“This was our first time using Rover and Katherine was amazingly patient when answering all my questions about what we should expect. Unfortunately during the stay, one of our dogs had a difficult time adjusting, but Katherine did everything she could to ease her anxiety and make her comfortable. By the end of the weekend, there was quite a bit of improvement for Jessie. They sent pics of them and the dogs having fun which I thoroughly enjoyed.”

“Frances & her family were the perfect ones to take my Sadie for a week while I was away! They were able to make her feel at home and entertained enough so that she wasn’t miserable, like if she had to stay at a kennel. Plenty of treats and snuggles shared with fenced in yard to get out some energy. It was great to get daily updates to know how she was doing, and happy to know she warmed up after the first night of being in a new place. Will definitely book again if needed :)”
