About: I have years of experience caring for animals, from dogs to cats & rabbits. Pet care is an area that I am thrilled to be now pursuing on a higher level. Animals have captured my heart for years, and this is something that will not change now or in the future. I am someone who pays attention to details and always has animal welfare at the forefront of my mind. I do not doubt that I am someone to be trusted with your animals. I look forward to potentially working with you! I am fortunate in that I have a fairly flexible routine currently. This allows for pet care jobs and responsibilities to be easier to take on. I am happy to watch your animals in your home if all checks out. What might it look like? I could stop by once or twice a day (‘depending) to make sure your pet(s) are well and everything is running smoothly. For example, I just wrapped up pet sitting for someone I know in the area & she gave me a spare key for her place. This is just what made sense & what she was comfortable with at the time. She left some realistic instructions for me & all went well. It was a win-win situation. You just need help with dog walking? I am happy to consider that as well!

About: I moved away from the New England area during the pandemic and came to the Midwest where I didn’t know anyone. Back home, I had friends and family begging me to go on vacation so they could dog sit my dog, but here, without knowing too many people, finding a dog sitter was a really difficult ordeal. Thankfully, Rover and other apps helped, especially when I was able to travel again. I'm looking to help out in the same way this app and others helped me. I live in a large home with my wife Kelly (can't seem to figure out how to add her name but she'll also be helping with sitting), two dog friendly cats, and a very chill dog of our own. Pearl and Boy are our orange kitties and Candy is a 55lb brown lab mix. Candy and I used to be a certified therapy animal team when we had more time on our hands. All three animals love company (mostly human company but other animals are more than welcome, too) so your pet will definitely not be alone while you're away between us five. We do have a fenced-in yard, a dog specific area over the garage and all dogs are welcome to roam the entire house - especially if you also allow that in your home. But if your animal needs their own space, they have the loft, the yard, and various dog beds to decompress throughout the house. The old owners of our home used to be dog breeders and the home came with amenities specifically catered to hosting dogs. While we don’t and won’t breed ourselves, these features of the home make a great dog-friendly home for any pet while you’re away! We both work full time but Kelly is home three days a week and I’m home the other two. Typically my day revolves around when I should take the dogs out anyway. Usually one walk around 7am, another around noon, another around 5 when I get back and one before bed. How we care for your pet will be completely up to you and how you normally care for them. The goal is to keep the disruption of a routine to a minimum while treating your dog to a change of scenery and a new friend

About: I have been a dog sitter for the past 3 years. My experience has been from small dogs like yorkies to even bigger dogs like like Newfoundlands. I have also have experience dog sitting dogs who have just undergone surgery, who are deaf, and have other medicinal conditions. It is very important to me, to give them extra care and have them in their preferred environment. I am more than happy to stay at a home, to make it the best possible environment for the dog(s). I am a part time worker, recently graduated from Ferris State University. I have moved to Grand Rapids full time. With my availability, I am able to offer dog sitting, walking, and check ins services. I will dog sit at your own home. About: I absolutely love dogs and have always wanted one of my own. However, because my family is allergic, I’ve had to live vicariously through friends. I’m not super experienced in some of the more niche aspects of pet ownership, but I certainly know how to walk, feed, play with, and pick up after dogs. I am currently a university student in the Middletown, CT area. I’m pretty flexible with my schedule (besides when I’m in class). I’m most available on weekends, but can accept the occasional walk on weekdays. I always try my best to cater to your pet’s needs. I stay attentive, ready to interpret their cues, and able to accommodate any of their needs.

About: I grew up with cats in my home and dogs at friends' houses. In 2022 I helped raise and train a yellow lab and have walked dogs for 8 years. I'm currently working mornings, getting off at 1 pm. I have the rest of the day to take care of pets by walking, brushing, playing, feeding, or whatever else you'd want. I can work days and weekends, overnight if desired. In the mornings I'd be up between 5 and 6 to walk, feed, and whatever else the pet needed then I'd head to work. Depending on the pet's schedule, I'd immediately head back to walk and feed again. I can be there overnight with the pet or just check in during the day if desired.

About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was a child. I grew up with dogs and cats of my own and neighbors relied on me to take care of them pets when out of town! I’m currently taking online college classes and am looking for a flexible position! I am available everyday of the week at anytime and I love pets! I make sure to follow specific instructions from the owner, to keep the pets fed, walked, and happy! I can give medications, take dogs on walks and play with them!

About: I have taken care of pets since I was 10, I help my grandpa take care of his new puppy, I used to walk dogs as a kid. I’m currently a high school student and I graduate early May, I work part time at licaris on the weekends! I am looking to spend more time outdoors this spring/summer and would love to spend time with your pets! I can’t bring back pets to my home unfortunately due to the fact that my parents are allergic, but I will make sure your pet is cared for at home and on the go! I know the proper way to hold a leash to ensure that your pet is happy and comfortable. I know my way around pets body language as well and can keep myself and your pet safe.
