I am a lifelong dog lover who has been working in pet rescue and dog fostering since 2009. Working in dog care full-time since January 2025. Sitting for your pets isn't just a side gig for me. I truly care about your pets and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I have my LLC (Relax and Heel Pet Care and Dog Massage) with insurance for pet sitting and dog massage. In early 2026, I completed my certification as a Remedial Canine Massage Therapist. *Service Timing - I will do my best to accommodate the time you submit, as I balance my schedules from various platforms. I aim for a 30-60 min window around your requested time. If you need a very specific time, please let me know in your request.* **House sitting - I do 12-14 hour overnights at your home, plus an additional drop-in visit (45 mins). Happy to add on more drop-in visits for a reduced fee of $20 a visit.** ***I service the northern and eastern Grand Rapids area and a general mile radius surrounding these areas. Those who fall outside of the general service area may be serviced for a small additional fee.*** In the last year, I have done dog sitting and walking for various types of dogs, including high-energy, blind (special needs), young puppies, and those with medical care needs (post-surgery). My former career was in computer graphics, so I LOVE taking photos and videos and love providing fun recaps of my time with the pups with lots of pictures and video for the parents.

Mandee's kindness and attention and patience to our fur baby is beyond compare. She takes the time to listen to what we asked her to regarding our puppy's concerns and her safety and her willingness to meet or go anywhere with new strangers. Mandee is wonderful with our puppy and our puppy immediately took to her. We are so thankful for her!
Mandee was fantastic, she went above and beyond in caring for our pup. We could see how happy our dog was with her with the photos she uploaded and she was very attentive. I will be using her in the future and recommend her for walking/drop in services.
This was my best experience with a dog sitter! i’m a bit of a helicopter dog mom and amanda followed all the instructions i left for her! my pittie mix was loved and cared for so well, and i was also reassured the entire time i was away
Very pleased! All the animals (1 dog and 2 cats) were well taken care of with daily updates and photos. Amanda went above and beyond the agreed upon plan with a carpet cleaning from one of the cats, cleaning food/water bowls, and messages for the elderly dog! Highly recommend!

Schedule
My schedule is flexible as pet sitting is now my full-time focus. My calendar is regularly updated with any current bookings or times I am unavailable.

- Please feel free to provide as much information as possible. Never feel like it's too much. I leave behind a binder of info on my dogs when I leave them for sitters, and I'm happy to have as much detail as possible. It's really key to know what their main triggers are for stress, anxiety, and possible food allergies.
