About: Hi there! I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember, helping out family, friends, and neighbors with their pets, as well as looking after my own animals, who are now seniors. I also have a parrot, so I’m comfortable with pets of all kinds and personalities. I treat every pet as if they were my own, giving them the same love, attention, and care they’re used to at home. I’ve been around dogs since I was 8 years old, so caring for them comes naturally to me. From energetic pups to more laid-back companions, I’m comfortable meeting dogs where they’re at and giving them the attention, exercise, and care they need. You can count on me to be reliable, patient, and attentive, and to treat your dog with the same love and care I give my own. When I’m with animals, they truly become part of my world. I have two dogs, a cat, and even a parrot, so I’m used to giving lots of love and attention to all kinds of personalities. I’m very affectionate and make sure every pet I’m caring for feels safe, happy, and completely spoiled. When I’m caring for your pet, I treat them exactly the same as I do my own—with the same love, attention, and affection as if they were part of my family. I love taking dogs along for car rides and even the occasional fun stop (like a pup cup outing!), and I make it a priority to keep them engaged rather than left alone for long periods. Whether it’s regular potty breaks, playtime, or just extra snuggles, I’m attentive to their needs and make sure they’re well cared for every step of the way.

About: Hi! I’m an experienced dog owner and lifelong dog lover who has raised and trained my own 4-year-old chocolate lab from puppyhood. I provide a safe, structured, and loving home where your dog will be treated like family. I’m a teacher and am home full-time during the summer, so your pup will get plenty of attention, including daily walks, playtime, and enrichment. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages and can administer oral medications if needed. Dogs staying with me must be friendly, as they’ll be spending time with my well-socialized lab who loves having a buddy around. Dogs are welcome on furniture to feel at home (just not on beds). Your dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority, caring for them just like I do my own! I am home during the summers, as I teach during the school year! This allows my schedule to be flexible and provide your pet with frequent bathroom breaks, outside time, walks, and play time! Your pet will be welcomed into my home and treated like a family pet during their stay! Pets are allowed on furniture, but I request that they not sleep on the bed. I have beds that I can provide for them as an alternative sleeping area. My yard is fenced in for ease of bathroom breaks and time spent outside, but will likely be accompanied by me as I will likely be home during the majority of your pets stay. If your pet tends to get curious when left alone, I ask that you provide a crate for them to be put in when I have to run out of the house during your pets stay. I am pretty flexible and happy to accommodate your pet’s needs during their stay!

About: I have babysat for families with pets before so I know how to handle animals well! I have helped family members with taking care of their pets; like feeding and walking them! I am currently a college student on summer break while taking a summer class, and I am looking for something to fill the gaps in my schedule! I do not have any pets of my own, but I won't hesitate to take care of someone else's pet! New animals don't scare me!

About: I have loved and owned pets since childhood and have 8 years of experience fostering many different animals with varying temperaments, ages, and health issues. I'm comfortable giving medication and accommodating their individual needs. Just let me know! I work from home full-time so I am home all day and able to give pets as much attention as they need. I am free in the evening/night as well after work hours, which is when I can do longer walks or play sessions if needed. I live in a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard facing the woods, and no street-facing windows that would get dogs overexcited/stressed. I typically keep a very calm and quiet household. I have one dog who is lower energy and doesn't pay much attention to other animals in the house and one cat that will usually stay away from more rambunctious dogs. When in the backyard I typically have dogs on a long lead with me since I don't have a fence.

About: I’ve lived with cats my whole life. I’ve had the responsibility of feeding and cleaning them since I was 14. I am very excited to take care of other pets and keep them safe. I feed my two cats three scoops each day (three scoops for each of them), give them lots of fresh water, and clean their litter boxes every day. I not only take care of my pets to make sure they are safe and healthy, but I play with them and have lots of fun with them.

About: I have been with rover, dog bording for about 3 years now. I love animals, they are my favorite. I pet every dog I see. I have also been around animals my whole life. When I was younger I had a dog named rocky, he was a cocker spaniel and a beagle mix, I had him for 13 years. When we had to put him down part of my soul left, he was my best friend. I know what its like to love your beautiful animals, through hard times they are always there for us. They are all created with beautiful souls, we are so lucky to have something like that by our sides. With that being said, I would love to take in your pet as if it were my own. I am able to get to know your dog and they dont think im a stranger when they come back! I have a lot of space to take your dog for a walk. We walk in the morning and I take them for a long walk before bed, and to crate if needed.

About: I understand that leaving your dog for any amount of time can be stressful on both the owner and the pet. I have two dogs of my own. My two dogs are both older shih tzu's. Due to their age, at this time, I am only able to care for low to medium energy dogs. My dogs are not interested in playing so puppies and high energy dogs are not the best fit. However, if your dog loves sleeping on the couch and getting an infinite amount of pets then our home would be a great fit. My wife and I have no children and our life is pretty low key. I have previously volunteered at the Humane Society of West Michigan walking pets and assisting with helping find dogs suitable homes. Additionally, I assist with Lost Paws, LLC which is a pet detective agency that assists owners whose dogs have gotten lost. I am very careful and respectful. I have a strong understanding of canine behavior. I am very passionate about animals and will treat your pet like my own. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am also home all day on the weekends and can be flexible with pick up drop off times during weekends. I have a large fenced in back yard. I work from home and never leave dogs out unattended. I have crates available if your dog prefers to have a space to retreat to.
