“Katie is wonderful. My normally shy cats loved her immediately and that means a lot to us. She sent us great pictures on every visit and we wouldn’t hesitate to book her again in the future!”

“Oh my goodness, amazing! It’s clear she is an animal lover and caretaker. The thoughtful updates on what the kitties were up to and what she did during her time at the check in were so helpful and made me feel so at ease. Will DEFINITELY rebook. Thank you SO much Moira!!!”

“We were desperate for a Christmas sitter, and Brian saved us! The cats absolutely adored him and we knew they were in good hands. The quality time he spent with them while we were gone meant the absolute world, and it showed in the pictures he sent. We can't wait to book Brian again!”

“Our German Shepherd loves Kelsey! Anytime I’m out of town for work she lets him out for potty and play. I love getting photos and she is always responsive and on time. Thanks Kelsey!”

“Lauren was communicative, thorough, and got along so well with my cat, even with short notice! It was a load off my mind while traveling, and I really appreciated her time and work.”

“Taylor checked in on our fur (and plant) babies for a few days. She’s a great communicator and friend to the animals. I would book her services again without hesitation.”

“Holly was awesome with Luna and helped me out on short notice! She was reliable and provided me with great updates so I knew my fur baby was doing OK while I was away.”

“Jasmine is wonderful and highly recommended. My puppy Teddy has adopted her as one of his people. My shy guy doesn't quickly adapt to many humans but he looks forward to Jasmine's visits each week. 5 Stars for sure!”

“Was willing to work with my dog that was very nervous and growled (not to say that is a normal thing to accept and work with because most people would turn that down considering he’s a big dog) but she was patient and although she was hesitant giving the circumstances with my dog and me already planning a 3 day trip to see me family I haven’t seen in a while I’d say she was a lifesaver, especially since I never used this app before. I was very nervous but through text messages and pictures, she reassured my confidence.”

About: I’ve taken care of neighbors’, friends’, and even strangers’ pets! I’m very communicative with owners and strive to make sure owners know their fur babies are in trust worthy hands! I work nightshift full time but on my days off I have plenty of time to care for your pets whether that be a drop in, a walk, some play time, an overnight stay, or anything in between! Depending on what your pet needs I am happy to oblige. I’ve worked with pets who free roam in the house or need to be caged!
“Molly did an awesome job watching Ivy! She was very communicative, reliable, and clearly an animal lover. Looking forward to having her back in the future for more drop ins ?”

About: Hey there, I'm Megan! My very first experience with dogs began back in 7th grade - my family brought home my first dog, a German Shepherd. I had been designated as the trainer of the new puppy, but none of us knew what we were in for. Ellie, my GSD, developed fear-reactivity to just about everything. I started working closely with a professional trainer, Nikki Welch (Dream Dogs Training). Ellie sent me headfirst into the world of dog training, reactivity, and aggression, which very quickly became a thrilling new interest. I started working for Nikki during the summers, first running play groups during playcare and eventually training puppies. Working under Nikki provided me extensive experience with a wide range of dogs, from puppies to adults, toy Poodles to German Shepherds, performing a vast array of tasks. Additionally, I spent two weeks in January 2023 interning at A Pleasant Dog, honing my skills with reactive dogs and furthering my knowledge about training dogs with positive and ethical methods. Most recently, I attended Chicken Camp in June 2025 through Teamworks Dog Training in North Carolina. It was an amazing experience working with a completely different species; I strongly improved my training skills by putting my previous experiences into practice and learning new methods. Discussing a wide variety of training topics with experts like Michele Godlevski (Teamworks Dog Training) and Lisa Triggs (Alliance Animal Training) opened the door for me to learn more about cooperative care, positive reinforcement training, behavior modification, and dog sports on a deeper level, while simultaneously enhancing my professional communication skills. I am comfortable working through any anxieties your dog might have -- yes, that includes reactivity! -- and would be happy to answer any questions I can about your dog's training and/or behavior. Spending time with dogs and getting to know each individual is a treat, and I look forward to meeting your special pup! I'm a local college student, so my schedule varies each weekday. I am typically be available for drop-ins and walks after 4:30pm on weekdays and Fridays 8am-11am, 1-5pm. Weekends vary, but generally I am able to take requests after 2pm Saturdays and before 5pm Sundays. Feel free to send me a message to ask for specific availability! I'm very familiar with the Grand Rapids area, local walking paths, and parks. My experience working with reactive dogs has made me very confident in my ability to be aware of my surroundings and keep your pup safe, whether on a walk or hanging out in the backyard.
“Kaitlin goes above and beyond to take care of our pets. She is extremely communicative and trustworthy, and she does an amazing job. We feel so comfortable having her come take care of our pets for us while we are away and she makes the process so smooth and easy. Would highly recommend her to anyone.”

“Tyler was super easy to work with and very communicative! I would highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks so much Tyler for your time. We so appreciate you!”

“Maelee took wonderful care of my cat Darcy. She sent lots of photos and a really detailed description of her drop-in, which made me feel so comfortable knowing Darcy was so well cared for! I had to change my trip and she was quick to respond and help me out. Thank you, Maelee!”

“Brooke is so attentive to the dogs she is watching. She is always prompt to respond and shows care for the animals as if they were her own. Very grateful we found her!”

“Couldn’t be happier with the way Holly handled the drop-in visits for our dogs. She shared photos and updates after each visit and it was very comforting. I could tell the dogs enjoyed her visits. Would absolutely book again!”
About: I have a dog of my own who is 9 years old, so I’m very comfortable being around and caring for dogs. He is treat-trained, crate-trained, and potty trained, which has taught me the importance of consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement. I genuinely love animals and especially love dogs, and I enjoy spending time with them—whether that’s playing, going for walks, or just keeping them company. I always make sure dogs feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m a student and collegiate athlete at Aquinas College, and my schedule gives me free time during the middle of the day throughout the week, as well as various times on the weekends. This allows me to be flexible and available for walks, potty breaks, check-ins, and quality time with your dog. I’m happy to work around your dog’s routine and make sure they get consistent care and attention. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always focus on creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment. I follow each dog’s routine closely, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, and crate time, to help them feel secure and at ease. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure, and I keep a close eye on dogs at all times. I respect my clients’ homes and their rules, and I treat every pet as if they were my own—with patience, love, and attention—so owners can feel confident their dog is in good hands.
