Once again, Hailey was great!

I wasn't at all impressed by the level of care and effort Hailey put in while watching my dog for the weekend. During the <48 hours I had her booked for, she was gone 1/3 of the time. If my dog didn't eat 4X a day and if I hadn't checked my security camera at 11PM and asked her to come home after seeing she had left my dog in total darkness (one of the things I asked her specifically not to do), I truly believe she would've been gone even longer. During an 11.5 hour span on Saturday PM alone, she was only at my house for 1 hour total. I had to follow up several times reminding her to do the things that I had asked her to do (and that were written down in my notes). Before I even booked with her, I let her know that because we were out of town for a tournament, my return home time was, to a degree, unknown, but she reassured me she could stay as long as I needed. On Sunday morning, she had already packed up her car, returned the key, and left for good before I ever told her the tournament was done and we were on our way home. I was very disappointed to see Hailey's social calendar trumped caring for my dog.

This was the 2nd time Hailey watched Kyla Mae. When she arrived at our home Kyla was so excited to see her! She started doing zoomies back and forth because she was so happy! It’s such a relief, and a weight lifted, to have found Hailey. Her communication is prompt, she arrives on time, and Kyla Mae obviously loves her. I highly recommend Hailey to anyone looking for an amazing person to help out with their fur baby.

This was such a great experience 💜 We recently moved, and were hoping and praying to find the right person for our spoiled little Kyla Mae. Hailey was absolutely fantastic! 💜 She replied to communication quickly, and arrived on time. When she met Kyla Mae it was immediately evident that she knows how to greet and treat fur babies. Hailey’s demeanor put Kyla at ease (not an easy thing to do). They went for a few walks, and Hailey kept us updated on how things were going.💜 I absolutely recommend Hailey to anyone who may be searching. 🏆

Hailey is a kind and reliable person. My dog has severe anxiety and hates pretty much everyone but she was instantly a safe person for him. He has never barked at her or been afraid. She is a good person and I think dogs can see that.
