“SO so grateful to have found both Jacob and his wife through Rover - I think I suffer from far worse separation anxiety being away from my dog than she does being away from me (?) however, after meeting these two and their own four rescue dogs during a pre-boarding meet and greet, I had absolutely no worries that she would be in great hands. Their genuine compassion and love for dogs was immediately obvious, as was the fact that they both possess thorough knowledge of canine care and behavior. Melvin was so kind and took great care of our sweet girl, Mabel. He took her over 4th of July weekend and she can be a little anxious with fireworks, and there were absoloutely no issues. He had a plan to keep the pup as comfortable as possible! You can really tell that he knows what he’s doing, and loves it too!
Jacy is the best!! We haven't left our dog very much, so it is still a little bit nerve wracking. Jacy made the stay so so reassuring with constant updates. When I picked up my dog, he didn't even want to leave to come with me! He absolutely loved it. We will 100% be back!!! She even went printed off picture of him from his stay. Seriously went above and beyond🩷

O’Hara had a routine system for introducing her own pups to ours - it’s obvious that she understands animal behavior and takes the safety of other dogs in her care seriously.
