I’ve been caring for dogs and cats since my teenage years and have had four of my own since 2009. Currently, I share my home with two sweet pups, and animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have hands-on experience with a wide range of breeds, sizes, and personalities—from playful puppies to gentle seniors. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, basic training, giving meds, and giving each pet the individual attention they need to feel safe and happy. What truly sets me apart is how much I genuinely love being around animals. Whether it’s snuggle time on the couch or a long walk around the neighborhood, I treat every pet like they’re my own.

Katrina was awesome - friendly, on time and my dog warmed up to her immediately!
Katrina was the best with our Ellie girl! She watched her over the 4th of July holiday weekend. She sent lots of update pictures and even put Ellie in a red bandana and took her to the parade! We know she was very well taken care of and had so much fun with her pups as well. We had complete peace of mind leaving Ellie with Katrina for the weekend and definitely will be booking again!
As usual, Zoe was well taken care of and we received photos and updates throughout her stay with Katrina.

Schedule
I work full-time from home, which means your pet will have plenty of attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. I rarely leave for more than a few hours at a time, so your pet will never be left alone for long. I love going on at least one long walk each day—it’s a great way to get energy out and bond with the pets I care for. I’m also available for in-home stays if your pet is more comfortable in their own space. My flexible routine allows me to adapt to your pet’s needs, whether that’s playtime, snuggles, medication, or just some quiet company.

Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or mine, their comfort and safety are always my top priority. If I’m staying in your home, I treat both your space and your pets with the utmost care and respect. I’m clean, organized, and always make sure your home is just as you left it—if not better. During my stay, your pets will get plenty of love, attention, and companionship. For longer stays, if your pets are comfortable with other dogs and we’ve had a successful meet and greet, I would ask to bring along my friendly 2-year-old rat terrier. He's well-socialized and loves making new friends. If your dog is staying at my home, they’ll be part of a fun, friendly environment! I live with my roommate who has a sweet 4-year-old poodle mix, and both of our dogs are playful, well-behaved, and love having company. We also have a large, fully fenced backyard—perfect for playtime, fresh air, and zoomies.

A typical day
A typical day with me is full of fun, fresh air, and lots of love! If your dog enjoys walks, we’ll go on a nice long stroll—either around the neighborhood or on a nearby trail for some extra sniffing and exploring. We’ll play games like fetch, tug-of-war, or whatever your pet loves most. I always make sure pets get the exercise they need and plenty of one-on-one attention. Whether it’s playtime, belly rubs, or just hanging out together, your pet will feel safe, loved, and happily tired by the end of the day!
