About: I’ve had all sorts of pets growing up but I have the most experience with dogs and cats. I’ve been around many different dogs with all sorts of training and personalities. I have two dogs that we got when they were puppies and I helped train them. I taught them all sorts of things like the basics but also secret hand shakes and hand signals. I currently work full time and my hours vary. Sometimes I am available any time after 3 pm or any time before 12 am. But my schedule is completely free on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I care for pets by sticking to their feeding schedule, spread out times of play/interaction, walks, grooming, bathing, and light training. I do think it’s very important to make sure dogs are socialized with people and other dogs if able to. And for cats i know it is especially important to have activities for them or interactive play time to decrease the chance of boredom.

About: I’ve had pets in my life since the day I was born. I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, fish, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs and even ducks! These days I have a dog (3 years old) and a cat (11 years old). I had a second cat who passed in 2022 from illness, so I have experience caring for animals of all ages and health. I am reliable, patient and caring with animals and will treat your pets like my own! My schedule is flexible and I am able to travel in the Grand Rapids area. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!! I work fully remote and have a very minimal meeting schedule Monday-Friday. My work is flexible so I am able to meet your pet care needs! I am also available on weekends! At our house, my dog goes potty either off leash in our backyard or on leash while we walk around the neighborhood. Our cat is strictly an indoor cat, but I grew up with indoor/outdoor cats and am happy to care for yours however you need! I’m here to meet your pets’ care needs, so please feel free to provide any special instructions. Whatever it is, I will be respectful of your pets, your space and your time.

About: Having been surrounded by animals for the majority of my youth, I was gifted with a passion for creatures of all kinds. Early on, I was tasked with petsitting for family members. I have now started pet sitting for family friends, colleagues, and others. I am looking to expand my reach, looking for more opportunities to give my time to this passion. I have a good understanding on how an animal may react in stressful situations and how to de-escalate a situation. About: I have a lot of experience taking care of my family’s dogs (Bernese Mountain Dogs) and dogsitting for friends and neighbors. I have a lot of energy, so I am willing to walk, run, and play with your dog. I am also willing to take your dog to a dog park to get out some more energy. I also offer house sitting. I am a middle school teacher, so during the week I am only available for drop-ins and walks after 3:40. If I am dogsitting for you during the week, there will be times that I am gone for 8-9 hours at work. But on most weekends, I wouldn’t be gone for more than 3-4 hours at a time, and would spend the rest of the time home with your pet making them feel safe and loved! I work full time from 7:30-3:30 on weekdays, but have a lot of afternoon and evening availability for drop-ins and walks. I am also available for early morning drop-ins before 7:00 am. I follow all of the routines, procedures, and feeding instructions left by the pet’s family in order to provide great care for the pet and to ensure the home is safe and secure.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and started caring for them on my own when I was 10. I’m now 30 and have lots of experience with both dogs and cats, as well as some exotic pets. I currently have one dog and one cat who I adore. I’m comfortable giving medications since my own cat takes daily pills for a chronic condition, so I understand the importance of gentle, reliable care. I truly love animals and always enjoy spending time with them, whether it’s playtime, walks, or just hanging out. I highly recommend Dawnn! I was out of state attending a family funeral and needed someone I could trust to care for my dogs while I was away. Izabella was so great with coco. I had a last minute request when her longtime caregiver could no longer care for her. I had set up care through another person on rover and they cancelled which left me just two days to find someone. Izabella sent me her work hours so I could coordinate drop ins and walks to work with cocos schedule. She came the next day for a meet and greet. While I was away she gave great photos and updates. She even offered to take out the trash and put some salt down. She offered an additional check in if needed the day we were coming back which was wonderful since our plane got delayed. Would definitely recommend her!
