I worked in veterinary clinics for about 10 years as well as grown up on a farm, so caring for animals is something I do both professionally and personally. I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, walking, and exploring, so I love bringing dogs along for adventures when it's appropriate for their personality and energy level. About: I was a shelter worker for 5 years and helped run a doggie daycare for 3 years! I have animal medicine and training experience as well as lots of time spent with young puppies and seniors that need special care. I have my own wonderful dog, cat, snake and turtle. Ive been sitting for over 10 years and I love spending time with all animals, it makes me happy to give them good days! Im currently working part time so I have a lot of free time to take care of your pups or other animals! Im free all weekdays and Sundays except for 3 hour shifts. Im able to go to work and come straight back to your pet and I am also available for some Saturdays so Im almost always free! I cant bring dogs or cats into my own home as I have a reactive dog and cat that dont get along with their own species but I do have plenty of experience watching dogs in their own home. Im very careful about flight risk dogs being secured and am good with nervous animals!

About: My Golden Retriever, Dutch, loves animals of all sizes! I provide pet sitting in my home and welcome your best friend to stay while you are away. Walks around our quiet neighborhood and trips to the dog park (if appropriate) are part of our pet sitting package. I take only one dog at a time (two if from the same family) to ensure your dog has a special stay while you are away! I work remotely several days a week, and close by and can come home as needed when scheduled ahead. I also have a puppy cam to keep an eye on things while I am away! Lifelong dog mom, caring for other dogs brings me a sense of joy! My home is clean and safe for your dog. I have a field behind me and Dutch enjoys laying in the sun and snow in our back yard. Your dog will be walked daily and can be contained in the back yard if they enjoy being outside. I have references upon request and a long history raising and caring for dogs.

About: I’ve been responsible for friends and family’s pets since roughly 16, more recently cats in the last 4 years. Plenty of experience all the way from small skittish beagles to large reactive pit mix’s. The key is patience and that’s one thing I can promise with your pet, understanding and dealing with different breeds, ages, sizes, behaviors and sometimes even disabilities/health concerns (we love em all). Also have experience with cats, all the way to senior cats with disabilities/health concerns (hearing & kidney failure) to fat cats with spicy attitude, I would like to say I have a plethora of different experience to care for your pet. Lastly, I think I would be a great sitter by being patient and simply understanding what pets mean to people! I do work full time in office but have work from home flexibility, as well as I pick my hours so can be available if needed. I prefer boarding on the weekends but can be available during the week! I can be available to let your dog out every 2 hours if needed, as well as give medication, feed them, and play with them as well. I live in a 1BR Deluxe duplex, have half of the first floor house to myself, so ample room for another or two. Do have liter box, as well as enough space for another if needed. As well as enough space for a dog crate and their favorite toys, food and treats :) My young pit mix has plenty of space shared with Gibby my cat, but they always choose to lay on the same bed together !

About: I have extensive experience caring for small doggies. As a pet parent myself, I understand the importance of following care instructions to a "T" and providing frequent updates & photos. I work from home full time so your dog will never be alone while in my care. I will be able to let them outside every 3-4 hours. I have two dogs myself (Burt & Minnie) so yours must be good with other dogs :) I also have a cat but she almost always goes into hiding whenever we have any guests over (whether they’re 2 or 4-legged) so that shouldn’t be an issue!

About: While i have lifelong dog care experiennce, I have worked in the dog industry for 10 years as a dog daycare attendant, dog hiker in the mountains of British Columbia, and in home petsitter. I have experience with all breeds, from small to large, and love puppy play time. I am commanding and authoritative while maintaining a friendly and happy demeanour, which dogs respond well to. I grew up with many small dogs and currently have a large husky cross of my own. My availability is very flexible, as I run an online business and do contract work. I’m currently looking for short term work for the end of the summer. I do not provide services in my home as I already have three dogs and a house full of humans, but I am happy to provide services in your home and take your dog on neighbourhood walks, dog park dates, and runs through the forest.

My favorite part of the day is coming home to my dog and cat waiting for me at the door! Giving them and receiving some much needed love after a long day is the best way to wind down! I can always make an AM and PM stop/stay nights if needed, however midday sometimes varies! Let me know your preference(s) ahead of time and it should be just fine! I love and can work with all dogs including big dogs, high energy and “sassy” cats, and am good with crating animals if needed.

About: I have had a family dog since I have been 5 years old. We have had two dogs starting at a puppy age. I have walked dogs starting at a puppy age to senior age. I am able to give the dog a short up to a longer walk. My current living situation has a cat in the house. I provide care for the kitten when its owner is gone for the week. I am able to clean the litter box, give water/food and play with the cat. I just finished up my first year of teaching ending early June. I am now available after 12 pm on the weekdays and most weekends (any time range). My job is to take care of your furry friends and your home. I plan to be explicit when I am able to give your pet care and I will make sure your house is secure before leaving the house. I am there to be providing a service to your animal and making sure it gets the care it deserves and needed.

About: I’ve taken care of animals as long as I can remember, from cats and their kittens, to hamsters and Guinea pigs, squirrels, mice and of course dogs. I’ve had a few cats of my own and currently have an almost 9 year old pitbull and 10 year old cat. I also have experience with deaf animals (I had a beautiful deaf American bulldog Staffordshire terrier mix) and am very comfortable giving medications/shots.
