About: I have been with rover, dog bording for about 3 years now. I love animals, they are my favorite. I pet every dog I see. I have also been around animals my whole life. When I was younger I had a dog named rocky, he was a cocker spaniel and a beagle mix, I had him for 13 years. When we had to put him down part of my soul left, he was my best friend. I know what its like to love your beautiful animals, through hard times they are always there for us. They are all created with beautiful souls, we are so lucky to have something like that by our sides. With that being said, I would love to take in your pet as if it were my own. Thank you for reading. Ps.I do NOT have cats or any animals. For some reason it says I have cats. 🤷‍♀️ I currently am a stay at home mom so I am able to be with your pups all day! I am able to get to know your dog and they dont think im a stranger when they come back! I have a lot of space to take your dog for a walk. We walk in the morning and I take them for a long walk before bed, and to crate if needed.

About: I understand that leaving your dog for any amount of time can be stressful on both the owner and the pet. I have two dogs of my own. My two dogs are both older shih tzu's. Due to their age, at this time, I am only able to care for low to medium energy dogs. My dogs are not interested in playing so puppies and high energy dogs are not the best fit. However, if your dog loves sleeping on the couch and getting an infinite amount of pets then our home would be a great fit. My wife and I have no children and our life is pretty low key. I have previously volunteered at the Humane Society of West Michigan walking pets and assisting with helping find dogs suitable homes. Additionally, I assist with Lost Paws, LLC which is a pet detective agency that assists owners whose dogs have gotten lost. I am very careful and respectful. I have a strong understanding of canine behavior. I am very passionate about animals and will treat your pet like my own. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I hope I get a chance to meet your furry friend. I do work a full time job M-F, but am currently working from home so I can be flexible with drop off and pickup times. I am also home all day on the weekends and can be flexible with pick up drop off times during weekends. I have a large fenced in back yard. I work from home and never leave dogs out unattended. I have crates available if your dog prefers to have a space to retreat to.

About: Hi! I’m an experienced dog owner and lifelong dog lover who has raised and trained my own 4-year-old chocolate lab from puppyhood. I provide a safe, structured, and loving home where your dog will be treated like family. I’m a teacher and am home full-time during the summer, so your pup will get plenty of attention, including daily walks, playtime, and enrichment. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages and can administer oral medications if needed. Dogs staying with me must be friendly, as they’ll be spending time with my well-socialized lab who loves having a buddy around. Dogs are welcome on furniture to feel at home (just not on beds). Your dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority, caring for them just like I do my own! I am home during the summers, as I teach during the school year! This allows my schedule to be flexible and provide your pet with frequent bathroom breaks, outside time, walks, and play time! Your pet will be welcomed into my home and treated like a family pet during their stay! Pets are allowed on furniture, but I request that they not sleep on the bed. I have beds that I can provide for them as an alternative sleeping area. My yard is fenced in for ease of bathroom breaks and time spent outside, but will likely be accompanied by me as I will likely be home during the majority of your pets stay. If your pet tends to get curious when left alone, I ask that you provide a crate for them to be put in when I have to run out of the house during your pets stay. I am pretty flexible and happy to accommodate your pet’s needs during their stay!

About: I’ve had several dog sitting jobs in the past and am looking for more!! I’ve grown up with two cats and being around my aunt and uncle’s two dogs so I have experience loving on pets and will treat yours like my own!!! I’m currently doing some part-time adult care for a neighbor as well as another part-time job. But my schedule is flexible and I’m open about what dates I am available and I am dedicated to being there for your pets!! I care for your pets by giving them lots of love and attention!! About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was little with my own dogs as well as dog sitting family members and others pets as well. I have pet sat for Great Danes as well as small dogs. I’m currently in undergrad at Michigan State and hope to go to school to be in the Veterinary field. I’m currently in Undergrad at Michigan State but I come home on weekends to Grand Rapids when I can. I’m open during the evening as well as weekend in general. I spend time with pets and make sure they get the care they need. I also make sure to play with them and engage them to build trust.

About: I grew up with two dogs (Cav King Charles Spaniels), watched my neighbor's dogs as a teenager, and now have my own 7-year-old Heeler/Hound mix. I genuinely love pups of all sizes and ages. I’m currently between jobs & applying in my spare time, so am currently available pretty much 24/7, and can walk/watch your fury friend with short notice. If I'm watching the dog(s) for an extended period of time, I can either stay at the residence or visit as needed, whatever you prefer. I am unable to host/house pets since my current residence doesn’t allow it (terrible rule, I know), but I would be happy to travel to yours!

About: I have two cats and a crested gecko, so I’m used to complex pet care. As a nursing student, I also have general medical knowledge as well as compassion. I’ve grown up near my grandparents who always have a dog, and over the past several months I have helped care for their mini golden doodle puppy. I work 2-3 twelve hour shifts per week at the hospital, leaving the rest of my week completely open. I’m available any day of the week at any time. I am able to crate your dog in your home, bring them in/outside, and I’m always up for a good cuddle session or some playtime!

About: I have been around animals since birth. I always have had a knack for getting animals to trust and open up to me. I am actually a social worker who hopes to one day have my dogs trained/ready for animal assisted therapy ❤️ I am currently between jobs at the moment. Taking a step back to focus on my true passion and see how that fits into my work. I would love to train my own dogs for animal assisted therapy. I am pretty available other than tending to my three rambunctious furbabies. I think caring for furbabies in someone else's home has to be tredded lightly for the sake of the animals stress. It's easy to think an animal will be comfortable with you right off the bat but that is usually not the case. You need to give any animal the proper space to warm up whether that be in a new environment or with a new person.

About: Growing up I wasn’t allowed to have pets because of some allergies in my family, but I never met a pet I didn’t like. I took jobs watching dogs and cats any chance I could get. Neighbors still rely on me to feed, walk, and care for their pets to this day. I am a full time student at GVSU, so longer term care needs to happen on the weekends. However, my class schedule has lots of space during the day, so I’m happy to stop by for walks and playtime! I am currently unable to take pets in my home because they are not allowed. However, I have a lot of experience with different types of animals and their needs, and I’d be happy to learn what you pet needs!

About: Dogs are truly a human’s best friend. Growing up, I was grateful to have a collie whom I focused on training. I have done drop in visits for family and neighbors. I’ve worked at two pet stores, so I have experience in helping dog owners find what’s best for their furry friends as well as a variety of species of pets! I will provide the utmost care for your dogs and provide the companionship I would my own pets. I do have a cat at home, so unfortunately I can not offer boarding services.

About: I have babysat for families with pets before so I know how to handle animals well! I have helped family members with taking care of their pets; like feeding and walking them! I am currently a college student on summer break while taking a summer class, and I am looking for something to fill the gaps in my schedule! I do not have any pets of my own, but I won't hesitate to take care of someone else's pet! New animals don't scare me!
