.
