About: I have taken care of and been around pets my whole life. I grew up with a dog for a short time and two cats. Those cats are now 16 and 17 so I have learned to adapt to their dietary needs as well as administer different medications they may need. I also adopted a senior kitty about a year ago who also has belly and GI issues so I have learned to take care of that. I have pet sat for many friends and family members. I enjoy taking dogs on walks to playing with cats! I currently work part time at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital! I work 2-4 days a week depending so my schedule is varied. I am more than willing to switch around my schedule to help watch some furry friends ! With my own cat personally, I take time each day to entertain her and play with her weather that means we go for a little walk or brush her. I am very cautious about the types of plants, clearers, and objects I have around that may be harmful to pets.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats all my life within my own family as well as being trusted to watch over friends and family pets as well. This includes dogs of all sizes, medical needs, senior care, etc. I am able to be home to give your pet the attention and frequent potty breaks they may need and can provide frequent updates and photos while you’re away. I look forward to connecting! I am currently working from home only part time and would be able to watch over your pet in the home all hours of the day and week. I have a friendly dog at home that gets along great with others. I have a yard and would be able to take your dog out leashed and for walks as it is unfenced at this time. I can definitely crate your dog if needed, let them roam around if that’s what you’re comfortable with, provide medication as needed, etc.

Sara was great….she took care of my Kitties and went above and beyond. She had to give medication to my kitty which was probably not easy. She sent pictures of them…. I don’t know how she did it, but the pictures were so good, my kitties never posed for me like that so they must’ve loved her. Thank you, Sara.!❤️

We couldn’t be happier with Maggie as our pet sitter! From the very first meeting, it was clear how much she truly loves and understands animals. She took the time to learn about our pets’ routines, quirks, and favorite activities, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in her care. While we were away, Maggie kept us updated with photos and messages, which made us feel connected and reassured. Our pets were not only well taken care of, but they were genuinely happy — tails wagging and purring when we got home. The house was just as we left it, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Maggie is reliable, kind, and attentive, and it’s obvious she treats every pet like her own. We feel so lucky to have found her, and we’ll absolutely be booking with her again.

About: I’ve always had animals of my own, basically since I was old enough to walk. I started my own pet-sitting business when I was 13. I’m the go-to for friends and family when they need their babies cared for and I love every breed. I studied veterinary medicine for a number of years and have more recently begun to train dogs, as well. I work full-time but I make my own schedule. I also live just a few minutes away from my work and can pop back to my house when need be. I’m already taking care of our senior dog, our new puppy, and our two cats. I love being outside and taking the babies for walks. I have a fenced in yard as well as two other dogs and two other cats. I have a large crate as well as two portable enclosures and no shortage of extra bowls, blankets, toys, and towels. I live in a great neighborhood and there is a park a block away. It’s important to me that animals are well taken care of and I love spending extra time playing and snuggling with any babies I get to hang out with.

I liked Florence as soon as she walked in the door and immediately focused on our cats. She wasn't fazed by our somewhat high maintenance situation and took everything in stride. Florence sent very detailed visit reports, including that she had given medication to a couple of our cats, and lots of pictures so we knew everyone was doing okay. Our cats were in good spirits when we returned and our house was just as we left it. Would definitely hire Florence again and highly recommend her services.

Highly recommend Lucas to care for your pets! Lucas is welcoming and engaging - both with humans and our dogs. He took the time to get to know our dogs, their routines and preferences and made sure they were comfortable while he cared for them. He was very communicative with us while we were away and at times went above and beyond to make sure our dogs were taken care of while we were away.

Hannah really gets to know and understand the animals she cares for. Our cat was a little unwell when we went out of town for a short (nearby) weekend with family. Hannah did such a wonderful job providing us with detailed updates so we could judge if we needed to come home early or if he was on the mend. We love having her take care of Catballs, they know each other well now and that’s such a comfort for him and us!

About: I’ve had pets in my life since the day I was born. I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, fish, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs and even ducks! These days I have a dog (3 years old) and a cat (11 years old). I had a second cat who passed in 2022 from illness, so I have experience caring for animals of all ages and health. I am reliable, patient and caring with animals and will treat your pets like my own! My schedule is flexible and I am able to travel in the Grand Rapids area. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!! I work fully remote and have a very minimal meeting schedule Monday-Friday. My work is flexible so I am able to meet your pet care needs! I am also available on weekends! At our house, my dog goes potty either off leash in our backyard or on leash while we walk around the neighborhood. Our cat is strictly an indoor cat, but I grew up with indoor/outdoor cats and am happy to care for yours however you need! I’m here to meet your pets’ care needs, so please feel free to provide any special instructions. Whatever it is, I will be respectful of your pets, your space and your time.

Whether you’re at the office for the day or traveling for a few nights, a pet sitter can offer potty breaks during a Wyoming stroll, cleaning the litter box, or making sure your pet has on-time food or water refills. For daytime services like walking and drop-ins, you can also request sitters to send a report card with every visit.

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover to what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Wyoming choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

To find sitters in Wyoming with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
