“We had a great experience with Beth! She took wonderful care of our senior cat, Apollo, while we were away. She was reliable, communicative, and followed all of our care instructions. The updates and photos gave us peace of mind, and we knew Apollo was in great hands. We would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her!”

About: Having been surrounded by animals for the majority of my youth, I was gifted with a passion for creatures of all kinds. Early on, I was tasked with petsitting for family members. I have now started pet sitting for family friends, colleagues, and others. I am looking to expand my reach, looking for more opportunities to give my time to this passion. I am a college student studying Biology at GRCC. I have weekends and Fridays off. When I am not at school, my schedule is pretty flexible. After class, I have quite a bit of time, perfect for dog walks, check ins, or anything your pet may need! When house sitting, I do not mind staying over on weekdays. I will still have school, most classes being 3 hours long, with the exception of my Tuesday class which is 6hrs. If you have questions on when my classes get out, what my schedule may look like, or any thing else, please feel free to reach out! Safety and communication is number one for me. I have always made sure to keep a good connection with any pet owners I may be sitting/walking for. I have a good understanding on how an animal may react in stressful situations and how to de-escalate a situation. A pet’s safety and health is incredibly important to understand when working with animals.
About: I’ve had all sorts of pets growing up but I have the most experience with dogs and cats. I’ve been around many different dogs with all sorts of training and personalities. I have two dogs that we got when they were puppies and I helped train them. I taught them all sorts of things like the basics but also secret hand shakes and hand signals. I currently work full time and my hours vary. Sometimes I am available any time after 3 pm or any time before 12 am. But my schedule is completely free on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I care for pets by sticking to their feeding schedule, spread out times of play/interaction, walks, grooming, bathing, and light training. I do think it’s very important to make sure dogs are socialized with people and other dogs if able to. And for cats i know it is especially important to have activities for them or interactive play time to decrease the chance of boredom.
“I left my dog, Theo, with Kelsey and Forrest for a few hours, and definitely plan on using them again in the future! They were very accommodating, and facilitated a meet-up beforehand, so that Theo could get comfortable with them and their space before his stay. When I dropped him off, he didn’t even look back! Kelsey and Forrest are very trustworthy and obviously animal lovers.”

“Tyler was very flexible in booking last minute! I had a hard time finding a drop in sitter tonight and he was quick to response and show up to let my 2 little babies out! He had very good communication the entire visit! I really appreciated his willingness to come so quickly and took very good care of my puppies.”

“Jenn was fantastic! She arrived in time, followed our kitty's complicated medication routine perfectly, and stayed for a while to give scritches and play. My cats and I would definitely recommend her.”

About: I am a life long dog lover, raising dogs for the entirety of my first 18 years of life. While we live in a home where we can't keep dogs. At home we care for a menagerie of pets, including 1 cat, 2 rabbits, 3 degus, 2 budgies, 1 cockatiel, 1 painted turtle and keep 5 freshwater aquariums! I am self employed with a very flexible schedule. I try to fit in 3-5 dog walks per week. Sometimes more if my schedule allows. I am always very mindful of any pets in my care. We have a cockatiel who we allow to fly around the house, so I am always very watching and aware, ensure doors and windows are treated with care to ensure the safety of my pets.
“Kate was absolutely wonderful! This was our first time leaving our cats for more than two days. They can be a little spicy when meeting new people, but they’ve liked Kate right from the start. My mind was at ease because I know they were in good hands. Kate provided us with a daily report and pictures. We will absolutely have her watch our girls again and again! :)”

“Janelle was truly fantastic with our 2 dogs! I would highly recommend her. She did drop ins for us multiple times a day while we were out of town, and was punctual, engaging, and went above and beyond to make sure they were well taken care of. We feel so grateful to have found a reliable & dog-loving sitter!”

“I can't believe how lucky I got when I asked Hollie to take care of my pets a few months ago. I have now booked her for 3 occasions, 2 overnights, and 1 drop in. She will forever be my first pick.”

I have a Basset Hound named Minnow who wants to be friends with anything that moves. I can stop by your home to care for larger animals like dogs, cats, etc. But I am totally cool with your small animal (I.e. Guinea pigs, rats, rabbits, etc.) staying with me if needed. I would be honored to care for your pets, spoil them, and treat them like my own. I’m currently working full time 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. “We just started using rover for our puppy. Kaitlyn has been amazing, always sends us photo updates and leaves us an update on how Paige is doing. Our puppy adores her and the drop in visits help us break up the time we are away for work.”

“Cherokee did several drop in visits with Rosko over the holiday. She was awesome! Made it very easy to set up a key drop and sent great photos from each check in. Rosko was very well taken care of and I had peace of mind while traveling. Thank you!”

“Gretchen is timely, kind and very helpful! Sends multiple messages and photos of my cat Bella. She is also very accommodating with my CH kitty (cerebella hypoplasia) and helps her with her unique litter box situation. I highly recommend Dawnn! I was out of state attending a family funeral and needed someone I could trust to care for my dogs while I was away. Dawnn provided drop-in visits, feeding, potty breaks, and lots of attention for both of my dogs. She kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire time, sending updates and making sure I knew how they were doing. Savannah already knew Dawnn, but this was her first time caring for Selena, and everything went wonderfully. It was clear that Dawnn genuinely cared about their well-being and understood what was best for them. Being away from my dogs during a difficult week was stressful, but Dawnn gave me peace of mind knowing they were being well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional pet sitter.

Love at first sight! Xylo absolutely LOVED his walk with Natalie. She showed up on time and even brought him a lovely treat as an introduction. We look forward to using Natalie whenever we are unable to give Xylo a walk. Great communication and care. HIGHLY recommend!!

Izabella was so great with coco. I had a last minute request when her longtime caregiver could no longer care for her. I had set up care through another person on rover and they cancelled which left me just two days to find someone. Izabella sent me her work hours so I could coordinate drop ins and walks to work with cocos schedule. She came the next day for a meet and greet. While I was away she gave great photos and updates. She even offered to take out the trash and put some salt down. She offered an additional check in if needed the day we were coming back which was wonderful since our plane got delayed. Would definitely recommend her!

Kylie is amazing! She is so kind and patient with my sweet rescue pup that is nervous around strangers. She went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cared for her as her own. Kylie sent me updates and pictures during their time together. She has been flexible with my ever changing schedule. We are so lucky to have found her and excited for our future visits with her! Thank you!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
