“Suzanne and her children were absolutely amazing with my husky! She sent pictures and updates throughout the day, took my dog for walks, and had a huge backyard for her to run around in! Her children were very gentle with my dog which I appreciated! I’ve already booked more stays with her! My dog loves her and can’t wait to go back! Thanks, Suzanne!”

“Molly was wonderful!! She was communicative (I loved the daily updates with photos) and did so much to keep our dog busy and exercised. She came home extra tired and extra happy. Would definitely recommend!”

“Angie and her family have watched my dog a couple of times, and it’s very clear she and the kids give him all the attention and care he needs. During our most recent stay, we had a snow storm, that delayed our pick up, and Angie was understanding and responsive. Thanks Angie!”

“Felix took amazing care of our dog, Zara. She still has a lot of puppy energy. She is a rescue and we have only had her two months so she is still working on her manners. Felix wasn’t fazed by this and was patient with her. He often also has other dogs staying with him and Zara loved getting to play in their beautiful yard. Zara felt right at home and we would recommend Felix to anyone!”

About: I’ve had my own and taken care of friends and families pets all my life. I love to take them for walks, give them lots of love and treat them as my own. I work part time from home and I set my own schedule. I have 2 small dogs and a cat. I am up early every day and I am able to be home with the pets to give them a lot of attention and take care of their needs. I have two small dogs and a cat. My home is set up for pets and they are able to play on the furniture, take naps, go for long walks on my 1 acre property and plenty of room to play. I do have a medium sized crate to use for any pets that need it. I have 3 dogs now that I take care of off and on over the last couple of years. They always love to come back and think of my home as a second home. I work from home most days. My evenings and weekends are free. Pets always get a lot of attention and love when in my care. I always make sure pets feel safe and loved. I love to play with them and go outside. When at my home pets are treated as family and love to sleep on the couch or find a favorite chair.
“Sam was great! Sam was quick in responding to my messages, during both the booking process and during my dog’s stay. She provided lots of updates, and it was clear from her photos & messages that my sweet Omelette LOVED her stay, and that she was loved in return by Sam & her family. Thank you, Sam!”

“Hannah took such wonderful care of our Lincoln! She was very responsive and sent updates each day. Lincoln seemed happy and relaxed - which speaks volumes. Would definitely recommend Hannah!”

“I can't recommend Kristopher and his family highly enough! They took excellent care of my boys while I was away and gave me complete peace of mind. From the start, they were reliable, communicative, and clearly experienced with dogs. I received regular updates, photos, and messages, which reassured me that my dogs were happy, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. When I returned, my boys were relaxed, well cared for, and seemed to have genuinely enjoyed the experience. It's clear that they truly love animals and treat them as if they were their own. I would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and caring dog sitter.”

About: My name is Sara and I have been an animal lover my entire life. I have had experience caring for dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, and even wild animals! I have a Basset Hound named Minnow who wants to be friends with anything that moves. I can stop by your home to care for larger animals like dogs, cats, etc. But I am totally cool with your small animal (I.e. Guinea pigs, rats, rabbits, etc.) staying with me if needed. I would be honored to care for your pets, spoil them, and treat them like my own. I’m currently working full time 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. I can stop by your house to care for your animal early morning, on my lunch break, after work, and any time on the weekends. I have a safe and separate room I can place your small animal in while caring for them. A cage provided by the owner is required.
“David was great! He treated my dog like he was family. I had absolute faith that my dog was right at home and all his needs were being met. I knew that I could leave my dog, with high needs and a big personality, in his care and he’d be in great hands. He sent updates & photos as well. Highly recommend!!”

“This was our first time using Rover, so we did a meet and greet. Our dog took to Sarah right away, which put us at ease. She gave us updates and pictures during the stay which reassured us that our dog was being well cared for. We would definitely use Sarah in the future!”

“Moose had a great time at Katrinas home. He was well cared for and came home happy. Katrina's communication was excellent. We will not hesitate to book with her again.”

I look forward to connecting! I am currently working from home only part time and would be able to watch over your pet in the home all hours of the day and week. “Leslie took good care of our dog and kept us informed that he was having a great time. So glad she accepted on such short notice! I would definitely hire again.”

“I had a very good experience with Kyra. She gave me a lot of confidence and kept me informed about my baby's activity at all times. I loved her service! Thanks so much!”

“Noah and his family were amazing. I could tell Sir Matador had an amazing time with them while playing with their dog - Trudy. Highly recommend and will be my new regular while visiting here.”

“Vashti was amazing with Holly!!! She loved her like she was her own pooch... Maybe even more since she told me she doesn't allow her dog to sleep in her bed yet on Holly's first night she wound up in Vashti's bed lol. She made sure the pool had cool water in it every day for my pup to cool off in and kept her happy n healthy. I got so many pics and videos of my dog... She probably has more pics of my dog than I do lol. Also she was super flexible when it can to extending her stay by a day. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Vashti to anyone looking for a dog sitter.”

Kentwood pet parents share their Rover experiences
This was our 2nd time using Rover and I feel like we found the one who will help me out with Kozi for a long time! We have been going through some hardships and decided to take a last minute trip to Chicago for our great grandmothers birthday. Christine was very understanding. Kozi really enjoyed her and her family. We plan on using Christine again.

Lindsay did a great job taking care of our new puppy for a week! I appreciated her thoroughness in doing a meet & greet before accepting our reservation request to make sure her pup & ours would get along. She sent photos & videos updates & was a great communicator. Our dog is definitely a people person and we could tell he got a lot of attention & felt at home & loved in Lindsay's home. We'd definitely book again. Thank you Lindsay!

Angie and her family have watched my dog a couple of times, and it’s very clear she and the kids give him all the attention and care he needs. During our most recent stay, we had a snow storm, that delayed our pick up, and Angie was understanding and responsive. Thanks Angie!

So helpful, amazing communication, happy pups the entire stay, Linda rocked! We had her watch the pups while my partner and I got married and she was so flexible and helpful in coordinating pick ups and drop offs and the dogs were nice and wiped out when we picked them ip the next day. Highly recommend!
