Hi, I’m Florence and I am not just a hobbyist sitter! I am an experienced, full-time walker and sitter with professional experience working with all kinds of fur-babies. Yes, I’m a HUGE animal lover, but I am also trained in pet safety such as First Aid and CPR. I also have experience in medical maintenance such as needle insulin, dewormers, asthmatic inhalers, antibiotics etc. (experience gained in animal hospital, vet clinic, boarding facility, cat rescue center and personal pets). I build real relationships with your pet through trust building, reading body language, giving lots of love and treats, and tailoring visits to your pet’s personality and needs! Safety and trust are the two main pillars of my care. I always am sure to be wary of your pet to make sure they aren’t getting into anything dangerous. I also over-communicate everything, so you know what’s been happening with your pet during my stay. I am also First Aid & CPR Certified through the Red Cross.

I liked Florence as soon as she walked in the door and immediately focused on our cats. She wasn't fazed by our somewhat high maintenance situation and took everything in stride. Florence sent very detailed visit reports, including that she had given medication to a couple of our cats, and lots of pictures so we knew everyone was doing okay. Our cats were in good spirits when we returned and our house was just as we left it. Would definitely hire Florence again and highly recommend her services.
Florence is amazing! If you need someone to walk your dog Florence is your girl! She is so friendly to my dog and is always willing to make sure he is taken care of while my husband and I are working!!! She is so easy to communicate with and is so friendly!!! She updates me throughout the visit! We love Florence!!!!
We love Florence! She is so good with the pups and she sends lots of cute pics of them. I also appreciate how flexible she is with unplanned last minute changes on my end. She’s amazing :)
Florence was fantastic! She looked after our senior cat and gave him the best care he's received in 12 years. Her updates and reports made us feel like we were still at home, and quickly became the highlight of our day. She went above and beyond across the board, highly recommend. Looking forward to booking with Florence again!
We had a last minute cancellation in pet care over the holiday weekend, and Florence was available for us! She absolutely saved us and on top of the last minute coverage she was everything we were looking for in a pet sitter. She was punctual with every visit, friendly, thorough in her care, and left us very detailed daily reports which made us smile while reading them on our trip. Cannot say enough good things, we are so grateful we found her, and we cannot wait to rebook :) Our boys were happy and healthy when we returned and I know they loved her.
Florence took very good care of my two cats! I will feel confident booking again, especially when James gets his asthma inhaler.
