About: I can work with dogs that have anxiety and aggressive. And cats too and any other animals. As I love animals of any size big or small Saturday-Sunday I can do anytime Monday-Friday after 2:30pm unless I'm staying in the house sitting and petsitting. Then time doesn't really matter as much then. Environment would be your home as I rent and they don't allow petsitting. Depends if yard is fence area if it is then I will play ball with them.

About: I am the friends and family dog sitter! I’ve grown up with dogs all my life and I could still pet them for hours and not get bored. On average I stay at someone houses for a week while they’re on vacation as well as but not as often a weekend stay. As well as drop in visits to feed, walk or let pets out to do their business. I am great will all breads and sizes of dogs/cats, as well as ages such as senior animals. I personally took are of our 90lb 11 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback after her back legs gave out. So while using a harness I would help her do everything, such as standing up to eat, move around and go outside. I can also do things like trimming nails and bathing them (especially if you unable to bath them yourself). I truly care and feel for every animal as if they were my own. I’m currently not working full time at the moment and have been doing small jobs here and there such as dog sitting for friends and family. I have a great portion of time for spend getting to know and engaging in your pets. I’m available anytime after 9am. I will care for your pets the way I would care for my own and in such continue their regular and daily routine. Including things such as walking them in the morning/night, playing with them and loving them or any other needed or wanted activities.
“Genevieve was very prompt in her response and had great communication! My dogs were taken care of and I had no messes to clean up when I came home, which is always a plus! Would highly recommend her for your pet care needs!”

About: Volunteered and then worked full-time at an animal shelter, fell in love with our fluffy friends, and can't wait to make more! I was a long-time volunteer (2+ years) at the Ausable Valley Animal Shelter. Then I transitioned into a full-time position there as an animal technician and learned so much about general animal care, medication procedures, and sanitation requirements to meet state health codes. I truly miss being able to visit with new animals every day and look forward to bringing the bark (and meow) back into my life! I'm a student, which means class times are often at odd hours, leaving many mornings open to check in on pets, keep them company, or get in some doggy exercise! I am also available almost all Fridays-Sundays, making me the perfect option for pet sitting during your weekend plans. See below for more detailed availability (updated for Sept-Dec)! Monday : not available Tuesday : 7am-2pm & 6pm-10pm Wednesday : 7am-11am and 5pm-10pm Thursday : 7am-2pm & 6pm-10pm Friday-Sunday : all day availability I am an incredibly clean and organized person. I always try to leave the homes I pet-sit in just as they were when I entered, even if that means a bit extra clean-up!
About: I’ve had dogs and cats all my life as well as fostering both for six years. I have experience with puppies, kittens, seniors, reactive dogs, and medication administration! I’m just looking for something fun to do between classes during the week and on my off days! It also allows me some much needed time with dogs as I unfortunately don’t have any since moving from Northern Michigan! I would treat them as if they were my own pet follow the owners instructions and be respectful of their home. I’m comfortable administering medications and working with reactive animals.
“Allison took wonderful care of our cat, Walter. She made sure he had his wet food, spent time playing with him, and gave him lots of love and treats. When we got home, he seemed happy, relaxed, and very content, which gave us so much peace of mind. It's obvious that Allison genuinely cares about the pets she looks after, and we're grateful to have found her. We're looking forward to having her continue checking in on Walter each week. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone kind, dependable, and caring to look after their pets.”

“Kristy did a very nice job with our cat. This was our first time using a Rover sitter and we were very pleased with the amount of attention she paid to him. Will definitely call her again.”

“Emily has been a total joy to interact with, all communication has been very easy and we feel that our cat Rajah has been spoiled with attention and love. We've really enjoyed the pictures of him she included with each visit, and we feel super grateful for her prompt arrival times, and her check-ins with us that evoke a sense of great kindness and care. We will absolutely rebook with her!”

“Sidney was wonderful! We just moved and I was nervous about leaving our cat Gus. In her pictures and notes he was happy and at ease. I highly recommend her and will definitely ask for her help again.”

I know how important it is to have a reliable, loving & dependable sitter! I work part-time and have a flexible schedule. Having two older & special needs dogs of our own, we are always making sure they aren’t left too long, get lots of exercise, play time and lots of attention. I have 2 small, friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. We don't have a fenced in yard, but please don't worry....I NEVER let the dogs out with out having the harness and leash on. Mandee did a great job dropping in with our dogs! This was our first time using this service. Mandee responded quickly to my booking request and was available last minute. She got to know our dogs right away! She played wirh them, took them for walks, gave treats, and made sure they were fed and taken care of. Mandee sent us lots of photos and communication so we felt very comfortable that our pets were being taken care of.

Jenny has been very helpful with our babies. They all seem happy and relaxed while she is around and if there is an accident Jenny is quick to clean up and the pictures from each visit show she is caring and the pups enjoy the time spent with her. Will be using Jenny for future visits.

Breean was absolutely amazing with Betty. From the moment we connected, it was clear how much she genuinely loves dogs, and that care showed in every detail. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and thoughtful, making sure Betty felt safe, happy, and well cared for the entire time. We received great updates and could tell Betty was comfortable and thriving in her care. It gave us total peace of mind knowing Betty was with someone who truly treats dogs like family. We would 100% trust Breean again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and loving sitter.
High anxiety dog review: For anyone with a high anxiety dog that doesn't usually accept really any strangers you'll know how huge it is that a day or two in our puppy was voluntarily asking for lovies. We have always had a hard time finding a sitter for our super high anxiety pupper. Jennifer was professional, on time, communicative, and responsive to our instructions and advice with a dog who can be a bit tough to watch. I would absolutely use her services again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their pets.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
